We were looking forward to this weekend in a 4 *!
What surprises have we had! :

-35 minutes of waiting to receive the aperitif ... one glass chipped, the other with plastic inside.
- Salt shaker with a layer of one cm of salt on it
- Dirty services
- Two plates from other customers are returned to the kitchen. We didn't eat there, we left.
- Covid period, the soap dish is broken the other empty. The employee arrives and he tells me, it's the work of the morning employee. I can't do anything .... (photo)
- Mop next to the urinals so that we can clean up after our visit :-D (photo)
- Improbable dust on the door closer (photo)
- When booking the hotel, we order Prosecco. When we arrive there is a shortage of stock. At the Casino there were some but we shouldn't have walked ...
- We cannot walk on the paths in the garden because there are bushes not trimmed (photo)
- The swimming pool needs a renovation just like some points of the hotel
- The false ceiling is dismantled (photo)

In short, everything for a 4 *

We inform the manager (who has just taken over because things were wrong) he offers us a stay to come back and give us a new opinion. We relaunch him 3 months later and .... he never said that! but invites us for a meal :-D
