We used Dolphin Hellas to coordinate our trip to the Greek Islands in July 2010. While nothing terrible happened to warrant a bad review, we weren't amazed with their service, either. Every hotel we stayed in asked for "vouchers" which the agency was supposed to provide--but they didn't provide them. Despite detailed email communications (which were prompt and clear, for the most part), there was confusion at one hotel about how long we were staying. And there was much confusion about a car rental we organized with them. Other than that, nothing spectacularly bad or good.
