I really had a very bad experience here. They conduct interview and ask us to come for training. In the name of training they get their pending works done by us and do not pay for they days we work. I find it so unprofessional that without giving an offer or discussing the job details they ask us to work for 9 hours and achieve their target.

Company environment is best but that's consultancy and two year bonding. Them said to me once if you want leave this company pay for 1 lakh 50 thousand then get your original certificates... Don't go there....... Try to another..

Please don't attend interview netaxis purely cheating and waste your time only....they teach you very low language but they want 1lak50thousands and then bring your original they will keep 2years for bond purpose not believe them you will be cheat...they test you ever months if you're pass the exam you will go for next language training other wise you will be terminated for the company

I'm Arsadh , i joined netaxis as a web designer trainee on january. Here during the training i learned lot of advanced concepts in design which you can't learn outside. There a friendly trainers to train us. They are mainly focusing efficiency of the trainees like how they are understanding the concepts and working during training period , if you are good in training you can be on boarded before the completion of the training period. Even i got on boarded in one month.
This is the first time am working in a company, so I felt like I got some confidence in myself. The infrastructure is really good. The way people in this organisation train their employees is amazing, cause they encourage the employees all the time. I had a good experience in here, also learnt a lot about the field(web designing) I worked in.

It is a new age fraud company. They conduct walk-ins throughout the year and ask us to come for 3 days training and assessment. Within that 3 days they get maximum work done by us without paying a single penny. This cycle continues to everyone who come there. Also, they put a huge amount in the salary in the recruitment notice, it is all fraud. Better don't attend the interview, so you don't waste 3 days in the name of training. Especially don't believe the words of the HR. They are telling only lies. PS: None of the 5 star ratings are genuine. They force everyone coming there to give it.
