Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort Review

Went to see the fireworks at the the lighthouse but they got delayed so we went to hurricane Hannah near by the lighthouse. It was very enjoyable.

I didn't stay here but visited to go to Beaches & Cream. It's a very nice resort. It's really cool how it's connected directly to Epcot. That's a big bonus to those staying here who are Epcot fans!

First class facility and resort, fine dining with great accommodations and close like walking distance to Walt Disney World Epcot:

Really upset with the customer service. First we didn't get to spend the night due to the Hurricane. We rebooked and it was $400 more so we stayed at another Disney resort. Then we came for breakfast at Ale & Compass and are told we have to park at the Beach club and walk over due to parking only for resort guest. We had to pay extra for Valet because my mother is can't walk far.

Loved how you were able to just walk to Epcot from the hotel. Staff was also very nice and helpful.

Typical Disney resort - well run, staff handles everything for you. Pricey but enjoyed our stay.

Really nice Disney hotel. Literally walking distance to Epcot. Employees are so courteous and helpful. Rooms appear to have very recently updated.

Very nice hotel. Festive and decorated for the holidays. Very accomodating with my daughters food allergies.

The room was lovely, as always, and it's just a short walk over to Epcot.

Horrible. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. And by horrible I mean the managers. They treat workers unfairly. And service from them is horrible seems like they stay up in the office all day long. From my experience I will be letting everyone know not to come here just because of the managers and how unfair they are with workers.

Felt pretty lucky to get a waterfront view in the ground floor. The staff here were incredibly attentive without feeling overwhelming. I felt the hotel room price was quite fair for the experience, though beverage prices felt a bit over the top even for hotels.

Great place to stay very friendly staff, pool is awesome, and very spacious layout in the hotel area and rooms!

We went to the Beaches and Cream Soda Shop and had their famous Kitchen Sink. The servers and staff were amazing and friendly. We would definitely go back again.

What an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. Pool, breakfast buffet, boat trams, walking into the world showcase. Costs a pretty penny but they make it worth it.

The set up of the conference I attended was flawless. The food was great and the service was wonderful!

Our recent stay at the Yacht Club was in the Regatta Club level. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all are needs during our stay. The Yacht Club is always so calm compared to other Disney resorts so it's a great choice if you are trying to avoid the craziness after a day at the parks.

AMAZING!!! Love this place - we eat here every time we are in Disney. Even the desserts are awesome!

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom suite overlooking lovely grounds, in walking distance to EPCOT entrance. Front desk help could improve with more customer service training from Supervisor.

I went to the Yacht Club while exploring the Boardwalk. I spoke with several Cast Members while pin trading. Everyone was super friendly and the facilities were very nice. Beautiful views.

We had a newly renovated room with a great view and you can't beat being within walking distance of two of the parks!

Best Disney resort there is. Rooms are tastefully themed and hotel is high end in amenities. Staff is always super friendly and you are a quick walk away from Epcot!

Very relaxing resort. Laid back vacationing. The pool area is amazing! Waterslides and sand bottom pool is great for both kids and adults. If you want something quieter, there is also a smaller pool and hot tub away from all the activity.

Two elevators were down for the week, missing door handles, missing floor phone, and odd lights out.
The people were really nice and the bed was super comfy. The pool was great as well.

I m only giving 3 stars due to food poisoning. I spoke with staff and they said drink water. Yet their smoked salmon was white and I ate 2 peices. I spent 2.5 days in bed and the bathroom. I ve been here before and love it. But no help from staff or any questions. Then had someone come in for a welness check . He only flipped every light on while I was sick and then left. Very disappointed.

Love this resort, if you want to relax this is the place to stay.

We visited the Yacht Club to look at the Christmas train display. It was neat to look at with a lot of details both Disney related and non-Disney. The lobby was well themed and decorated. Very clean space. We then took a boat over to the Boardwalk. Easy to find and quick to load.

The experience of the yacht club is well worth the money spent. I highly recommend staying here

Rooms are fine but outdated, currently renovating the hotel. Fairly pricey for what you get (although you are on Disney property if you're looking for that). Staff is top notch

Beautiful resort and rooms. Excellent location to get to to a lot of main attractions. Walk or boat to Epcot, Boardwalk and Hollywood Studios. My only complaint is that the boats were way over crowded. For paying a lot of money to stay there and only being able to sit to ride the boat 1 out of 5 times wasn't nice. Most of the time crowded into a corner with tons of other people crossing on to stand. If they have that many people riding the boats they could easily add another boat or 2. The pools shared with Beach Club are awesome, like a little mini water park. I wasn't keen on the fact they all had sand bottoms though.

It's a home away from home! Love taking the friendship boats to Epcot and Hollywood studios! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Plus pet friendly pay a fee for every night for cleaning

Went to the Yachtsman Steakhouse for dinner on the Deluxe Didn't Dining Plan. The bread with roasted garlic was awesome and so were our appetizers and meals. We got the charcuterie platter and shrimp cocktail for apps and for dinner we got the Prime Rib Eye and the NY Strip - both I would highly recommend. That said, our waitress basically disappeared towards the end and we ended up skipping dessert just to get out of there. Great food, but the service was close, but wasn't quite on par with other Disney signature restaurants.

Spectacular pool. Rooms and resort are fine, nothing special. Biggest selling point is the location, really feels like you're part of Epcot and Hollywood Studios, easy walk to either one.

We're down here for Disney and went to the Yachtsman for dinner. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. This was our second time there and we plan on dining with them again before we leave. The food is outstanding.

Good rooms with a decent pass holder discount. It's a 5 minute walk to Epcot and 10 to Hollywood studios. Pro tip: you can cut through Epcot and also use the monorail to get to Magic Kingdom

Fantastic hotel, rooms are well appointed and clean. Balcony view of Epcot. Casual eating options a bit poor at the ment but that is just due to refurbishment.

We were there for breakfast, it took really long to get our food, waitress not very attentive. Breakfast sausage tasted more like an Italian meat ball squished, also was beef not pork as in normal breakfast sausage. Over all it wasted our time holding us up from getting a good start at Epcot. Very expensive also.

Recently redone rooms are great! Pool is awesome and there are good food options available for sit down but lacking in the quick bite department. Rooms are well appointed but pricey. Given the choice, I'd choose somewhere cheaper.

Staff Awsum. Rooms little noisy but not bad. Walk everywhere or take water taxi. Convenient.

Has one of the best restaurants out of all the places to eat in all of Disney World.

Went to dine at the Yatchsmans Steakhouse. Hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and incredible view.

TVs are small, my bathtub and toilet were backed up. Check in desk is clueless and slow

One of the nicest places to stay in all of Orlando.

Attended a tech conference here. Can't speak to the hotel rooms but the conference rooms were nice and well equipped. The staff was helpful pointing attendees in the right direction. It's near the boardwalk so you can walk to the swan and dolphin resorts but they also had golf carts and buses running for the conference.

Nice for a tourist restaurant. Server was very experienced, timed everything perfectly.

Great resort, has a very nice sand bottom pool, some nice easy to get to places to eat, and very easy ways to get to the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios parks!

Ate at beaches and cream. The ice cream was great. The hot dogs not so much. Then again you don't go to beaches and cream for the hot dogs.

The service was exceptional and the cast were friendly and fun

Lovely hotel, but be ready to wait for a table at the restaurants and spend a lot of money. The kids loved it though, and there was convenient access to Disney Parks and Boardwalk.

Too many kids. Club level and general atmosphere inferior to the Polynesian resort where we started our vacation.
