while the rooms are small (something that is the norm in japan) they are clean and have free wifi included. my past visits the free wifi was great however this time it was incredibly slow and constantly disconnecting. other than this the staff here are incredibly nice and helpful with all this said the price is incredibly cheap for what you recieve in my opinion so overall a great hotel to stay with an amazing location from great food and local transport.

The room was very small and the toiletries provided were terrible. The sound insulation is very poor. In addition to the sound of hot water in the pipes, I can even hear the sound of the next door. If I knock on the wall, I can hear it clearly next door. The service attitude is very good, the location of the hotel is convenient, English is easy to understand for Japan, the room is really too small. When the baggage is opened, there will be no road movement at all. It is recommended not to book an economic house, not economical or bad.

Perfect location. It is located in a relatively quiet area near Shinjuku station so you could rest peacefully while having easy access to Shinjuku Station from which you could commute to any place in Tokyo. There was a counter to book airport bus transport tickets in the hotel lobby and it was also a pick up point for airport buses to Narita and Haneda Airport, hence it made our journey to Narita Airport very convenient. It is also located near to the popular Shin Udon, which makes it a big plus point. Clean, cozy and relatively spacious room for Tokyo standard. Room interior is a bit dated, though. Hotel staffs are friendly, polite, and helpful.

Great location only a short walk from Shinjuku station. A bit quieter than the usual Shinjuku area. Service was good. Rooms are small as usual in Tokyo but nothing to complain about. Has coin laundry which was very useful.

Great location, reasonably priced. Rooms a bit small, comfy bed, great air conditioning and quiet. After the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, nice to relax in your room and get a good night's rest.

We booked the trip through Expedia that said the room slept up to 4 people but the front desk employee said we'd need a 3 person from and the one we booked was a two person from even though it had two beds. One couple and single person. That said, service has been good, rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Great location near a fantastic pastry restaurant and by the shinjuku station. Cold a/c for this hot Japan weather. Rooms are efficiently sized and clean. Views aren't great but you'll want to be out exploring the city anyway

This hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku, with only 5 mins walk to any of the nearest JR station entrances. The location is fantastic if you are looking to travel around Tokyo, visiting the main tourist areas (Shibuya, Harajuku etc). Lots of food and shopping options around the hotel. There is a convenience store across the road.

Hotel staff are helpful, speak English, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service received during my 6 night stay. The check-in process was quick, and the hotel gladly held onto our luggage until the room was ready. They were also particularly helpful when I was unwell and needed direction to the nearest doctor or medical centre. They took care to refer me to a nearby clinic, organising an appointment and taxi for me at short notice.

The room itself was comfortable with all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. While I wouldn t say the rooms were spacious, they were pleasant, quiet, and clean. The beds were a little firm, and they needed some getting used to.

The buffet breakfast was good enough, not great, and the food was sometimes disappointing/bland.

Overall I highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again if I m ever in Tokyo.

I like their English level is very standard, communication is no problem, I believe that the room window can be opened, the waiter's service attitude is quite standard! awesome!

Tiny room, no view but great location. Robot at lobby really attract children. Airport buses (both airport) run directly to the hotel. Wifi kind of weak in the room. Good for visitors planning to go shopping all day and doesn't spend time in the hotel. It only give you a place to sleep and shower.

A lovely hotel conveniently located right outside a Shinjuku subway entrance with an elevator and a short walk from the JR Shinjuku station. The lobby is very comfortable and the bathrooms on the first floor are clean and also are equipped with a changing table.
The rooms are fairly spacious for the price, with a small closet and some hangers for jackets. Our room also included a small armchair and a writing desk. The shower has great water pressure and the complimentary amenities include a tooth brush, a hairbrush, razors, and body sponges.
Baby cribs are available upon request but they only have a limited number so I recommend booking well in advance.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had a broken crib and several staff came to help until the crib was fixed enough to use for the night.

Great hotel near shinjuku Station. 5 minutes walking. Across family markets where you can buy several food and drinks. IMHO the rooms are not big for a European tourist, but sufficient. Rooms are abit larger than the rest of the hotels in shinjuku. In short recommended

Convenient location. Take the South east exit of Shinjuku station and cross the road at the intersection.
Lot of choices of eating places nearby including a breakfast place right opposite it. Haven't had the hotel breakfast so can't comment on it.
Rooms are tiny but functional. If you're big built, you might not be happy.

We had a great experience here.

We had a great experience here.
All the staff members we interacted with were very helpful and friendly (+English friendly).
Very clean and comfortable. The room really had everything we needed (including toothbrushes/toothpaste and razors). WiFi was fast with no connection issues. There was always hot water and good water pressure. AMAZING location, a few minutes walking distance from anything you would need, especially transportation (we had no issues getting anywhere we wanted to go with minimal time and effort).

The room wasn t too big, but we definitely had enough space. Layout is very convenient. We were two people with two big suitcases and managed just fine.

If I had to say something negative, it s that the shower flow was a bit weird - the temperature kept shifting back and forth. Not necessarily hot/cold, but even just hot/hotter (this depended on how hot we set the water to begin with). The hotter we set the water the less we noticed, but when using warm water it would shift a bit cold.

Well placed, not far from the Metro, it is located in a rather quiet area and not too busy, a few hundred meters away instead of the usual hectic bustle. I recommend it, they are very friendly and efficient.

The location couldn't be better, only a few minutes from the bustling Shinjuku Station area. Behind the hotel are some amazing udon joints. Being that it's not in the heart of Shinjuku, it's also a bit quiet near the hotel which is really nice.

The standard rooms are pretty small but that is par for the course in Tokyo. The internet was incredibly slow so don't count on it for helping you research what to do in the area. Service, however was excellent and the rooms are clean.

They also are a pickup spot for the Airport shuttle buses ( Haneda and Narita ) which makes getting to the airport very easy, just make sure you reserve a spot in advance. They run very frequently ( every 1-2h ) so there are lots of options.

Good hotel in a nice location. However, something that left me utterly disappointed was the fact that the staff refused to check us in even 15 mins prior to the stipulated 2 pm check in time even though the room was ready. Having flown all the way from London I explained to them that we were extremely tired and would really appreciate an earlier check in, but they absolutely refused to entertain this request. It was even more frustrating since we booked 3 rooms with them for 3 nights and this was the least we could expect. It may not be a problem for everyone but definitely thought it s worth mentioning just in case you arrive early in the morning like we did, you will not have your room a minute before 2 pm.

Location perfect, minutes to Shinjuku station, entrances/exits all over. Japanese food for both tourists n locals, Don Quijote, Unicorn , GU, shop all u can. It's off the major road by 2 minutes walk, so it's not noisy or crowded w people. There is even a Toyota car rental less than 5 minutes. So walk, subway/train or drive, the way you like it. The hotel is not new, so do expect a bit dated facilities n decor, still accommodating.

The hotel is clean with a friendly and helpful staff. It is also a few minutes walk to the train station. There is an airport limousine bus service but you need to check on your flight hours. We couldn't avail of the bus service because we wouldn't make it on time for our departure since our flight was early morning. It's the only hotel I've stayed in that has no bottled water in the room.

The airport bus is directly accessible, the staff can communicate in English, there is a humidifier, and there is a water heater. Nearby are Family Mart, Mcdonald, post office, near Shinjuku Station, and near Tokyo hands, Newoman, Di Street, etc. The airport bus is until the Narita machine.
