We must have a personal key card (system of the last century) to configure its space, but on the date of installation we have neither the map nor access to the space ...
Then, never received access I had to call 2 times to get them.
And for the card like this, several calls where I go for a walk, and I still have not ...
The only mail that I received without worries and very quickly, it is ... the schedule!

Customer for years and satisfied .... but a real CALVARY when you move !!!
NO WAY to terminate and have a good chronopost to return the equipment to them despite the RAR and multiple telephone reminders! (moreover in the contract they did it for free, but these conditions have changed recently ...)

From the moment you signal them that you want to terminate, your phone number AUTOMATICALLY switches to their customer service and even if they continue to use your account, you no longer have their "security" services but only customer service. !

The only thing that interests them is that you take an EPs contract where you go and that those who enter the house continue yours !!! They are super aggressive and tough!

I'm disgusted and NEVER would call on them again! they ruin years of relationship !! when we move far we really have other things to do than get upset with EPS!

Hello, this company is a complete scam. I was a customer for 2 years with a substantial package. At the slightest technical problem, EPS offers to send a technician at your expense and when the contract is terminated, you must dismantle everything yourself (in this case the technician is absent subscribers) and return all the equipment under sorrow to see you charged the cost of the material on loan. The concept of customer service seems to be totally absent from their charter. Sound advice: absolutely avoid it.

I had misplaced my grandfather's beep, who went on vacation and charged me with the upkeep of the house and more particularly with watering the plants during his absence.

They accompanied me, and remotely I was able to deactivate the lost box, and ordered a new one which will arrive next week, all of this included in the subscription!

The technician in charge of making the estimate is very intrusive in the home, cannot answer half of the questions asked.
The final bouquet is the request for signatures on various documents that he says are intended to prove his intervention for a quote. Homiris / EPS then sends you reminders for subscriptions or amendments. On the phone, they are reassuring that it is only a mistake, but then they start again. Fortunately they do not know of any means of payment, I dare not imagine the hassle.
Price side we end up with the cost of installation close to an independent system DAITEM style with the subscription to be paid in addition, or a price close to Verisure, but with the cost of additional equipment.

TO LEAVE urgently !!! And above all, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

Nice, clean and cool place to work on the other hand, the contact on the kitchen side is zero. You can't even change the hot dish just because you put it on your tray while the food is protected by plastic films. Ineffective system:
I inadvertently set my alarm on when I left when my apartment was occupied.
When I returned home the alarm went off on me, while during my absence it detected nothing.
I tried again in the same configuration, nothing happened.
This alarm system is just blast!
In addition the sav has not moved for 2 days and promises in hypothetical RV for Monday.
