The location is super convenient! The room rate isn t very reasonable for a tiny room. I understand that it is pretty common in Tokyo. If you are looking for spacious room it might not your best choice. But the location pays off.

I didn't stay because it was a reservation for a child, but when I told them that the reservation and the guest were different, they responded politely.
It's close to Shinjuku station and I think it's a very convenient hotel.

The hotel was worth it despite the small rooms. Accomodation and food were okay. For breakfast they interchange specific foods every other day.

Lots of places such as Takashimaya, Don Quijote and Tokyu Hands are near it thus a good hotel to stay at. There are also nearby convenience stores such as Family Mart, 7/11 and even Lawsons. For fast food near the areas are McDonalds, KFC, Wendys and Yoshinoya. In front of the hotel is a food hall but its not that cheap unless you are willing to try for the experience.

Shinjuku Station is also near this place and thus walking distance.

Very reasonably priced hotel with excellent location! Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room size is about average (by Tokyo standard). A double twin bed room can fit two medium sized luggage. Anything beyond that will likely overcrowd the room.

Superb proximity to Shinjuku attractions, clean and reasonably sized rooms, metro exit is right next to hotel. Check-in is fast and fuss-free, staff speak English, lobby is nice, and there's a spa and buffet breakfast. The airport limousine bus stops directly at this hotel, making it extremely convenient and easy for to and fro airport transfers. Highly recommended.

Rooms are nice and clean. Kind of small compared to Western standards. But totally do-able. It is super close to Shinjuku station, which makes it easy to get places. Lot of shops and restaurants close by.

We stayed at this hotel several times, very popular with Singaporeans, A short walk to Shinjuky train station, plenty of eateries nearby. The first time we stayed there we got an upgrade to a larger room for free. The 2nd time the experience wasn't very pleasant as the hotel booking site stated we can stay up to 4 persons including children but I was made to pay for a larger room. They have airport shuttle buses to Narita airport which is very convenient, remember to book in advance.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned with hair remnants from the previous guest/ guests sticking to the insides of the bath tub and walls (behind the shampoo bottle). There's an odd pungent smell in the bathroom especially on the first night. I was unsure if it was bad sewage system but it got better the next day.

Also, the hotel toothbrush was opened, used and put back into the packaging! Maybe I am just unlucky but I think basic proper housekeeping should be conducted prior to the arrival of every new guest.

Extremely displeased with the bathroom housekeeping. Did feedback to customer service and I was offered an apology and new toothbrushes. Still, the first impression was not good considering it's their 10th year anniversary this year.

Hotel is conveniently located. There's direct airport buses which picks up hotel guests to the airport. Bear in mind, the bus goes to other pick up points as well. All in all, hotel- narita airport is 2hrs journey inclusive of all the pick ups at other locations.

Great location near Shinjuku Station, and a jumping point for so many destinations in Tokyo and outside Tokyo. Hotel was very clean and service was good. Like many Tokyo hotels, it is cramped, but not as bad as other 'business' hotels in Tokyo.

Great location and staff can communicate in English well.
Room is sound and smoke proof though small as expected.
Stayed here for 6 days on 4th floor and found that there is lots of room for improvement in cleaniness of housekeeping. Hair still found in sink. The toothpaste stain at the mirror and tap was not cleaned by the maid for 3 days. Clean towels were not replaced appropriately. Finally, these problems could only get solved after complaint.

The desk people spoke English very fluently and were helpful with all of our juggling luggage needs. We got there before check-in and dropped off a couple bags to join the bags we'd forwarded from a previous hotel a number of days prior. When we went to check out the next day, we had them hold onto our luggage for a few more hours until our bus to the airport. It was all very fast and efficient.
We were there a little before Halloween, and their decor behind the counter was cute! And our room, while small, was decorated nicely. They provided a free can of some grapefruit drink in the fridge that was delicious and had a large variety of tea at breakfast, as well. :)
It's also super close to Shinjuku Station.

Convenient location. The surrounding function is very good, the convenience store, the drug store station are very close, the room is ordinary, but the poor drainage of the bathroom drains the entire bathroom floor.

Great hitel i will be coming back in the future . Great hospitality. Love this place. Close to subway system. Oedo line and close to lawson in case you need a quick snack or anything else on your trip. Lawson is like Japanese version of Walgreens or corner store but has so much more

I don't understand how this hotel got hotel of the year. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is so nice, but the accommodations are really lacking in terms of space and outlets. The location is close enough to the heart of shinjuku while still being far enough away from the crowds.

Nice central location conveniently located beside Shinjuku station. Close walk to everything. Good value. Rooms a bit smaller, but you pay for convenience. Only downside was internet was extremely slow to the point you couldn't do much (difficulty loading most pages).

Location is great, 2 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, polite staff. However rooms are very small and wifi is terrible. Unable to use the web at night as the network gets hammered by guests and loading something simple like Google is near impossible. Contacting reception about the internet gets a "we'll get our engineers to look into it" response, but nothing happens. The best thing about the hotel is that it's extremely close to Shinjuku station so that makes it easy to travel around Tokyo.

I have lived in many Japanese restaurants without encountering the bathtub in the room. This time I encountered it, and the cleaning of the guest room was very untrue. The spare parts often did not replenish. There was a big difference with the previous living, and the air conditioning was very noisy. Will not consider it later.

Very convenient location. 7' walk to Shinjuku station. Many shops and restaurants around. We stayed for 7 nights and room was serviced everyday if requested. There are washing and drying machines in the basement. Our double room was quite small but it's acceptable as you won't be able to find a spacious hotel room with the price this hotel offers. We would consider this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo next time. Shinjuku is definitely the place to stay when visiting Tokyo!

Overall very satisfied with the hotel. The receptionists are speak english fluently which is key part of the trip. You may ask anything to the receptionist and you'll get clear response. Hotel location are only 5min walk to JR Shinjuku and also next to private lines. The hotel also provide bus service to both Haneda and Narita (with fare) and you'll get picked up at hotel lobby. Very convenient if you are travelling with many luggages. The fare is not significantly different with the bus station (at least you don't need to walk around with luggages).

Cons: the hotel has only 3 coin washers and dryers. It is not compatible with the rooms number. Somedays you need to queue to use it.
