A good place for a family rest. I recommend only to take your sandwiches. The quality of food served in the valley is not satisfactory.

We chose this place for southern relaxation. Admission to the Spa zone costs 80 PLN for 1.5 hours (price with the rental of towels). On site there is a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and a small pool for children. In the sauna area 4 saunas: 2 steam and 2 dry. Place very clean and do not feel chlorine. The only downside was the quite low temperature in the relaxation zone. I advise you to take your own dryer because these pools are already quite old..After relaxing in the pool area I managed to run a manicure and eyebrow regulation. The spa area is very professionally prepared, and the waiting room with comfortable armchairs ... For an hour I felt exceptionally taken care of (cost PLN 60). We also took a walk path around the complex. The perfect place for a weekend or one day arrival. I would recommend.

Lots of attractions for children. Quite a lot of territory.

The hotel itself and the spa area on 4. Additional attractions nearby - a mini zoo and a seal center also a big plus, especially for families with small children. I gave 3 due to breakfasts and dinners which are buffet style. A small selection of dishes, some not even tasty and cold, but bread is a misunderstanding. On Sunday, for breakfast, I had the impression that it was Friday. Not fresh is said very little. I am surprised by the fact that dishes in the restaurant are very tasty.

Rope park - a mega attraction. Dinner for two - great atmosphere. Leave your child to grandparents or parents-in-law and cut off the phone and use it. (ok, I agree - no in-laws) SPA - a fairy tale. Pools could be bigger but as something is a lake: p Cabaret is a great thing. Zoo like this zoo. The horses do ihaaaa and the seals clap, happy children, etc.

Zoo exaggeration with the price of 25 PLN for a normal ticket, animals buried on islands, additional paid boat transfer it should already be included in the ticket price. As for the sealarium, dirty water can barely be seen seals, the price also exaggerates for 3 pools with seals. I do not recommend these prices

One of the cooler hotels I've stayed in with my family. Lots of attractions, pool, bowling, good food. recommend

A great place. There is what to do. Sealarium, mini zoo, aviary, sleeping houses, hotel, numerous concerts, .... Seal feeding shows and their tricks are organized. Worth seeing - great fun. A large parking lot and a playground are available on site.

Food tasty but covid ruined all the fun.
It is worth visiting the inn nearby and going to the chapel. Must See is, of course, the zoo and seal center.

We purchased a package for a long weekend, not as a consumer company.
Standart room as very low for this price. They could not offer anything else. Terrible dinner. This level is not in a sanatorium in the spa. They do not want to give us more than 3000 z . For comparison, for the same money I rented a 2-room flat with a garage in Sopot after I stayed "on the ice" late in the evening with all my family. They hope that it will bake, that time will pass ... I would add that we were not at the same time the only family who wrote the withdrawal. After showing them the "apartment" on the tree, they were worried about the child's health because of the impurity. I invite you all tricked contact person. We can file a class action lawsuit. It is the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract if the room was purchased remotely, its standard leaves much to be desired or simply does not suit the consumer, and the hotel is not able to provide it even by exchanging it for another.

We rented a tree house with my husband and daughter, from the outside it really makes a great impression, but for this price I expected that at least everything would be functional .. at the beginning a ford ... in the era of coronavirus it should be a flash, but I do not require so much but although I vacuumed and washed the floor, I was with a six-month-old child who plays on the ground is really not fun .. I have the impression that only the bedding has been changed after the last guests. additionally, there was a problem with electricity in the bathroom, a shabby cabin, not closing properly, the door from the house could not be locked, you had to wrestle .. for such a price it is a really big minus !!! Everything else is really ok, we had breakfasts and dinners, food good, large selection, variety. The food in the hotel restaurant and in the floating restaurant is very good. Zoo, sealarium, the whole area of Charlotte great. Spa, beauty massages also great. We will come again for sure, but not to the house anymore .. a pity for the money for such conditions.

We spent the so-called long weekend, ie from 08.11-11.11, in this resort. An impressive building, beautiful location, lots of attractions. My wife used massages and is delighted. Great kitchen and everything would be great if not for the noise in the lobby at the reception, where alcoholic drinks were held every evening. The group of drunk people was very loud until late at night. I am surprised by the lack of reaction from the reception, the more so because there was a restaurant and a pub where the group should be directed. And yes, that's OK. For the future, I advise the management of the hotel to prohibit such events, because after such a view there is a disgust that spoils the atmosphere of the hotel. I will write the official complaint.
