Had a very terrible experience today (16/1/2020) not only with the SS12 store but also with the customer service officer who is from the complaint department, Kevin.

At around 12 pm I've placed my order so that it can be sent to me at 2:30pm as I had a gathering. I had not foresee that Domino's would disappoint me this much that I didn't choose to buy food anywhere else.

The order was placed online and on the remarks I had mentioned for my pizza to be sent to the ground floor of my company. I had made many orders before and none of them had failed to deliver. At 2:50 I called as I still haven't received my pizza and I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes despite my early order. And at 3pm I was told the rider refused to deliver because he doesn't know where to deliver my pizzas. I still waited for my pizza until it was 4:20 and when I contacted Domino's SS12 I was told by the manager she had canceled my order because she assumed I didn't want them. She non-chalantly said I can wait 30 more minutes before I can finally get my pizzas but the gathering had already ended. Worse I had already paid RM75.50. At this point of time I was already fuming. I felt very humiliated in front of everyone who came, I was hungry, and I knew getting my RM75.50 will take a long time. The manager handled the case very poorly and she even hung up on me. She had no respect for her customers, her managing skill was questionable, and what she did-cancelling my order without my consent showed she's untrustworthy.

I called the customer service and was told that I'd be given a message but the message didn't come soon enough. I called again and my case was handled by a staff named Kevin who was very condescending, patronizing, and down right rude. He spent more time picking on my mistake than assisting my case and even refused to give me my refund when I lost my patience. I was treated very poorly by him and when I asked him his full name he arrogantly challenged me to call the police to report on him. I strongly feel that Domino's has fallen so miserably below acceptable quality in their services. None of their staff either from the store nor the ones who was supposed to handle my complaint had shown me that they respect their customer, their job, and even their company brand.

I don't think I should suffer 7 to 15 working days to get back my money when Domino's has been the only party who has put me into this much troubleb in the first place. I'm very disappointed that this is even happening. I don't think it's fair that I'm the only one implicated by this. I've lost trust of this company and I'd never be a return customer and I don't think anyone who has ever been treated as I do should too.
