It's a good place to work for people with IT knowledge or people who are engineering graduates. The infrastructure is pretty good. Good ambience and nice office indoors. The work schedule seems pretty good. Heard that it is a nice place to work. For all you Mangaloreans out there who want to work as an IT professional in your home town itself, I think you should consider looking at this place.

Place is beautifull,enviourment is very nice.......but the interview process so complicated....they make a person to come four five times,which really hectic.....they can make a simple interview when the employee gets trained they wil be perfect,,but these ppl take the interview like an abroad company or something.....seriously very upset with the process

Worst place to work and training faculty do partiality. Not at all nice place they will make their work and throw employees like a waste paper.

Two of my friend work/used to work here. One of em found the job difficult at the beginning but she grew over it, the other found it to be stressful and left the company with in 2 months. If you are a CS engineer and want to become programmer or software developer this job is not for u.

Place where HR head gave false commitment and made me join and still he is not ready to answer my question.
Traniners team have good people but except few. They does not know how to train the people. They think that if they tell once everyone will understand. Even before they became the trainer, they did not know anything and still they do not know anything inculding the Training Manager.
Few are still Team leaders, but acting as if they are the manager of the team (Data entry team).

For fresher. It is good. But salary is less & heavy work. 700 rs food coupon/month.

I don't say the company is too good but it's okay. You will get to learn a lot. The training provided is really good and once you join the floor to work, you will be guided by your respective Team Leads. The cons about the company is the workload. Really hectic to handle the pressure. Also the salary is not going to be hiked. Also the shifts which make it more worse. The basic salary is dragged for long. But a friendly environment and there us a cab facility.

Very less Salary, They won't respect our work... I had worked for 17 days before living this worst company, but I didn't get my salary for the days I have Worked.... I had to leave the company because of Illness... Such CRUEL people.

Outsourcing company, rotational shifts, OK salary, big spacious building, friendly company, big parkispace, smoking area, 2 cafeterias with a lot of varieties of food ( veg and non veg).

One of the biggest ITES Company in Mangalore. Always there will be a vacancy in this company for the post of Technical Support Engineer. Salary is very very less and horrible shift timings and targets. Personally I do not recommend to join for this company as a Technical Support Engineer because there is no career growth. Diya Systems provides good cab facilities for night shift. Has two canteens and both canteens are open 24x7. If you want to get good Hosting knowledge you can join this company .
