Generally a great place for a family vacation. A beautiful show at the sealarium, professional service. Water safaris appeal to children, curious about animals and birds tells the guide. In the water safari bar with scandalous service. Dirty tables, no toilet cleaned. Bar service not prepared to spend the rest of the banknotes.

The exterior is super well-kept and makes an amazing impression, not to mention a very nice zoo and other attractions.
I sincerely advise against restaurants. The service was not interested in customers, so we finally ordered rabbit, flounder and cheese dumplings. The rabbit was cold (groats tasty), the flounder at least average. And after 20 minutes we found out that the dumplings were gone, finally, after talking to the waitress, we got a proposal of pancakes with cheese - OK for children. Bill over 140 which would be ok if not for the above.

Btw, we had to pay for the pancakes as for dumplings because: "the kitchen ordered it because there is no pancake price list".

Visit, enjoy the attractions and go elsewhere for lunch.

Pros:

Lots of attractions, animals, for children I do not have a perfect place :)

Minuses:
-We were during Covid so low occupancy, yet the Wellness Zone was full
- The sauna zone is rather saunas, their quality is good and that's it.
No doors to stop the noise between the saunas and the Wellness zone, which makes it impossible to rest after the session, little space (beds) in the sauna area.

- Inconvenient bed in DBL rooms - hard even for me where I like it, but it should be noted that the service, after my request, put on an additional mattress which gave more softness.

At this price, it expects more comfort, I still recommend it, of course.

We came to the famous Charlotta Valley to experience a revelation as it was supposedly with many famous music stars, but ... Unfortunately, the spell came when we wanted to eat something at the island restaurant. Well, "ordinary" customers are treated here as in the times of the PRL. The owner was assigned by two waiters for a dozen or so tables. Their work resembled characters from Bareja's films. I do not understand the logic in the operation of the waiter, who does everything to delay the acceptance of the order and thus reduces the capacity of the premises. Several courses from the kitchen just to collect the dishes from the table, but not to accept a new order at that time. A complete lack of interest in new guests, about welcoming them and ensuring, for example, that it will soon come to nothing. Santana's opinion alone is not enough. I will certainly advise everyone to visit this place until I hear that something has changed there, although the hopes are miserable. Maybe it would be good to take care of the surface of the parking lot in front of the hotel, because at the moment these are wild trenches except the two rows closest to the building.

Opinion refers to Rock pub. The bartender is very unpleasant, offended that he works. The climate in the middle indicates a pub rock and they release Makarene, Coco Jumbo and other sweet melodies. For this they are very loud that you can not talk. And we were in the pub only with friends. We were obviously disturbing and it was done so that we would go away. I do not recommend and I will never go there.

Seeing the prices of entry to the Zoo we have not decided. 25 PLN adult and 18 PLN reduced. Additional fees to the sealarium and other attractions. Generally expensive. We used the Go ciniec. Prices inadequate to quality. We ordered a boletus soup that has already reached us almost cold. The kids are chicken nagetsy, the dish is also cold. The husband ordered chicken tenderloins - dried and hard. For PLN 123 for 2 soups, 2 dishes for children and tenderloins, it's a bit expensive. Very poor quality! I do not recommend dinner !!!

A charming place. Climate hotel. The food is tasty and varied. Beautiful surroundings; forest and water are just a beautiful background for attractions. Zoo, sealarium, amphitheater, playgrounds, lake, restaurants, swimming pool, saunas and spa (thank you Mrs. Eva for the wonderful Balinese massage) - no one gets bored here. Everyone will find something for himself.
I am just spending my holidays here with my family and I am very impressed with this place. I recommend highly.

Cool place, nice surroundings. A decent hotel. A big plus for the pool and sauna. Unfortunately, the amount of screaming and running children does not allow you to fully enjoy the rest. Either you have to accept it or look for a different, calmer place. I did not have the opportunity to try the dishes in the hotel restaurant, because the lady at the reception stated that there is lunch soon and I WILL have a full restaurant during these hours. Unfortunately, no competent person asked if this is the case. The restaurant was then completely empty. Because no one was interested in us, we ate at another restaurant in S upsk. It is a pity, the service should be more proactive.

Cool, atmospheric place, delicious food, nice pool and sauna area, although this could be better muted than the pool area. A very large complex, suitable for nature walks. One star less for poorly soundproofed room door, which resulted in the morning wake up call by people walking with children in the corridor and a hard mattress in bed.

A great, cool, quiet place for a short break. Staying for two nights allows for a small reset of life. I suggest staying at the beginning of the week, because it is everywhere, empty, at the pool, breakfast, and bowling. Breakfast buffet very abundant, with a big choice - maybe there is no choice at dinners. Rooms with balconies in a sunny weather revelation.

Nice time spent attractions mainly for children. A lot of animals including bison and seal at the sealarium a great playground for children. It is worth seeing the feeding of seals at 14 pm combined with the show.
