The sales staff helped us find the perfect van for our needs. We originally went in to look at one van, which turned out to not meet out needs. But before we left the lot, the staff found another options for us that was just what we were looking for.

We've purchased 3 brand new Hondas; 2 CR-Vs and a Pilot. The Sales team is knowledgeable and very polite. The members of the Service Department are courteous, they are experts, and they work efficiently. We appreciate their deduction to excellence.
The service was good with only a minor incident of interior of car getting sprayed while being washed. a but was taken care of at shop. I was given a loner car for the weekend. Over all not too bad.
Greg was awesome to work with. They got me in and out very fast. Also you just can't beat the certified pre-owned warranty it is truly exceptional. The cherry on top is when they offered 9year/120k mile powertrain warranty (additional fee of course) but this just speaks volumes of how confident they are in their product. I will definitely be back.
Don Ayers customer service is top-notch so far as I have worked with them. Never an issue with an oil change. I bring my cars here because of my crazy workload and not having time to do most of my services. The crew that checks me in is amazing and friendly.
Now to the bad.
I have had a few issues with service that I found after the fact. I will pose both good and bad for each to be fair.
2010 Honda Pilot.
Engine knock. (suspected valve adjustment needed by me) they did the adjustment $650 sounds a little bit better but still there. Also now leaking oil from the rear valve cover gasket. Filling cylinders 2&3 spark plug holes full of oil.
I told them and they said I would have to pay for them to fix it

Third oil change. Left the fasteners out of the engine cover that then hit the road and scraped all to heck.
Told them about it and they said they will fix it on the next oil change. They forgot I guess because I had zip-tied it up. The zip ties were removed to do the oil change and then they put more zip ties in. Wait what ..
Ok, so I told them again and then got new tires installed. This time they replaced the fasteners.
The tires were great. 30 miles down the road the low tire pressure light (TPMS) came on. Swing into a discount tire. Tire pressure is good. They didn t reset the computer. I can deal with that. I reset it myself. Today I went to clean my wheels. all 4 of them have been scratched by the plastic cup on the balancer. Guys you don t use the cup on Aluminum wheels. You use the steel cones. Not a scratch on my car and now all 4 wheels.
I m not happy about the wheels. What if any of these were your personal cars?
Should anyone get service done here? I mean depends. A simple oil change, sure. Anything major, approach with caution.
Chris Demetriades was our awesome sales associate. He took the time to explain the car features and was never pushy just helpful! Could definitely tell he just wanted me to find the right car regardless of the brand. Helped explain the car buying process to me, as I was a first-timer. He was an awesome guy, and I drove away in my new car next day. Super happy! Test drove other vehicle brands and was not happy with the car nor the sales people. Honda truly is the best bang for your buck and the best sales & service team in the area. Would never buy another brand again!
Excellent customer service, Don Ayres Honda Lima. They made sure that we are always updated about the status of our car and they even have a complimentary shuttle service so you can wait comfortably at home while they do their job. Zach Bloom is very accommodating and explains everything.
