When we arrived to our room after receiving an email that our room was ready we walked into a dirty room that looked as if the cleaning service didn't finish. The bed had sheets thrown onto the bed, garbage cans on the desk, dirt on the floor, dust everywhere, some particle board (for who knows what), skid marks in the toilet, dried pee on the toilet seat, missing towels, and the shower had dust/dirt. When we called the front they said someone would be up to clean the room, no one showed. Our luggage came 10 mins later and the bellhop was so disgusted with how our room was he sent Fernando Campo the Guest Experience Manager. Fernando explained how sorry he was and would come back to speak with us about comping a meal or something. Fernando never did come back up nor was the room fully cleaned until Saturday. We tried to contact Fernando whose mailbox was full and also left messages with guest services, no reply. I am very disappointed with this resort as it is supposed to be one of the best at Disney World. I also failed to mention that our room was at the end of the resort with a very long walk to the elevator and ice machine. All in all very displeased!
