Would just like to thank you to the delivery driver who came and changed my bottles over he was very polite and professional and he explained everything. Good luck with everything during these times, I know it must be difficult at times but thank you once again.

Why can t Dolby supply cylinders that fit the trol...

Why can t Dolby supply cylinders that fit the trolley issued? Or, supply a trolley that is compatible with the cylinders?

Simply lowering the ring on the trolley by 75mm would make it suitable to take both types of cylinder.

When the wrong cylinder is in the trolley it sounds like you re ringing a bell as you walk along!

This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. They supply monstrous machines which they seem to think someone with a lung disease will be capable of carrying and they continually want to pass the buck from the person on the phone to the person delivering the machine. They then want to get me to phone the prescriber when the prescriber has prescribed something which has been supplied without any problems by Air Liquide for several years, but which Dolby Vivisol refuses to supply. Do not use these people unless you have to.

I have just received a letter after emailing my concerns about my experience with this company. I m really disappointed with the response I got from Glenn Taylor. Three times I arranged for the equipment to be removed. I was supposed to receive a phone call 1/2 hour before pick up which I never received. (My phone log confirms). On the third time of collection still no phone call but my daughter was home to answer the door. I have two dogs, so when she answered the door, she said would you mind waiting here as I have two dogs and will need to close the door, I will bring the equipment to the door . He was fine with this and said ok which is confirmed on my Ring doorbell video activity however the letter I received insinuates that we refused access to him. The letter I received is accusing us of being difficult even though we were more than patient and accommodating with this company. At a time which has been extremely hard and emotional this company has not helped my situation at all and I hope that other customers can find another company to help them instead of this one. This company has lied about contacting with their customer and then accused us of being difficult when it came to collection. Just to confirm Glenn, on 27th January I had no phone call. On the 31st January, I had no phone call. On the 20th Feb, surprise surprise, no phone call. Please let me know if you wish to see a phone call log statement from my provider. I also have Ring video evidence of the technician interacting with my daughter who did not refuse access but instead asked him to be patient while she could put our dogs in a safe place all whilst I was bed bound in bed connected to a drain.
Please avoid this lying, accusing company at all costs if you can. If only there was an option for Zero Stars.

Last minute trip to visit daughter in Bournemouth plus broken down portable concentrator superbly handled by phone operator Margaret who arranged everything at very short notice. Just like to say a big thanks to all your staff for making it happen without fuss and liaising with the Bournemouth contractors who were also at the top of their game. Thanks again..Roger Sharman.

This company is amazing. EVERY time I've called for help they've responded quickly and never let us down. first time they brought out the equipment ready for my husband when he came home from hospital i was so worried about using it but they assured me all would be ok.
