The Yacht club had very friendly staff, and amazing lobby area. The swimming area was impressive, and well monitored. The rooms were a little dated however, and the carpet in our room was puckering around the bathroom area, and the mirrors and certain fixtures had rust. Overall, the resort itself was impressive, however the rooms looked like an updated version of a holiday inn room from the 80s.
My family went to dine at the yatchman steakhouse. Excellent resort, excellent restaurant. Hope to return some day.
The Hotel and the town are very good, but the availability of restaurants is limited, although the epidemiological situation of Covid-19 must be taken into account
Considering the times we are in I thought everything was well run and safe. It was another magical time.
Cute place, good food. A little on the pricier side though, so maybe save eating here for a special occasion.
Bed and pillows were AMAZING. Not much to actually do at the resort though.

This is the best location you can possibly stay at without staying at a monorail resort. The rooms are freshly refurbished and beautiful. Nice nautical touches without being over the top, I love that the rooms no longer have carpet. The lobby is beautiful and the market is convenient for grabbing a quick bite. My favorite hotel I've stayed at on property since I adore Epcot, the convenience is indescribable. I will definitely stay here for my next Disney vacation.
I like that you can walk between the Resorts without having to go outside
Superb dinner at The Yachtsman. 32 oz porterhouse was a top 10 all time for me.
It is a very nice hotel with great restaurants and a great pool. My only critique is that the atmosphere is quite bland.
I stay at Yacht and Beach Club almost every time I go to Disney, which is about 6 to 7 times a year for around 8 weeks. I spend a LOT of time at this resort, and believe me, it is well worth your money.
All dining experiences are impeccable. Cape May Cafe is right next door in the Beach Club Resort (the two are connected) and it is a wonderful character dining breakfast at a reasonable price! It's one of my favorites. For a more elegant experience, they have a dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse that is wonderful. If I can't convince you to eat here, then the delicious aroma at dinner time throughout this whole resort will surely persuade you;)
The rooms here are outstanding. Everything is always above and beyond my expectations of clean. They provide whatever you may need! I always feel so at home in these rooms. And there is not a single room with a bad view in this entire resort!
The Ale & Compass Marketplace is wonderful. They have many different kinds of food and snack options that are healthy, and others that are decadent and delicious. They also have a wide selection of jewelry, and Vineyard Vines in this gift shop!
The resort itself has a very relaxed and chilled out feel. It's very close to the feel of Beach Club, but much more quiet. It's perfect atmosphere!
The resort is in walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. They run boat service to both parks as well! It is right across the lake from the Boardwalk, which is another wonderful resort. If you're looking for night life, you're only a few steps out of your resort away, because the Boardwalk has it all!
The pool here is amazing. The sandy play area is not only fun for the kids, but for everyone! The water slide is one of the longest I have ever been on at a Disney resort! It even has mini waterfalls that you pass under. It even has a whirlpool connected to the pool itself! There are many hot tubs, and there is even one for ages 18+ only. They also have a lazy river!
And the resort has a spa and gym, of course. They also have an arcade and a Soda Shoppe that is screaming with the 50's and 60's classic diner theme. Jukebox and all! Their malts and milkshakes are amazing, and if you're looking to try a crazy dessert, I would recommend the kitchen sink...... the name says it all!
This resort meets all of your wants for a Disney resort that is not only luxurious, but also it is very convenient in its location. There is so much to do here, and it does not disappoint!

Loved it here!! Fist time staying here and I would go back as soon as I can. The rooms are very nice and clean. There was 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the daybed was very comfortable. The pool is very nice my kids enjoyed it very much! The walk to Epcot is not bad at all. The best experience me and my family have had! Can't wait to go back next year! You HAVE to try Beaches and Cream!!!
Went to dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. It was fabulous.
The resort is very nice and the staff goes out of their way to please you. However, if you stay here and want to go to Hollywood studios... your only Disney form of transportation is the boat launch. Very disappointing for us because we walked all the way to the bus at studios and realized we had to walk all the way back to the boat launch
Disney's Yacht Club is very tastefully decorated from the lobby to the room. It has a very sophisticated feel to it. Though we didn't stay at that resort, we dined at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. The food and service were delicious.
Beautiful resort with an AMAZING pool (Stormalong Bay). This is a convention hotel and is connected to the Beach Club. The Yachtsman Steakhouse offers an excellent dining experience. The Captain's Grille gets mixed reviews.

We went for breakfast, the mimosas we're excellent and the buffet breakfast options was perfect.

Great property. By far the best pool set up of WDW related hotels. My only suggestion is an expanded quick service offering and food selection in room service for people with food allergies. Would stay again definitely.

Recently renovated rooms are well appointed. Easy access to dining and entertainment in the resort, also convenient access to EPCOT by foot or the other Disney resorts by boat or bus.

When we arrived to our room after receiving an email that our room was ready we walked into a dirty room that looked as if the cleaning service didn't finish. The bed had sheets thrown onto the bed, garbage cans on the desk, dirt on the floor, dust everywhere, some particle board (for who knows what), skid marks in the toilet, dried pee on the toilet seat, missing towels, and the shower had dust/dirt. When we called the front they said someone would be up to clean the room, no one showed. Our luggage came 10 mins later and the bellhop was so disgusted with how our room was he sent Fernando Campo the Guest Experience Manager. Fernando explained how sorry he was and would come back to speak with us about comping a meal or something. Fernando never did come back up nor was the room fully cleaned until Saturday. We tried to contact Fernando whose mailbox was full and also left messages with guest services, no reply. I am very disappointed with this resort as it is supposed to be one of the best at Disney World. I also failed to mention that our room was at the end of the resort with a very long walk to the elevator and ice machine. All in all very displeased!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. My only complaint is that you can hear a lot of the noise in the hallways, which was probably more apparent to me traveling with a 1 year old whose bedtime is around 7:30 pm. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms have a mini fridge but no microwave, but we were able to request a microwave which the staff brought over promptly to our room. Overall very impressed.
The food was excellent as always. There was very little of a wait as well.

My friend booked a stay at the Yacht Club Resort through Travelocity. As time got nearer, a tragedy happened and his father's house burned down a week before my friends stay. He, at that time, called Travelocity to ask if he could reschedule or refund his booking and Travelocity said they would put his purchase on hold. Now that time has passed he is attempting schedule it again and Travelocity stated that Disney Yacht Club Resort charged him full price and will not let him reschedule. I'm sure that Travelocity may have some blame to share in this, and we're looking into it, but I'm more than shocked that a Disney company would be doing this to a parent who's trying to bring the magic of Disney into his kids life, and getting mistreated instead.

Not bad. Wife won a trip here for 3 nights. Probably great if you have kids or really love Disney. Not my kind of place though.
The staff was very helpful. Their club level was absolutely excellent. The food was great. The room was very comfortable. I recommend the Yacht Club to all guests. We can't wait to come back.

We had drinks at the Crew Club and dinner at Yachtsman. Both were wonderful as always. The drinks were served with nuts and the service was very good. Dinner was excellent - appetizers, steak, and dessert were all very good, and again, service was excellent.
We had dinner there. It is very expensive, & I don't believe that the variety of the menu is all that hot. The waiter was nice, but a bit too informal for the atmosphere. Probably won't go there again, though. Too pricey for what you get.

Amazing food and staff. Recently visited on a Walt Disney World vacation but this was the first time in a few years we stayed at another hotel. We did however still come for dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse
Truth be told I was only here for a short while attending a work conference dinner event. My rating is for the staff and the food as everyone was very friendly and overall the few was fairly nice. I did not have an opportunity to see the rooms, but my understanding is they are nice albeit very expensive.
If you want the yachting experience. Ships ahoy! It is connected to the beach resort so you have access to the pool and boardwalk.
