The project was poorly managed from start to finish, with frequent delays and subpar communication. The quality of workmanship did not meet the expectations set during our initial discussions, leaving me concerned about the long-term durability of the work completed. The lack of responsiveness to my inquiries further added to my frustration. Overall, I felt the experience was far from what was promised.
I have been working for Diversified for awhile. As a subcontractor they always treat me with respect. They understand the importance of the relationship between a subcontractor and the builder.
I value our relationship and hope for many more years of working together!
West Star Electric has been a sub-contractor for Diversified for many years and hope to remain so for many more years. We have never had any difficulties working with them and any problems that could not be solved amicably.
I am a customer. Nothing goes perfectly in construction. But, these guys owned it and corrected what they could. Painting subcontractors were an issue, but diversified did what they could to keep the job on time. Ultimately it wasn't, but Diversified staff picked up where subs dropped the ball to make it right as well as they could. Had to call 6 months later because a duct wasn't connected and they are sending a guy out to correct. 5 stars for effort. 4.5 stars for completion schedule. I prefer to work with folks who care and put in the effort. That's what they do.
Diversified is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Not just as a contractor, but as a company. They are responsive, professional, courteous and do an all around amazing job for their clients. I have worked with them many times and continue to be impressed with their consistency.
They showed up, worked hard, got the job done - on time! Jesse was always responsive and helpful. I'd use Diversified again.
Diversified is a great company to work with. As a co-owner of Concrete Treatments, we've done a lot of work with these guys over the years. As a sub contractor, they are always fair, responsible, courteous and don't treat their subs like dirt. Diversified shares the same company values as we do in that the client is first. Together, we work to ensure the client's vision and needs are met and work to complete projects on time and on budget. I look forward to continuing many years of work with this great team.
I'm not a customer but a Sub-Contractor company. I have a small drywall company and last summer I was contacted by Colette the Project Manager Assistant offering tons of work for my company but we couldn't comply with the insurance requirements they required back then, 2 million GL plus aggregate 2 million more, Work Comp 1 million, auto commercial 1 million and lots of endorsements more. This summer I called her, and asked that if they could assured us we would obtain work from them we can go ahead and buy the extra coverage they were asking. She send me all the documents and send it to my agent too. I comply with all the requirements and my agent send over the certificates, spend more then 4 thousand dollars but once they received everything I never hear back from her or anyone from the company. I email so many times, no reply, I called, no calls back. Now my concern is what do they do with my information??? I hope that this review helps any other contractor out there that is looking for work to be aware and do not send anything to this unethical company unless they have a job site schedule.
Diversified is a great organization to work with. The staff is very well on hand with each individual project as it takes great detail. As a sub-contractor they have been one of the best general contractors to work with and look forward to many years to come.
