Place where HR head gave false commitment and made me join and still he is not ready to answer my question.
Traniners team have good people but except few. They does not know how to train the people. They think that if they tell once everyone will understand. Even before they became the trainer, they did not know anything and still they do not know anything inculding the Training Manager.
Few are still Team leaders, but acting as if they are the manager of the team (Data entry team).
