Great hotel was there twice, but some of the staff was really incapable
I had a voucher for a few days and at the reception I was told that I had to check out the day before instead of the planned checkout, so I would have to rebook flixbus and the like
Then after I've packed everything and checked out, I am told oh you still have one day left.
Because of mistakes by the staff lost a lot of money and not even getting compensation just a fleeting apology
That will be the reason why I will never stay there again
