Hanging on the line for half an hour and this was after 4pm when it's supposed to be quieter. Seems like no-ones interested in keeping my business. Chat function not available. Not happy.

Awful on the phone 3months to get a refund when they charged me to much, 16 calls! Absolutely shocking

Got always problems with this company. Never can get hold on the phone and its so hard to sort out anything not saying high prices and long wait even in emergencies

The worse and dearest gas suppliers, charged me the most expensive rate without telling me. When the bill had arrived their customer service guy laughed at me on the phone. My advice is to search the net before signing up for any supplier.

Only there 6 months, one of the best places I ever worked. Was brilliant. The company didn't always have the best policies - but the people were amazing. All of them.
