Dealing with the Special District Managment service, Inc. is one of the worse experiences you could have. They are rude, snotty and refuse you the ability to escalate. Their owner retired and now they are just chaos and take your money without adding any value. We are paying 10k a year for a lawyer to show up to 2 meetings, but not actually do any lawyer type things for the people in the community.
