In the area, unfortunately, there are no areas for active recreation, we wanted to run, unfortunately, there is no forest or meadow nearby. Food not very healthy, even vegetables cooked with butter, and cream is added to each soup. Buffet food on dinner evidently processed from the previous day. Service and cleanliness at a decent level but not amazing. Saunarium and pool - very nice.
On the plus side:
- nice nature and surroundings, lots of space for active people,
- child-friendly hotel (playgrounds, swimming pool, possibility of borrowing an electronic nanny, etc.),
- nice service,
- free large parking lot
- "rock" envelope (exhibitions on the walls, PUB)
On the downside:
- mainly the kitchen - only decent food, little choice for dinner, no coffee, the level of dishes barely basic, a lot of dried dishes, a lot lacking the standard that can be expected in hotels ****
- paid entrance to the ZOO, no discounts for hotel guests,
- other hotels offer a higher standard for the same money,
- neglected greenery, dirty ZOO, dirty terraces,
- many dangerous elements on playgrounds (hard elements, easy access to power sockets),
To sum up - a solid "three". It was correct, but it did not touch the heart. There is a lot to improve - especially the food, the maintenance of green areas, which provide a lot of room for improvement and cleanliness in some areas.
I will not recommend it, nor will I complain.
Cool place I recommend. I was in the winter so little attractions. But in the summer you can see that there is something to do

Charlotta Valley is known primarily from Legend Rock concerts - in the hotel lobby a lot of photos from individual concerts, until you are asking for background music from these events. I am not discouraged from visiting this place, but I felt disappointed.

Hotel very nicely located in a beautiful area but the standard gives a lot to be desired. The children's playground is devastated, the rooms need a major refurbishment like the swimming pool and night club. Attractions in the form of bowls, which are very worn. Few attractions for families with children. Monotonous breakfasts, the same thing every day. Overall a 4 * slightly poor but atmosphere very pleasant. The hotel has potential but is run down.

The zoo and sealarium are a failure. In the zoo you pay for the ticket once, but to see the more interesting half of the zoo you need to buy a second ticket for the "water safari". Unless someone is satisfied with looking at animals from behind great water.

A beautiful place but the event for Children's Day exceeded the organization - all cork traffic and the free bus had no access. I was not in the Hotel Resort itself, but at the Billy Idol concert. The place is organized brilliant. The catering area around the polan to park the cars. Fast service before the concert and coordination of traffic on the cape also.
