Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort Review

Great resort near Epcot. The pool is the star here although there is much to embrace about the resort. Epcot is walking distance or a short boat ride away. All the amenities of Disney's Boardwalk are a simple stroll away. Variety of restaurants AND shops. Recreational activities nearby as well. Lots for the kiddies to do and the pace is yours to determine. Even some quiet time rocking on the veranda. This is a pricey upscale resort but there is a lot of value.

Went for a wedding and had nothing but the best time. Always the best staff, respectful, helpful, and always with a smile.

Clean and well-maintained, it definitely adds to the magical experience at Disney.

Disney's Yacht Club Resort is one of Disney's best Deluxe hotels. The newly refurbished restaurant and shop areas are beautiful. The lobby is unlike any other Disney Resort anywhere. You will forget that you're in Walt Disney World! The pool is the best pool in all of Disney

If you can afford it the rooms are spectacular! Staff was super friendly.

I always love this hotel. The pool is just great. My daughter loves it too.

The new market and cafe give this place a boost. But the beach clubs sister resort still can't outmatch it. If Captains Grille were to get a serious renovation it could compete.

We paid for a 2 bedroom suite with club access. However, the restaurant below us was being renovated. My 2 year old missed every afternoon nap. The construction took place between 9am and 5pm everyday =( So disappointing.

French fries were wonderful and it's a beautiful resort

The hotel is great and perfect for adults. Not as many kids as the other resorts. Also, everyone on the club level has been very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. My only complaint is the room and bathroom are nice but a bit dated.

Really enjoy the view over the lake. The rooms are beautiful and the lobby is so cool. The ale and compass is delicious too! The pool is sand bottom and relaxing.

i posted on their timeline about it and they deleted the review. finding out disney deletes negative reviews is like finding out santa isn't real all over again

Tried the new Market Place restaurant. It was exceptional for a grab and go location. Chicken panini with pesto was hit and fresh and chocolate coffee mousse highly recommended.

Great location close to disney properties. I wish there were more restaurant options and stores for last minute needs. Rooms are nice but not every quiet. You can hear everything outside the room

We love yacht club! Great service! Cozy, soft ambiance. Walking distance to epcot and dhs. Access to the boardwalk and just a short ride by bus to Ak and Mk.

One of my favorite places, I love this entire area. It s always well kept, and clean!

People are extremely professional. They actually seem like they want to help you. One employee saw that I had a confused look on my face and engaged me before I was even able to open up my mouth. Very helpful on parks and amenities and gave wonderful recommendations and helping to figure out logistics. Rooms are clean and immaculate.

Beautiful hotel. Had a fantastic dinner at the Yachtsman steakhouse. Fantasic sides and Steak.

Had a great first time at the Yacthsman Steakhouse. Everything was fantastic, the service, the view we had of the pool and boardwalk, and the food was great! We had the Porterhouse for 2, and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The food and service were excellent. However, for a pricier restaurant, with high end cuisine, there were many families with small children and infants being quite loud, as children are want to do. As good as the food was, the ambiance was kinda terrible for anything other than a group dinner for good food. Do not go for a romantic evening here, you'll likely be disappointed. If you're looking for a Disney restaurant in a similar price range with better romantic ambiance, go to Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

The ambiance at the yacht club is the best in Disney property! It is a relaxing and elegant stay and completely calms the senses.the staff are friendly and accommodating. Everything that you could want is found here

Awesome place to stay, very classy with great restaurants. Pool is amazing and just a short walk to epcot. Can also catch a boat, bus or sky liner to anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend checking it out!

Very nice, great host, need more food selections for all day.

Great area to visit on a warm evening.
Recommend a boat trip followed by a cocktail or beer in one of the many bars.
We ate in the flying fish restaurant, booking a table is a must.
Having a walk along the Boardwalk taking in the shops.

This place is showing its age. My stay was overpriced.

We had a girls night to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday and had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing sand bottom pool and walking to Epcot to enjoy the Food and Wine festival. The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly and even brought a corkscrew and wine glasses to our room when we forgot to bring them.

It's walking distance to Epcot, Hollywood studios and Boardwalk. It had a lot of things for my kids to keep them entertained. From the arcade to the swimming pool area. It is great place and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed at the Yacht club the last week of August 2015. This resort was fantastic, from the helpful staff to the great location (walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood) to the best pool in any Disney resort. My kids couldn t get enough of the sand bottom pool and its water slides. From the moment we stepped off the Magical express bus to the moment we were on our way back home they took care of everything. We were able to drop our carry-on at the desk so we could go straight to the parks. I received a text when our room was ready and every time we ask for directions and or had questions the staff was more than happy to answer. The room was very clean and modern. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Disney Yacht club for your help in making our Disney experience magical!

Luxury! Comfortable. Convenient, especially to Epcot

Absolutely gorgeous resort. Great gym and beautiful running trail. Don't plan to eat cheaply here however... it is Disney.
