Nice and pleasant atmosphere. Well disigned and clean rooms, facilitated with Rituals soaps and body products
Rooms are quite big and clean. The gym is worth using it and the food is nice. Certainly recommendable.
Well organised. Parking your car while on holiday. We were met upon arrival and were given an exit card to be able to leave upon return.
Fine. You are in the departure hall for 5 minutes
Had delicious coffee when we went on holiday from Zestienhoven
Friendly and good service. Only very quiet because of the Corona crisis
Great hotel was there twice, but some of the staff was really incapable
I had a voucher for a few days and at the reception I was told that I had to check out the day before instead of the planned checkout, so I would have to rebook flixbus and the like
Then after I've packed everything and checked out, I am told oh you still have one day left.
Because of mistakes by the staff lost a lot of money and not even getting compensation just a fleeting apology
That will be the reason why I will never stay there again
Fantastic hotel. No clue in cost, but the restaurant is great. Room is new and quiet
The hotel, situated in a super location, was an ideal location for the meeting of the meeting. As a Gers team! We are delighted with the opportunity offered to collect and park the car.
A hotel located right next to the airport and public transport, very friendly staff very clean hotel breakfast very rich and varied.
Been Meeting. Nice reception, spacious box. Nice bar, nice service
Good service, nice private beach, each day perfect breakfast, etc.
Very nice place to stay for business. Excellent breakfast.
Stayed at wings over a weekend. Paid 100 euros per night for a standard 2 person room. The quality of the bed and bathroom was quite good. However for the price, we felt like we were missing many, many things. There is poor in-room coffee, bad TV reception(a nice tv screen though), no mini-fridge and no ironing anything. Also the bed had nice matrasses, the problem is that our 2 person bed is just literally 2 - one person beds pushed together. They didn't even put a 2 person matrass on it.
ALSO, wings claims to have "Rituals" soap and shampoo in the bathroom. After visiting 3 different Rituals stores during our stay in Rotterdam we found out that the "Ritual of Hammam" stuff wings has is nothing like the in store sold product. Its worse
At this price point, it would be better to go to a Van Der Valk hotel. Where the rooms are 50-80 euros and you get more amenities.
Good sleep, good beds, had no problems with planes, you can eat and drink, and you're sitting there right next to the airport. TOP LOCATION !!!!!!!
Very bad unfortunately, the room was dirty, there were even items of clothing on the floor in the room of the previous visitor and then I think how could you have overlooked something like that? The staff is also very rude, one walks away from reception without saying a word while she was busy with me. Certainly not worth repeating for me. Very far below the level for a 4 star hotel. A pity! Furthermore, the wishes of the customer are not listened to, but in the meantime they simply nod yes, but ho but hear nothing of it is as it should be. Certainly NOT recommended
Although the hotel is right next to the airport, you will not be bothered by air traffic.
The room was quite dusty and the walls were full of stains. The beds were fine.
The bathroom smelled and was full of mold, the floor also turned black. I reported this and they would clean it extra.
Unfortunately, after the extra cleaning, the floor was still black and not all the mold was molded off the walls.
The breakfast was fine, very wide selection and plenty of supplements. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel. Within walking distance of the departure hall. Friendly staff.
The correspondence before the visit and also during our stay was smoothly and super friendly. That's what I call Service-Excellence!
beautiful trendy location, suitable for corporate and private events. Hospitality is of paramount importance. Easy to reach by public transport and car.
Cozy atmosphere, music, food, drinks and good staff
Great service, delicious food. Clean rooms and very dogs friendly!
Great hotel, nice staff. And in principle in Rotterdam are very helpful people, always ready to help you. The hotel is located 2 steps from the airport, a bus that can take you to the city center runs almost every 7 minutes. Nearby, however, there are no shops, which is not very good.
Good hotel with very good service. Nice and close to the airport. You can also book a parking with extras. In short, all arranged super.
Nice hotel right at Rotterdam Airport. No aircraft to be heard. Breakfast was fine, nothing to complain about at dinner.
Clean. Tidy. Good service. Convenient. Very good. Only 4 Because I am picky.
Been back a while with my husband, remains for us the best hotel we have been to. We had a clean and nice room. Rituals in the room are great. Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet is really something we want to go back for. Delicious eaten! Worth to visit again.
I chose Worldhotel Wings as the location for my four-day city trip to Rotterdam and made a good decision. From the friendly welcome to the friendly farewell, I was 100% satisfied. As I explored the city, my car parked in a spacious and clean garage next to the hotel. With the day ticket available at the reception (7.50 euros) and the bus 33, which stops in front of the hotel, I am in less than 20 minutes without stress and congestion and landed in the Netherlands in the horrendous parking fees in the middle of the city. There are 2 options. The one bus number 33 goes, without changing, to the Rotterdam central station, the bus number 33 in the opposite direction drives to the 3 stops away station Meijersplein, where one can change over briefly to the metro E to the main station and the city center. The buses and the metro go in short intervals, so that a stress-free arrival is nothing contrary.
My room was spacious, clean, with a kettle, a small selection of tea and coffee and a comfortable chair. I especially liked the comfortable bed and with the window closed it was very quiet. The occasional air traffic is perceived at most as a short-term grunts and did not bother me. Around the hotel is currently a huge construction site, as it goes in the morning from 06.30 clock right down to business. Again, the well-insulated windows protect. Unfortunately, it has only 2 German TV channels and even if I did not go to Rotterdam for television, ZDF and RTL are a bit weak in the age of cable and satellite TV.
The breakfast offer was appealing and delicious, fried eggs, pancakes and omelets are prepared by a cook to order. The breakfast room, the restaurant and the bar are appealing and spacious, otherwise there is no possibility of eating near the hotel, except for a restaurant in the nearby airport terminal.
I'll be back, especially since the location is also great for visiting the nearby cities of The Hague (accessible by metro), Delft, Gouda, etc.
Excellent value for the money you paid.
The staff are wonderful and extremely polite
Simply put it is awesome
Hotel super 4 to 5 stars, restaurant 1 A2 stars, restaurant very poor quality, spaghetti a very small portion with sauce from a bucket, no taste in it, salad goat cheese, no fresh salad, goat cheese burnt. Very few spices on everything. Unfortunately
Nice hotel with covered parking garage, dog was only in great need .......
Great hotel. Luxurious appearance. Good beds. Full breakfast.
I always think eating out is a small party: nicely dressed, handsome shoe, well cut, etc. I would also like to go by car, because otherwise the outfit will often perish in the Dutch climate. Thus arrived on Mother's Day at the entrance of the parking garage. Ground floor was full and went on to deck C. Parked there and looking for the elevator: noppes. Followed signs Hotel, to a stairwell, 2 stairs down, were on level -1. All the way to the other side, then stairs in a dirty stairwell and finally an elevator that led to the reception. Not exactly what you expect from a reception at a star hotel. Then at the reception in the queue (behind various checkers) to get the parking ticket stamped. Then to our table. Wijntje ordered and looked into the card. Not really an extensive menu and I found it difficult to choose (I don't like pasta, or liver, or duck; it came up in many dishes) Ultimately with partner opted for an extensive fish dish for 2 people (32.50) The description was grandiose with salmon mousse. It turned out to be the size and volume of a button. The quality of the fish was good but nothing was done with it: no sauce, decoration, or other bells or whistles. Afterwards my hubby had the tuna dish and I decided, for the sake of poverty, to have a Wings meal salad. In the meantime we had waited 25 minutes for the main course and even with 10 minutes of empty glasses. After I drew the attention of the restaurant manager to that, additional donations were made (I always thought that was part of the position). The dishes arrived. With the tuna 2 upright rolls with a tasteless filling; the tuna was practically cold. The Wings salad was a pile of tuna mixed with some bell pepper, a few beans and onion rings, then some pieces of tuna next to it and on top of that a tuft of curly lettuce. Hubby mentioned when asked that the tuna was cold. Was taken and there came the restaurant manager: You have comments on the tuna. Well he is cold, I don't think so. Strange comment: I really can't imagine that. Whether he would lie about it. When asked if it was okay with me, I replied that I had expected something completely different: a good amount of tuna, but hardly any greetings; it was a salad here?!. Yes, that's the way we serve it. When I asked my husband if he wanted a different dish, with the remark that the tuna has run out, my husband decided, considering that we had waited so long for the main course, not to take one. While he grabbed my plate, he said: then you certainly don't want to anymore ....?! Anyway, a strange experience. We eat on average once a week outside the door, but never experienced this. After another tour through corridors, parking, stairs and lifts (parking deck C is indicated nowhere (!!)) we went home disappointed despite the fact that we only had to pay for the drinks.
Room was great, large rooms and clean shower and bathroom. No noise from airport. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast was OK, the cooked food wasn't great, satisfactory.
Here had 2 days business course. Meeting room was spacious and light. Very nice. A little lack of fresh air sometimes. Lunch buffet was great, very varied, many options hot and cold. Dinner in the restaurant was a bit chic for me, but very tasty indeed. Rooms are very spacious with separate toilet.
Been here for the annual Weddingfair. Always a great happening and also this year well taken care of in Corona time. We were at the Weddingfair with our booth house
Very good size rooms. Perfect isolation and absolutely no disturbance from the airport very close by. Friendly staff.
A lot of room for improvement in the kitchen...
Modern airport hotel, standard modern furnished room, but lack of fridge. Staff at the reception and service in the dining room smiling and helpful.
Very, very nice staff. First class breakfast with a huge selection. There's something for everyone.
On New Year's morning there was a free glass of champagne for all guests who wanted to have breakfast. Room very clean and nicely decorated.
Great place to stay when I'm in town for business. Love the breakfast as well as the sports bar.
Been here in December.
Unfortunately, the tissues and other wipes were still under the bed of the previous visitor and the water pressure is so terribly bad and scaled back that you cannot shower normally, let alone women want to wash their hatred or people with medical complaints should be able to showering ... etc unfortunately a mega disappointment, after indicating the complaints 0 motivation to a solution
Good hotel, with nice rooms and a great restaurant, you will be helped fine.
Stylish, well insulated (air traffic hardly to be heard), extensive breakfast buffet
Hotel / restaurant next to Rotterdam airport. Good quality and very friendly staff. To be repeated
Nice room. Little choice in the restaurant. Fortunately a Domino's in the neighborhood.
Modern, neat family rooms with a TV for each bed. Also nice aircraft watching. Unfortunately, the lights on the bunk bed did not work.
We wanted to see Rotterdam, or the largest port in Europe.
Great hotel, right next to the airport. The restaurant is also great.
The food was tasty, the desserts were just a little less so for the rest of the Sligro so just fine
Great hotel, wonderful and friendly staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. The rooms are large, spacious and well outfitted. The beds, linen and pillows are very comfortable. Stayed there several times over a 4 year period, 20 minute bus ride to Central Rotterdam
I followed a course there in one of the many halls. Unlimited hot and cold drinks. Downside is that if you come by bicycle there is no bicycle rack or bicycle shed.
Relative new hotel (opened in 2015). Parking garage paid per night. Breakfast is OK, not overwhelming but good enough. Standard room is spacey and clean. Good hotel if you need to be near the airport but we used it to go to the NSJ 2016.
Good service, I just don t know if I just came in for breakfast.
The staff very friendly and the room very well. Everything was very clean. The only one hits the tv that youtube could not play. For the all very good. A domino's pizza right down next to reception. Apart the cafeteria and the gym. Very good the truth. I'll go back
Super nice hotel with countless arrangements for young and old
Despite the slow service and small portions, good food.
Well located (not far from the center), parking in the basement. Beautiful spacious rooms. Large buffet at breakfast
Close to airport. Lots of facilities. Close to Rotterdam.
Very helpful friendly staff. The business room's not at ALL bad. But ohmygod the food is absolutely lovely! Makes it all worth it.
We bought a travel voucher via Animod. For two people with breakfast and a 3-course dinner, parking and wifi free. We were a bit skeptical about the airport noise, but no problem. We had great rooms, the food would be delicious and the breakfast buffet rich. There was something for everyone for breakfast. However, I missed my beloved bun as a German. From the dinner you could choose from the daily changing menu of two. The food I would describe as elevated. However, there is still a pizzeria in the house, which offers delicious food at reasonable prices and even delivers it to your room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have deducted only one point, because you are something further away from the action. However you can reach Rotterdam or Delft well by bike or very reasonably priced by bus. On the car we have renounced in the cities, one finds hardly parking and is only stressed before one arrives at all. Many thanks to the team, we can only recommend you.
