I've Always Enjoyed Bahama Breeze. However, This Experience On I-Drive Was TERRIBLE!!!!!!! First, They Brought Out Our Drinks That Were Messed Up Not Once But Twice!!!! Half of Our Party Didn't Even Get Their Food. Then One Of My Friends Found A "Use This item Buy" Sticker In Her Food!!!!!! Our Waitress WAS RUDE AF!!!!!!!! Emily Is Her Name And She Wasn't Helpful At All, She Kept Walking Away And Not Giving Us Time To Make Request. She Then Insulted Us And Our Friend Who Is In A Wheelchair!!!! Then She Brought Me The Wrong Check And I Tired To Tell Her That Several Times. So When She Finally Got Me The Correct Check She Refused To Give Me Back My Debit Card!!! I Have Never Been So Upset With Any Restaurant's Customer Service As I Am With Them. The Manager On Duty RoJulio Was Just As Worse. We Had To Call Him Over 3 Times Because Of Their Terrible Service. My 2 Year Old Niece Was So Hungry Because They Never Brought Out Her Mashed Potatoes Until It Was Time For Us To Go. He Was So Nonchalant About Everything Which Just Made Us Feel As Though Our Concerns Didn't Matter!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE BAHAMA BREEZE ON I-DRIVE!!!!!

Best margarita we've had! And great burgers and fries. Quick service, got it to go in 10-12 minutes! Must go if you're in this terminal.

We had a great dining experience. We came in with a large group of about 25 people. And got amazing service. We'll definitely be back.

The worst food and service I've ever experienced, the only good thing was the music & even that was subpar

Stopped in for a quick lunch before catching a return flight home. Sat for about 10 minutes before the manager Eric came by...the rest of the experience was excellent. Great food and the waitress rallied back to win our praise. Thanks for some truly great burgers!

Staff was very nice but the food was very disappointing

Service is extremely attentive at the bar. The restaurant was extremely busy due to hurricane Irma and this was one of the only places open before the storm. Andy (one of the managers) took care of everything at the bar for us and even came back to check on how we were doing before he left his shift. Manolo was also a great bartender for us. Kudos! Thank you!

Great food, BIG plates, and good live music. Plus at a low cost! What else can you ask for?

The food was delicious! Lobster macaroni and fried lobster, what more can you ask for? Gloria was the best server ever!

The food here is great. They have an amazing menu selection and their food is properly seasoned which is a huge plus. Great for most get togethers.

Stopped by late night for some grub. Ordered wings and a jamaica plate to share. The wings were amazing and the aroma of Cinnamon permeated the air. The jamaica plate on the other hand, was sub par. The rice was crispy probably from sitting on the steam table for far too long. And the items on the plate while Caribbean and Latin inspired are by far not jamaican. Pulled pork had zero jerk marinade and was extremely salty, beans were ok. Empanada was yummy, but its definately not a patty.The greens lacked flavor and the chicken dry. Our bartender however was excellent, and attentive. I'll come back for wings. Nothing else!!

This restaurant have delicious food with lots of international flavors. Great place to enjoy music,friends,family, drinks and excellent meals.

Virgin ultimate pineapple is a must have. Rating five stars for the drink itself lol expensive but worth it

YES!!!! Finally a dining facility that has HOT water in the bathrooms so you can wash your hands properly. Also delicious food great drinks. Fast service Drew was our waiter and had great customer service personality. Thank you Drew.

This is a great Bahama Breeze with good menu selection, great atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff.

Honestly the food was super mediocre. I heard it was the best Caribbean food in Orlando but I m from New York and we have Caribbean restaurant on every corner in my neighborhood so I was so disappointed that it wasn t even nearly up to Part as my local Caribbean restaurant. The drinks was yummy but wasn t strong . Didn t taste the liquor at all. The best part about this restaurant was the customer service but everything else seems like a fake Caribbean vibe. The entertainment even had a fake Caribbean accent

Really great service. We were in very late but the service was still amazing. Ray was our server and he went above and beyond to make sure our late night supper was a good one. Next time we re in town I m sure we will be back !

Made reservations for large party and we were seated immediately. Appetizers were very good and our server Matt was incredibly attentive.

Food was great. Atmosphere good. The only thing that dampened my experience was that I was charged in error in my card. The server caught the error but it did reduce the credit available on my card. This caused us to miss out on some planned activities on our vacation

I am pleased with my experience here. I had the redfish on special,which tasted fantastic. I also had the conch fritters which were delightful also. TIP.... This place is very busy, if you walk around the couple bars you probably will find some seats instead of waiting for a table.

I ordered the stuffed plaintain which includes a sweet plaintain with rice, ground beef, cheese, and cilantro sauce. It is absolutely amazing. It taste way better than it sounds and looks. They have live music and the food is very fulfilling.

Specifically, head to the bar out back, it s indoors and outdoors... there you ll find Rafael and Matt, who with no hesitation will help and provide excellent customer service. They made our evening. So good! I took my family here while on vacation. The atmosphere was super fun and they had a great live band on the patio. They have a huge menu and everything we ordered was amazing. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back

Atmosphere cool but they have the nerve the turn the back part of the parking lot into valet parking which limits the occupancy. The food isn't that good.

I never have a bad time when I come to Bahama Breeze. The staff are always friendly and willing to assist. Just today my niece spilled her water and the waiters stepped up like a Nascar race team. We didn't even have to ask for assistance. Great job team BB.

They had INSANE service, they always checked in and refilled our drinks right away, our food can out within 15 mins and the pricing is half of what they should be charging you, and their water didn't taste like an Orlando pond.

Food did not look like the menu, we felt rushed, my husband had gotten lobster it was not cooked like he expected then the server cleared before he was done. And we were not compensated for it. The rum flight was good.

Excellent food. You just have to try their lemon breeze lemonade and the Aruba red beer. Marvelous staff. Highly recommended.

Efficient service, friendly atmosphere and great food; all at a reasonable price. I had a platter and there was nothing on the plate that was not delicious, and my son is insisting that we visit again before the end of our vacation. We certainly will be!
