Very nice hotel with impressive decor, large rooms and excellent breakfast. Although the hotel location is quite far from Lisbon tourist attractions it is only 15 min historic tram ride to the old town.

Very nice hotel with good location, everything relatively easy to reach, very friendly staff, good food, good breakfast buffet.
The only downside was the sauna in the SPA area, the wooden grid in the lower area is almost broken and high risk of injury, not worthy for a 5 star hotel, as there are in Swedish Lapland in the forest better saunas!

Meal weak, buffet very uninviting. It needs to improve the palate. Convenient location. Bed uncomfortable, but this is personal issue, there are people who like very soft mattress. On my second stay the air conditioning did not work and the sink leaked water. Very attentive staff, quick and efficient.

Amazing 5* hotel very close to the centre of Lisbon. Good transport connections from there as well. Me and mum spent our birthdays there and we got complimentary cake and bottle of champagne for each birthday. Great service and staff.

The hotel has an amazing sightseeing, it s very clean, has big rooms and a very nice terrace where you can have a nice glass of wine. The restaurant is ok, the service is outstanding.

What did piss me off was the fact that they made me pay the transfer from the airport even if we couldn t find the driver at the airport, and that the second day I didn t have half of the things in the room (carpet for the shower, towels...) and when I told the guy during the checkout his reaction was ok . Not satisfied at all

A lot of luxury We were on the 20th floor, great views of all of Lisbon. Very expensive at night, but you have to keep in mind that a 5star is what you have. It had 2 bathrooms, and a living room. Safe and a good bathtub. A cozy experience The only thing that caught our attention is that upon check-in you give a deposit of 50 (plus the price of the room) in case you consume something in the minibar. If not leave you return it without problems (so it does not catch on the spur of the moment). The truth is that the best experience I could think of

The company where my husband works has done his annual exhibitions for a long time this Christmas and I always love coming here, the staff are extremely professional and super friendly. The service never fails. The hotel has a very classic but comforting decor.

I frequently stay here when in Lisbon, was a bit disappointed as an elite club member in a few items this time that prevent me from giving five stars: 1)The robes and towels were old and frayed at the ends, 2) black mold in the bathroom (see picture), and 3) the window that hadn't been cleaned in ages (see picture). A true five star hotel focuses on details, with a bit more attention Dom Pedro would rank higher.

Ten days of romantic holidays: sublime even if the hotel is not very modern! There is parking and even when there is no more room the car is parked safely by the concierge. The breakfast is very good but we find cheaper in town! The bedding is excellent, the view is amazing if you are on the upper floors (20 floors!). I recommend especially with a very good value for money (we had been through Booking).

Very classy hotel. Well situated. Rooms are well finished and appointed. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friend. The in-house spa and swimming pool are very nice and well worth a visit. The restaurant is also very good, breakfast is extensive when it comes to variety. Loved the place.

Nice hotel with big rooms and at a very convenient place. You are in minutes in the center by taxi that costs no more than 7 euros. In the same time it is quiet and clean. Nice breakfast also.

Very nice hotel; I had a spacious room and a huge bathroom. Good room service, decent breakfast. For me, the bed wasn't terribly comfortably and the desk didn't have a proper chair, just a stool, so somewhat uncomfortable to work, but otherwise a good experience.

Bar prices are high for drinks and food also ran out of draught beer at a weekend. Would have to pay extra per day to use leisure facilities (Swimming pool, sauna etc..) Breakfast was never hot although had a large selection.

It's old, old-fashioned, on the ring, woke up at 8:20 by the maid !!! Noisy ... short 5 star paper! Breakfast not taken and 5 days stay shortened from the first 24h ... I see Lisbon another time ...
