I don't say the company is too good but it's okay. You will get to learn a lot. The training provided is really good and once you join the floor to work, you will be guided by your respective Team Leads. The cons about the company is the workload. Really hectic to handle the pressure. Also the salary is not going to be hiked. Also the shifts which make it more worse. The basic salary is dragged for long. But a friendly environment and there us a cab facility.
