Dom Pedro Hotels Review

I had 4 stars at the beginning of my stay, but then we say that the cafes are offered only 1 day, and then you have to pay 1 ! For a 5 star is exaggerated! I have been to France several times in a 5-star cafe is provided every day and not only for the rooms at the range! 20 the tax of the stay is abused.

Well situated, good staff very retro decor, very strange TV support, very beautiful spacious bathroom with bathtub, noisy bed, beautiful view.

From the glamorous service to the very good I loved it I slept lightly as a feather is obvious

So far its like this;
Came to the hotel from a long flight room was not ready- but lady said come back in one and a half hour. I went out to do some errands and came 11/2 hour later as instructed....guess what room is not ready Sir....so I asked her...do you have another room available....noo as we are fully book today.....10 mins later a room was available....BUT it was a twin bed room....I paid and requested a king sized bed.....now she said come back in 45 minutes...I am sitting at lobby waiting....hope this review will open their mind for a better service...lets see how it goes

Hotel is old but super comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well the services for small conferences. Gym is small but the indoor pool quite nice

The hotel is excellent. It has beautiful rooms with exceptional aesthetics. It also offers great facilities such as a gym and a spa. Finally, the buffet is quality.

Luxurious hotel. I was upgraded from classic and had a room with a river view. Nice Spa. Friendly staff. Good free WiFi. Tram stop nearby. I would go there again. Recommended!

A real, refined 5-star hotel, well-kept and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent services.
The hair dryer did not go and there they replaced it within 10 minutes, nothing to say.
One star less because the position is a bit secluded compared to the center; around there is nothing but a nice shopping center. It is however close to the metro and a large number of buses, which arrive comfortably in the center in 10, 15 minutes at most.

I really like this Dom Pedro hotel in Lisbon, always well treated.

Wide and varied breakfast buffet.
Very well connected with the rest of the city. Bus 711 and 728.
Next to Plaza Amoreiras.
Opposite there is a large shopping center where you can do your shopping, see stores and have a good afternoon.

A 5 star? Please....
The hotel itself is not bad, but from not being bad to a 5-star hotel there is a stretch. Average rooms, the only remarkable thing is that they have a good bed. The reception employees between incompetent and very unpleasant.

BREAKFAST: We took the trip with the agency. Upon arrival we asked to be confirmed that the contract was bed + breakfast and they told us that it was indeed included. The first day we had breakfast and they told us to sign and then collect it. We said it was included and it turns out that they say no. But if his partner confirmed it yesterday ... then no. 120 for 6 breakfasts !!
INVOICE: when we leave we request an invoice for the stay. They take it out with half a dozen errors, we ask to modify it and a young guy at the reception begins to make long faces at us, well, if a computer, if it goes to an office inside, each time with a worse face. As if we were to blame for his incompetence! After more than 30 minutes of waiting and putting up with his bad mood, we left without the bill.
Service fabric. If you are looking for 5 stars or even 4, surely there are better options.

The hotel is very nice, it's big, the staff is very friendly.
The pool is very pretty.

It remains an excellent hotel from the reception, to room service without forgetting the boss. 18 years ago our stay was excellent. Today I can only thank the pampering. Thank you.

Well worth the 5-star Palace Hotel near old Lisbon and its historic center

Excellent service. Our room had trouble getting cool, and the bathroom had no fan...so got quite damp. But it is a beautiful hotel, and the staff really went the extra mile.

Very good area near the center, the staff very polite and willing, the SPA and the gym could be better organized for his class.

When I arrived at the entrance of the hotel it was just the leaf of the trees, I remembered me from the films of Far West..It is a 5 star hotel..I do not know who was the artist who gave him the stars ... so to be in Lisbon ..

Lovely hotel, good staff. Even gave me a cake and some bubbly for my birthday! Great views of the city and right by the tram too. A short walk from metro stations.

The receptionists passable but the porters lack a little education distingen the people as they see if they are working one way and if they are turustas of another laugh while looking at you I did not spend the hotel well

I hired a romantic weekend pack and it was a success, since it included breakfast buffet (excente in everything) in addition to the parking. They had many details with us. Excellent cleanliness, extraordinary views, very attentive service, polite and cordial. I would definitely repeat it again.

Location on top of Lisbon, the look is fantastic! Spacious suite, large comfortable bed. Breakfast with good variety. Opposite the hotel is the convenience of Amoreiras shopping.

Old guard hotel. When you enter this hotel we feel it was already a great landmark in the capital. In these days we see that the decay of the building, details that sees the ness works. Staff a bit difficult. But everything is not bad, good breakfast and good bed.

The hotel is a modern stone and glass building. It has 19 floors. The rooms vary in price by height bands. Higher, more expensive.
The decor of the hotel is a bit stale. More or less old furniture and large curtains.
The spacious rooms are really great and are equipped with flat TV, coffee maker and other 5-star hotel amenities.
The downside is that it is not too central.

Optimal hotel, very well located, very friendly employees, great breakfast, excellent indeed.
The bath sheets and the toilet paper are very weak, they are nowhere near the level of a 5-star notel. I recommend an up grade !!!
The decor is very dated, but it is what it is.
I advise and will be back.

We have two more nights here. It was a good concept of the structure and very kind people when requested.

This hotel really deserves its 5 stars. A perfect service, discreet staff ... High quality services for an affordable price compared to all that the hotel offers. Petit condeil: allow half a day to enjoy the services offered by the hotel. We will come back with pleasure. Thank you.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed! Absolutely fantastic service and food location is great also. We're definitely going back!

The location is good. You need a bit to the next metro and it goes up / down. The bus stop is practically in front of the door.
Staff is super friendly and speaks good English.
The rooms are good too. Only in the bathroom do I find the 1-ply toilet paper insufficient. You should have invested more.

The buffet is great and not overcrowded. Again, very friendly staff.

Terrible breakfast , hot food was cold and congealed, poor choice of cereals and yoghurt, staff seemed unhappy which always makes you wonder how they are treated. Hotel deco is dated and a bit run down. Don t even dream of looking at the mini bar, you may have to remorgage your home for a bottle of water.
The only perk was a nice spa area and the staff down there were really nice.

Large hotel in a privileged location and superior rooms with a fantastic view.
