I have put through my complaints on the 9th December 2019, got a reply saying will feedback within 2 days, 19 days has passed, no news from Domino's. How should I rate their customer service?

I have been here for works. I have work in the Call Centre department as a part timer. The wages quit okay for me and there ia bonus too. Maybe you think that the work is easy because we just sit and take orders. But the reality it was hurt you mentally with the customers

Don't know there lunch begin at 12.30.. Been there but have to wait till 2 pm.. Other than that, every thing was good.. The staff also nice

Today i made online order for self pick up at Teluk Intan's branch. Time to collect i put Now because just nearby with my place. Surprisingly, after 15min i go there my order still not ready meanwhile in the order tracker already done for pick up. I'm order 4 personal pizza. When i ask again at the counter they said not ready yet. They did check the ready order, but couldn't find my name. Then i have to wait another 30min. After that they give me 2 pizza only. My order is 4 personal pizza. When i ask the another 2 they said my order just 2 pizza. How come?! I ask them to check again. My goodness, they find my name on the ready order! They said misheard my name! I'm order for self pick up, and i had to wait for 45min?!!! And the staff never say sorry!! What a bad service you have! Please train your staff properly especially Miss Alia. Very rude!

There's one guy coming from shop to shop selling Domino coupons, insisting I buy it if 'I love my staffs' in front of my staffs, despite me declining him for two times. The only time I hate buying is when people force on me. Domino please stop using this begging strategy.

He's a tall, fair skinned, well built guy.

That was few months ago. Just telling here since the coupons expiring by this month I don't really plan on using it. I buy anytime I want, with or without purchased coupon.

Had a very terrible experience today (16/1/2020) not only with the SS12 store but also with the customer service officer who is from the complaint department, Kevin.

At around 12 pm I've placed my order so that it can be sent to me at 2:30pm as I had a gathering. I had not foresee that Domino's would disappoint me this much that I didn't choose to buy food anywhere else.

The order was placed online and on the remarks I had mentioned for my pizza to be sent to the ground floor of my company. I had made many orders before and none of them had failed to deliver. At 2:50 I called as I still haven't received my pizza and I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes despite my early order. And at 3pm I was told the rider refused to deliver because he doesn't know where to deliver my pizzas. I still waited for my pizza until it was 4:20 and when I contacted Domino's SS12 I was told by the manager she had canceled my order because she assumed I didn't want them. She non-chalantly said I can wait 30 more minutes before I can finally get my pizzas but the gathering had already ended. Worse I had already paid RM75.50. At this point of time I was already fuming. I felt very humiliated in front of everyone who came, I was hungry, and I knew getting my RM75.50 will take a long time. The manager handled the case very poorly and she even hung up on me. She had no respect for her customers, her managing skill was questionable, and what she did-cancelling my order without my consent showed she's untrustworthy.

I called the customer service and was told that I'd be given a message but the message didn't come soon enough. I called again and my case was handled by a staff named Kevin who was very condescending, patronizing, and down right rude. He spent more time picking on my mistake than assisting my case and even refused to give me my refund when I lost my patience. I was treated very poorly by him and when I asked him his full name he arrogantly challenged me to call the police to report on him. I strongly feel that Domino's has fallen so miserably below acceptable quality in their services. None of their staff either from the store nor the ones who was supposed to handle my complaint had shown me that they respect their customer, their job, and even their company brand.

I don't think I should suffer 7 to 15 working days to get back my money when Domino's has been the only party who has put me into this much troubleb in the first place. I'm very disappointed that this is even happening. I don't think it's fair that I'm the only one implicated by this. I've lost trust of this company and I'd never be a return customer and I don't think anyone who has ever been treated as I do should too.

Awful online experience. After completing payment, waited around 30 minutes to receive confirmation payment email from dominos. Had to go through their customer service hotline which no one is there to pick up my phone call. Really bad service and I will think twice before ordering from Dominos Pizza Malaysia.

It was a great interviewing session but sadly I was having a transport trouble.

Lol domino is my lifesaver, idk but i keep getting free regular pizza randomly in my profile, and this week i got party set that include 3 RP, and 1 side dish its just wow, and lastly i ever got Miya statue from domino haha i'm so lucky or domino is too great, thanks a lot
