Offices are fine but traffic management in the area is awful.

Is uni research park with student bars and public sports facilities

Excellent facility set in beautiful surroundings. Only downside is access can be difficult at very busy times.

Traffic remains an issue despite improvements and park facilities are limited to a grumpy traffic warden it seems.

The Research Park is a beautiful place to work, many of us go for walks or have picnics around the lakes when the weather suits. A Lot of interesting businesses here, with a sports centre and shopping nearby. The only bad point is the traffic at peak times, but that's true of Guildford generally. Lots of buses around, but a lot of us cycle to work.

Nice seeing for a workplace. Traffic access has improved since the new lights by Tesco. But parking is a nightmare

Signs for unit numbers could be better and lack of parking is an issue but park is easy to find just off the A3.

If you're expecting silicon valley you may be disappointed. More like a slightly tidy industrial estate.

Beautiful and nice business park, weirdly to access it you have to cross through a hospital's A&E driveway but apart from that plenty of parking.

Traffic terrible, can be 45 mins to get out in the evening

The traffic is a night mare - Don't work here!! - you will spend at least an extra hour a day in traffic - on top of your journey already.

Very beautiful landscape composition and quite few nice corners to relax

Lots of small and large businesses have offices here! Also great for a cycle or run around, with two large ponds (with large fish) too

This area is full of high tech companies. One of the companies builds GPS satalites so that we in Europe can enjoy the same navigation amongst other things as in America.

The research into medical conditions like prostate cancer is amazing we should be proud of what is being acheoved in the Guildford area not to mention games for various platforms.

Place is beautiful but access to it is notverry great.

Very good place to work; a lot of small companies on the park and you could relax outside in the open area, which has ponds full of fish.

Visited in a business capacity, seems a decent place but parking is at a premium for visitors!

Very pretty setting, but too far from the centre and without decent public transport links sadly.

A bit difficult to find your way around, not many signs and maps. Could have more shops. Overall beautiful scenery and nice buildings. Bus stations were around the park but they need more signs for visitors I believe.

My little dog has been receiving treatment for canine lymphoma at Fitzpatrick Referrals soft tissue and Oncology centre what amazing dedicated people I can never thank them enough for all the dedicated care they are all 1000% super in every possible way....thank you all.

The team that maintain this park are always clearing away debris, be it natural fallen leaves or general waste that may be blown around by the wind. Thus there is a lot of attention to how things look, recently a wooden bridge that had suffered wear and tear was repaired to a better state than it was originally.
The park itself is primarily for businesses, the majority of whom are researching in their line of business so there is no major manufacturing on the site.
The park is sourrounded by farmlands, within which are many public rights of way that make a pleasant lunchtime stroll or for the more energetic a pleasant place to run with access to the sports park or up onto the hogs back (A31) which gives great views across Guildford. For the less energetic there is plenty of seating within the park and recent additions allow views across the lakes, with wildlife to admire, so a pleasant spot to stop at on summer days.
There is a cafe/restaurant on site and a regular food/snack van visits daily.
Note, parking is restricted to users of the park and a parking ticket (free to those with legitimate use of the park) has to be displayed.

Lots of job opportunities if you're in the Tech world but is notoriously bad to get in and out of by car. Badly designed road system, queues can often be half an hour just to get out of the park as only one way in and one way out, will only get worse as they add more businesses and university buildings. One accident on the A3 or Hogs Back usually results in an immediate mass exodus of the park making the queues even worse. One evening I decided to abandon my vehicle and walk the 25 minute walk to the train station. Sports centre is actually really good though and had a nice bar which is good to walk to on a lunch time but otherwise very little in terms of amenities as it is so far from town centre and train station.

Secluded location. Not in a good way. But nice spaces

Nice layout but surprisingly the designers have made just 1 entrance/exit for the whole place where 1000's of people commute by car which creates a huge bottleneck frequently most other such places have at least 2 entrances and exits to reduce blocks another irritant is an officious looking parking warden who tickets cars parked under each companies allocatwd parking area if they dont display a permit

Pretty well kept location however the roads are poorly designed and you can end up waiting hours in traffic if there is an incident which there often is. Please improve traffic routes
