The room is average. There was nothing special about the room we had. For the price I figured we'd get more. We got the basics, bed, tv desk, tiny bathroom. It was clean looking. However, the decorative runner at the fit of the bed had a strain on it. The bathroom was clean but the shower was only good for showings and not being add the tub was too small for anyone besides a child.

However, the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. They did have English speaking clerks at the reception.

This place is good for a one or two night stay. Longer, I'd go elsewhere.

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of Shinjuku Station, making it the perfect location to explore Tokyo. The bathroom is small and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. It is also extremely annoying that the housekeeping is very loud! If you have the bad luck to have a room at the end of the hall you will wake up at 7 o'clock from a very loud conversation in chinese.

Great place, awesome location. Would stay there again, no problem. Just small rooms.

Though the hotel room is small it is still nice and serves a purpose as I spent almost all my time exploring the city.

Great hotel with strategic location near the Shinjuki train station

I've one of the smaller rooms for one person and it's more than adequate. Comfy bed, very comfy pillow choices, clean, stylish room. The location is great, I've been walking all over Shinjuku area, or catching trains all over Tokyo: easy to navigate from this hotel. Service has been friendly too.

The location is very good. The hotel look nice, but the room was very worn. Furniture and walls with scratchmarks and other signs of wear. The bathroom was ok, but you couldn't adjust the showerhead. The wifi was slow. We had a room on floor 8 for 2 people.

Very clean luxurious hotel with attentive staff in a great location.
An elevator to the nearest subway is just right beside the hotel.
Convenience store, mcdonalds, restaurants, etc is only steps away.
Haneda & narita airport shuttle bus transport is available with extra charge.

Clean but small rooms with very basic amenities and absolutely no view. Perfect for travelers on a budget. Location is excellent as it's very close to the Shinjuku station, and it's the biggest advantage for the hotel.

The location is great. Just few mins walk from the Shinjuku Station. It's easy to access by both JR, or airport shuttle bus.

The double bed room is kinda of small, so I upgraded to twin on the next day and I'm satisfied.

The flight I got cancelled because of the weather. The staffs here are vqery helpful and try hard to contact the airline for us.

Had a great experience, definitely upgrade the room if you can. It was well worth the extra, I believe, $100 a night, as it was about 2 times larger. Obviously for tourists, being near Shinjuku station. Can walk to many great locations. Staff was prompt, rooms were clean. They have a self serve laundry on premise. Would stay again.

Clean hotel, luxurious looking, helpful and supportive staff.

Hall of the immense and beautiful hotel with the presence also of the robotic pepper in full technological style, the economic rooms are in the average a little small if you have 4 luggage (2 large and two trolleys) but you adapt. The wifi these days is working in fits and starts but they told us that they're placing

I was there around Christmas 2016. The hotel is convenient to get to any spots of interest in Shinjuku. The accommodation price and the facilities were reasonable. Parking for a fee was possible. You get what you pay for.

You have to rent connectors from them for 1000 Yen, receptionist was very good and professional.
Available currency change machine.
Room is okay and very good.
The price is more expensive than shinjuku Washington hotel by approximately double.

The good:

- the location is fantastic, right next to Shinjuku station. Difficult to find a better place for the price.
- King rooms are large and really nice.

The bad:

- Economy rooms are terrible. Tiny, and barely large enough for one suitcase to be stored in them. The showers are borderline 1970s (aka rubbish). Avoid if possible.

- front desk staff can be a bit rude and unhelpful.

In summary, a good option provided you pay for a decent room here. Avoid the cheaper end.

Standard Japanese hotel, expensive and small rooms. Service was alright, staff spoke good English. There was a shuttle to the airport that stopped in front of the hotel, so that was convenient.

This has been my recent go to hotel when staying in Tokyo. Nice and close to transport and restaurants. Rooms are a little bigger than usual for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is ok, nothing exceptional. The bar on level 2 has a happy hour most nights and has comfortable seats to lounge around in.

Awesome service, location, room and price. The buffet breakfast is a little pricey, but quite good.

There is an airport limousine, a convenient hotel that does not have to carry luggage to take the subway.

Not the best and not the worse. Sunroute is an affordable comfy to stay in and is near the Shinjuku subway and JR lines.

Rooms are clean. Service is good and attentive. Ron sizes are appropriate for a Japanese setting. Hotel is very centrally located near train station and shops.

Great hotel. Pretty good location but on the quieter side of Shinjuku, so a few extra minutes walk to the Yamanote line.

Under 3 minutes walk to Shinjuku JR station, yet not overly noisy. Has airport transfer too, and staff speak excellent English.

I stayed at this hotel in 1999 and have just found it on Google Map. Back in Tokyo, I will certainly call in again on this nice hotel.

Convenient transportation, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms

It is my third time to stand in the hotel. Location is the best advantage. It is closed to JR, subway and local train station. Fee is reasonable for this location.

Only recommend this place for the location.

Rooms are small with cheap decor, walls are thin so light sleepers will hear every sound from Neighbors.

No breakfast included.

The chair they provide for the desk was broken so was always reclined no good if you work on laptop.

This very good located. The people are very friendly and there are supermarkets nearby to eat something or to take tickets to shows. There are also restaurants in the area and public transport. Highly recommended

I came to Tokyo 8 times and lived here 6 times. I liked the location and the Limousin bus went to the door.

Location is amazing. It is close to the station, airport bus available, luggage holding and near the late night restaurants.

It's worth the price. Small (as expected for Japan) but the location is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Onsite laundry (washer and dryer) for very reasonable price (300 yen per load). Very clean and bed is comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located by the Shinjuku station but is very quiet and quaint. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. Staff are English friendly when I asked for the laundry. I would book at this hotel again!

Economy Double Room. Although the room was very small, it was suitable for both. There is a convenience store in the vicinity, and there is a bar where you can play well.

The lobby is open and luxurious, and the front desk staff is polite and the environment is clean and quiet.

Good location, near the station, the room is not too old, there are restaurants and shops across the hotel, quiet and prosperous.
