Good location about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku ...
Good location about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station south exit. A small hotel but convenient.
Good location about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station south exit. A small hotel but convenient.
Tiny rooms. No room to open suitcase on floor. Overpriced.Slow to check in. Only tiny garbage bin and expected to sort everything into each recycling bin.
Big plus was location, only a block away was main train station. Tour groups don't pick up from here .
Great hotel in the middle of lively Shinjuku. As a tourist, the rooms are generally smaller than I'm used to. The breakfast buffet was really good at about 1600 Yen.
The central Shinjuku location makes navigating really easy. The staff I've dealt with speaks English making it a lot easier for me. The room is really nice.
Great location near the station and a short walk from lots of restaurants.
Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful.
A very minimal fussless hotel. Rooms are not the cleanest. Bathroom smelled like dried pee. Plus point is the location being near the shinkansen station.
The location is great and close to Shinjuku Station. The service and staff are good as well. The only downside is that the hotel is getting old, and the room is very small.
The hotel situated close to the largest train station in the world - Shinjuku. You have to ensure you are walking out using the right exit door from the station, or else you have to walk very far. I love this hotel, the staffs are friendly, plenty of food selections for breakfast, close to public transportation. Value for money. The room is clean, modern and has all the amenities. Recommended hotel if you are traveling to Tokyo.
Very good location near Shinjuku train station (South Exit). The rooms are both small-large as the price, cleanliness is available. English speaking staff And provide good service. There are shuttle buses to both Narita and Haneda airports. Breakfast is a bit expensive (2,200 yen) compared to the food menu to choose from.
Its location is quite strategic, near shopping centers, restaurants, drug stores, can access the bus ride to and from the airport,
Perfect location, next to metro station and 5 minute walk away from Shinjuku station
Super convenient location with less than 5 mins walk to the Shinjuku Station. Surrounded by great shopping and dining options. Airport shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel. We also like the buffet breakfast that serves a good variety of western and Japanese cuisines.
The location is the best. Good room. The restaurant is noisy.
Hotel very good and great location. Room a bit small.
great hotel, the location is only 3min away from shinjuku JR starion. the hotel is clean and have smoking room, restaurants ,free wifi.
Hotel very well located (you will not find better in Tokyo). Room with Tokyo standards (small but functional). Washlet and functional bathroom. No complaints, the price of rooms a little high but we pay the location.
The staff are all super helpful and proficient in english to be able to offer information when needed. Rooms are also very nice although abit small
Hotel is close to the center and tram, convenient transportation and dining areas.
We stayed with 3 people for the graduation ceremony. It was a triple room, but one was a sofa bed and the sleeping comfort was the worst. There is no choice but to do it because the accommodation fee is cheap. Conveniently located near the station. And it was very useful that the parking lot was easy to use and could be used until 13:30. I also did remote work, but WiFi was cut off in the middle, so it is not suitable for remote. The ordinary bed was comfortable to sleep in and the bathtub was wide.
I couldn't use the pillow because it smelled like my uncle. The cover is beautiful, but the pillows may be old ... Those who use it may be better to bring a pillow.
The reason to choose to stay here is because the hotel is near JR station and there is a subway station. In front of the hotel And important when returning to the airport will use the limousine service (In fact, it was a small bus) that came to the front of the hotel to go to the airport. (Because when returning many different items, drag + suffocate to the train itself, it is inconvenient) by giving notification until the time when checking in to the room whether to use the limousine service. Date / time to arrive at the airport. Then until the officer will make the booking so it's very convenient, not much about the room Because he thought he would probably not be in the room But when seeing the actual room, it is pretty good, more than expected, clean and has all the facilities Then we arrived at the hotel before the scheduled time to check in. So I will leave my luggage first In order to get out of the way, the school is very lovely so we can check in and take the luggage to the room. Service really impressed And at the check-in counter, we noticed a clear plastic box To put a scrap of coins that tourists do not exchange for a refund He will donate these coins to make / make merit. It is a recommended accommodation. Then the area of the residence has a restaurant, not far away. There are bus stations to go to various tourist attractions. Walking a little further will be seen.
Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Tokyo City Hall Located in Shinjuku, open to
Tourists can watch the scenery for free at the 45th floor (observation decks).
It was convenient location in around 10 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Station.
The rooms are comfortable and well located; Note that the restaurant closes at 9 pm and the bar for a drink at 11 pm. For me, this is something incredible
close to public transport (rail, metro), not the newest hotel but staff quite friendly and helpful.
Great service and location, very near a lot of places to eat and the train and bus terminals. Room was a bit small though.
South mouth is quieter
Airport bus is convenient enough
They really looked after us.
We had a "pocket WiFi" device sent to the hotel and they held on to it for us. They were really quick in providing extra tea and coffee.
Speaking of WiFi: the hotel's own WiFi is pretty pacey!
The bed is really comfy.
There are only a handful of TV channels but you can always plug in a Roku or your laptop machine for Netflix, etc.
For the price of staying, and its exceedingly convenient location, this hotel is a bargain.
Clean room, comfort bed, good room size, location, and reasonable price. Front desk is very helpful on directions and tourist places. highly recommend.
The room is nice, the staff is friendly and supportive
It locates near Odaiba, so guests can easily go to sightseeing and shopping
However, the wifi is not so good
Amenities are good. Food selection is great. But room sizes are typically small.
Great location. Rooms a bit small, but it's normal in Tokyo.
The rooms are really noiseless. They are not big but everything you need is inside. The hotel has a great location in Shinjuku and is a perfect base for exploring Tokyo.
Great hotel, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast (you have to pay separately), very good location.
Great location, small rooms. Highly recommend this if you plan to take trains for your visit to Tokyo. The access to train systems from this hotel is amazing.
This is a very lovely hotel. Rooms are Western style so the bathrooms are bigger than other hotels in Japan. There is a breakfast buffet in a restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to train station and also has a bus to the airports that will pick you up right outside the hotel
Perfect location at the core of shinjuku station. You got everything u need around. Direct shuttle bus to the airports. The only reason of not having 5 because there is no safety box in the room to store valuable items.
Great location in Shinjuku. The rooms are very small (compared to American hotels) but nice. It is just a short walk from Shinjuku station, and was easy to find.
One of my favorite hotel at Shinjuku! Perfect location which is so closed to JR/subway/restaurant/Tokyohands/supermarket etc!
The staff service is becoming better and better with good language skill.
Very cool to have the weight putting at lobby for guests to weight their luggage before heading to airport. A limousine counter was set up in selling the bus ticket directly from hotel to the two airports.
Breakfast with large variety to choose, and you are welcome to take away the coffee with paper cup & lid offered.
Always my first choice at Shinjuku...
I have a good location so I stay in a regular hotel. As there are restaurant and convenience store near, it is convenient.
Jul 2017-Very nice place, quiet and rooms were about a bit small, depends on which size you choose. Great location, across Takashimaya and Shinjuku station and the other Smaller Shinjuku station name which I forget now. Lots of food to eat around there.
Came back here again Jun 2018- great familiarity but the room internet was terribly terribly slow. Very frustrating. And the staff cleaning the room, by 9am they were very noisy too, chatting and making a lot of noise.
We stayed for 6 nights. We chose the ECO room service so that every day they will clear out the rubbish bins but not to make bed or change all the linen. But they didn't check the tissue and toilet paper for refill and that's quite disappointing.
Great location just a few meters from Shinjuku station. The hotel staff is very attentive, and the rooms are comfortably-sized for Japanese hotels.
Staff are very nice here. We had a warm welcoming. Checking and check out was very easy
Great position and warm welcome. The perfect choice for stay in Shinjuku
Very convenient. Less than 5 mins walk from Shinjuku station. Many eateries around the area. Hotel could use a little refurbishment but otherwise very clean still.
The room is very narrow.
When you get on the elevator, you need a card key, so there is also a security aspect on security, but it's a little troublesome.
There is only one place for breakfast and it is always crowded, so I decided not to include breakfast.
However, this good place is location condition, near the station, opposite to a convenience store, there is a restaurant near and it is very convenient.
Because the price is low, I use it often.
First visit. I had lunch with my family. The place is Italian on the first floor. It was quite crowded including tourists from overseas. We are satisfied with this for a reasonable price.
The problem is parking. When entering the parking lot in the basement, parking in a flat place directly from the entrance under the guidance of an elderly male staff. I was handed a parking ticket.
Present the parking ticket when paying at the restaurant, it was within 2 hours, so make sure it is within free range. I finished the checkout process and got down to the basement. There is no checkout machine where you leave the elevator and go to the parking lot. When I got into the car and started the engine, the staff rushed up and asked, Would you like to go home? If you answered so, it was quite tight and Please finish the payment . Momentum just to say whether you intend to leave without paying the parking fee. To be honest, I came with a clapper. There seems to be a settlement machine over 20m away. It seems that there is nothing at the exit of the opposite parking lot. Speaking of which, there was no gate when entering. When you go to the checkout machine, another staff member receives the parking ticket and inserts it into the checkout machine. Of course, it was displayed as 0 yen.
Because it is the first place, I do not know the selfishness. Shouldn't you call out to pay here first when you leave? I felt very uncomfortable.
Next to Shinjuku station. Rooms a little small for the price; but it seems normal for Tokyo. Good facilities and great buffet
Very correct treatment.
Very clean, very new, very small rooms
The location was near train station. The hotel is English friendly. They offer airport limo service. Rooms are small and dated. Service is great.
Very good rooms, front desk speak english and are very helpful
I just used its parking area which is the cheapest around shinjuku station. 200 yen for 30 min
Used to meet with friends in the restaurant. It is comfortable because you can go through the crowds in front of the station when you use the JR New South Exit. Restaurant is satisfied with the taste of stability. I think that you can use it with confidence in any age.
Very close to the train station. Western and Japanese breakfast. Rooms are reasonable. There are washing and drying machines. Good hotel for a reasonable price. Lots of entertainment around.
Great location with a good price, small but we'll appointed rooms
Pepper-kun (robot) is at the front desk and will meet you !!
Great Hotel, but lacks good wifi, and staff could be more capable to help a tourist in general. Although it's location is one of its best selling points.
The room sparrow is small and well-organized. Although there is no Chinese customer service, but the question is asked in English.
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and they have a good breakfast buffet.
The rooms are very small compared with others country but are enough clean.
The staff are available and friendly.
The best points are: the position , very close to the shinjuku station where we can easily take all the main mains of transport and the fact that the bus from/to the airports have the stop here.
Centrally situated with easy access to Shinjuku Station. Rooms are neat, tidy and functional.
Great location. Very helpful staff. The reception is nice but our bedroom was dated, particularly the bathroom which was a bit stained and discoloured.
Good location near Shinjuku station. The room was fresh but quite small. Helpful and friendly staff. Is a super friendly restaurant almost opposite that specializes in fruit of all kinds where we ate breakfast daily, highly recommended!
Stayed here the last few trips to Tokyo, always clean, friendly and close everything in Shinjuku
Loved the staff, the room and the breakfast. Location was perfect though some of the in hotel costs were a little pricey
Very convenient hotel located close by from Shinjuku station with 3min walk. It's one of the stops for airport bus which is a hassle free option to get to and from the narita airport. The only thing is after 8pm there is no airport bus that goes to this hotel, so you have to get walk to shinjuku station the catch the airport bus. Very nice lobby but the room was a little old. I had to switch to another room because of bad odour and bad stains in the washroom. If only the rooms reflect the lobby, it would been a better impression.
I visited at a seminar. The lobby was clean and I wanted to stay there.
Very suitable for business travel. Accommodation quality is very good. It is close to Shinjuku Station.
The hotel is nice. The front desk is friendly, and lobby was open. Most importantly there is AC. However, the rooms are bit small, when you consider hotels in other prefectures. But considering how this is Tokyo, the rooms are not bad, with AC (a necessity) and the standard Japanese style bathroom. Very nice and clean overall.
3 minutes walking distance to Shinjuku station. Extremely convenient to all places. Family Mart nearby hotel. Lots of food around corner. Room is comfortable double economy, is not big but standard Japanese size. I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Tokyo.
All around good. Room is complete , even if very small but that's expected in Tokyo. Conveniently located in Shinjuku near the train and busta. Airport limo bus stops at this hotel.
Great service. Great hotel. Comfortable. Close to JR station. Highly recommended for travelers.
Convenient location for public transport and good access to downtown
Clean, modern hotel located in a quiet street but still within easy reach of JR Shinjuku station. Excellent rooms with a big bathroom. Solid walls, good noise control. Good choice to stay.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, really close to the station and walking distance from all of the sites in Shinjuku. The room was small but comfortable, a reasonable size considering other Japanese hotels. The staff members were very polite, helpful and spoke very good English at the front desk. The only downside was the washing facilities (washing machine and dryer). There were only 3 of each in the whole building and so we're usually being used. This would be fine except one go in the dryer was not enough and so it took at least 1.5 hours to get washing done and that's if you were lucky enough to go directly to drying. But overall a pleasant stay, I would recommend to others.
