Animal Kingdom is easily the most peaceful park on Disney Property. Technically you can avoid almost all lines and crowds and just chill and look at animals.

If you have fast passes, of course, anything in Pandora is amazing, including just standing in Pandora. The remaining coasters and areas are sufficiently entertaining as well.

Flight of Passage is a game changer! I also recommend The Lion King show - it was a visual spectacular!!

Also, KEVIN from Up! was on site greeting guests and dancing - I felt like a kid again.

It is Disney. They continue to add new rides. It amazes me at how busy it is even during off season. They actually have some tasty food options beyond burgers and chicken nuggets. Use the fast pass system as much as you can.

This was my first time ever going to Animal Kingdom and I absolutely loved it. Finding Nemo the Musical was absolutely fabulous. It's so vibrant and so spot on with the movie it's a must see while you are there. It's Tough to be a Bug is a cute super quick 3D skit you have got to check out. Just watch out for the bugs that go bump in your seat lol. Navi's River ride takes you on a quick boat ride through Pandora at night for you Avatar lovers (which I am). But by far my favorite was the Avatar Flight of Passage. It is well worth the 2 hours we waited in line Disney out did themselves with this one. Oh and make sure you check out the gorilla exhibit and see all the amazing animals.

This place is amazing to go with your friends, family, if even by yourself! This is a place where you can really see nature at one of its finest qualities.....animals! The rides are ridiculously fun to go on, the shows are amazing, and the animals are adorable. But I recommend going on a day where the weather is in mid 70'sand mid-'80s. Other than that Disney has done a great job with this park. Costumer service and employees are pretty good and the food is pretty good as well.

Animal Kingdom has out done it with Pandora, wow.

Animal Kingdom has out done it with Pandora, wow.

From Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, DINOSAUR (an older attraction), these are all great attractions. But one that exceeds all attractions and all expectations from every park in the entire world is Avatar Flight of Passage. Each of these attractions can be used by almost any pre-teen/teenager to adult.

Avatar Flight of Passage is one of those experiences that you have to do. Wait time is a bit long, times can easily go into the 1 hour or 2 hour window, but it's so worth it. It's like a simulator that's maybe a 5 minute movie. I personally wish the ride was longer and it had longer fight scenes. This could easily be a Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance type of attraction time (that ride is 17 minutes long). I personally wish they can test the times a bit, test times maybe within the 8 - 10 minute range between each session and do a survey with people. See if people like the longer version or the normal version. The attraction fits a good 40+ people per session so depending how fast people move, lines can move pretty fast. Though due to how short the ride is, maybe a good 5 minutes(?), it ends abruptly. I'm not gonna lie, for those 5 minutes of enjoying this ride, everything that I saw and experienced put my smile on my face. I mean, I couldn't wipe it off my face, my sister said to me "I looked over while on the ride and you're just smiling." Nothing in the entire world has an attraction like this.

The Everest Expedition (with the yeti in the mountains) was the best rollercoaster we've ever been on. Very fun experience overall but we were sad to learn that our passes only allowed us to go to one park for the day. Animal kingdom is best for early birds. Afternoon the animals are all sleeping and evening many shows are done. If I could choose again, I'd choose another kingdom to have visited. I read this is like a glorified zoo but saw very few animals.

Amazing place to take kids to see the wide variety of animals they have. I would most definitely recommend the jungle Safari located in the Africa portion of the park. The wide range of animals is amazing the the rides definitely rise above expectations. Plus there are many shows that they perform from the different parts of the world.

The safari adventure gets better every year. The animals now walk right up to your safari jeep! The rides are great and there is plenty for all ages. The park is full of shaded areas (many more than the other parks) so it helps for a hot spring or summer day not to be too exhausting. Definitely get one of the dole pineapple ice cream drinks (which there is an adult version) - if you haven't had it you're missing a treat.

Currently Disney Worlds best Park. The addition of Avatar has been amazing although it can come with massive queues so would recommend fast passes for this and to do so in advance. The safari and treks are probably the best part of this park (especially the Gorillas). Anyone of any age can enjoy the amazing variety of animals here making it a special day. The theming like most Disney parks is unmatched with parades and live music in all park areas. Great day out and if visiting would recommend coming here and spending a full day. Hint: the safari is great and dusk as most of the animals come out due to it being cooler then!

It s truly amazing the amount of artwork you ll find this park. It seems everywhere you look there s another amazing piece of wood with something beautifully carved into it. I went there several decades ago when it 1st opened and have returned countless times since. Without a doubt, the atmosphere and entire area around the Tree of Life is electrifying! They ve recently opened a new section that connects 2 areas and truly makes getting around the park much easier. We ve eaten at several sit down restaurants and have taken many quick meals on the go too. All have be surprisingly tasty. There s live entertainment everywhere you turn. Lots and lots of tree tunnels that have matured beautifully provides ample shade throughout the park. They ve done a great job keeping the park updated with new attractions while mindfully retaining the original charm that keeps me coming back. 5 big stars to the classic!

Disney never stops amazing me with the details. This place is awesome. You can easily get through it in a full day but I am sure there will be things you may not have noticed. The light show at night is amazing and a must see. The Safari is also good but if you don't like bumpy rides sit in the front of the truck as the rear experiences more bumps, but you get to experience animals in a way that a traditional zoo can't offer.

The animal kingdom was a fun adventure but I think it depends on your child. If your child has a love of animals they will love this theme park if they don't suggest to take them to the main Park. Although we went during Christmas it was still a memorable experience.

It's a zoo. Not the best one on the planet but not the worst. Some of the sets are very authentic looking and quite impressive if you look at it as art. I'm glad we had comp tickets though. Wouldn't want to have paid the price they charge for that!

Love Animal Kingdom! Great rides and attractions for sure! Dont miss meeting Timon and Rafiki, the Lion King show, Flight of passage and the food at Flame tree! You wont regret any of it but will want to do it over and over again!

This was a fun park to experience, but we didn't find it as fun as the other parks. There just weren't as many rides here as the other parks. But we enjoyed the live shows and plays. There is a lot walking in this park, but lots of things to see. It was interesting seeing all of the different cultures represented in the park.

Real 5 star aventure. It is so big that it is impossible to watch everything within one day. The most worth to see is Lion King Show which is almost Brodway level. But Nemo, Safari, Bugs are fantastic also. It is fun for childreb and for adult.

Went to check out Pandora land and saw the River Light show. Pandora looks very cool at night but it is relatively dark and crowded as well. Still worth walking through. The light show was really cool too.

This is a fantastic experience for all ages. Animal Kingdom is the best among all of the parks in Disney World. I went to Apeca the day before and I was disappointed. But animal kingdom proved me wrong. Felt more Disney like, filled with amazing exotic animals and incredible rides such as the flight of Pandora. A big massive experience. I highly recommend anyone to check out animal Kingdom. It will be a time you will never forget.

We absolutely loved Animal Kingdom! I would highly suggest the Expedition Everest ride and doing a character dining experience within the park. Rafiki s Island has a lot of fantastic information regarding animals and the environment. If you re a drinker, there are several bars around and they selection is fantastic! Even if you don t get a chance to ride the Avatar rides, take a walk through the addition. It s breathtaking!

They have some great rides and good experiences, but very few places for people to sit. With the park having several inclines, and the lack of place to sit and rest, I don't recommend this park after a couple of days at other parks, or if you can't easily stand and walk for long periods. Expedition Everest is a fun ride, however, from the middle of the line cue until the end, the indoor rooms are very tight and almost impossible to navigate with the scooters and wheel chairs they rent. It makes for a VERY frustrating experience that will leave you exasperated. That grief is not worth the ride. They need to either reconfigure that room and its doorways, or add handicapped access.

This park is gorgeous. The Satuli Canteen may be my favorite quick service restaurant, and the Flight of Passage is probably the best ride on property. You could just walk around here and soak in the beauty without even riding anything.

This trip was made to honour my wife's brother who used to work for Disney, specifically at the Animal Kingdom. He had been the director of Flights of Wonder. Happy to say the show is still playing and still interesting. Plenty of birds in flight.

Another one of my favorite Disney parks. Expedition Everest and Dinosaur are always a blast! I love the free roaming birds and animals. Flame Tree Barbecue is the best restaurant! It always seems to rain when I'm in the park, so they should really consider adding some more places to find cover. Kilimanjaro Safari is incredible! The first time I road this, I was close enough to touch a rhino!!! I didn't, but it was very tempting! Festival of the Lion King is also really cool! You have to see this place!

Drop me at Avatar and pick me up when the park closes! Of course the animals are amazing too! The best food is the BBQ mac and cheese at the Flame Tree BBQ! I would drive there just to eat, of course I'm just a hour away!

Very nice place. Mostly outside so can get very hot. Pandora avatar ride queued for an hour and a half but it was amazing. Like nothing seen before. River Rapids so good did couple of times but definitely need fastpasses. Safari ride good. Triceratops world needs tickets which are very expensive means you can shoot or play basketball or wack a mole etc to win a toy.

We had a two day trip to Disney world. Animal Kingdom is where we spent our second day. First let me say, this place is so gorgeous. They spent a lot of time and money I m sure into making this place what it is. The tree of life is so mesmerizing and Pandora was breathtaking. The rides in Pandora were also very one of a kind. Flight of Passage was a group favorite.

Wonderful place to go on for vacation. Animal kingdom lives up to its name. Many animals to see. I totally recommend to get fast passes for the Safari ride. Make sure to get them in the late afternoon. That's when most of the animals are active. But that's not the only thing to see. There is plenty of places to eat. Don't expect them to be cheap though. It's worth staying for the light show. All in all, great place!

Pro tip: Book your fast passes online as soon as you can make a decision. The sell out and then you are stuck waiting in really long lines. Some sell out months in advance.

Definitely worth the visit if you have a 10 year old or under with you. The park offers some pretty amazing rides and attractions. It was my first time on the Pandora Flight VR ride and it was stunning and immersive. We used the Lines app which tells you when to get in line to get the shortest wait times and it really works. It also keeps you organized as you work your way through the park. Finally, I d recommend bringing ponchos as afternoon rains in Florida are very common in the Summer.

We got here at opening - 9 AM and the line for Avatar was already 2 hours long. We were not able to get fast pass.. They were all taken 30 days out.. And it has only gotten longer... Expedition everest... Great ride. It gives the unexpected.

Best Disney park by a mile. Great rides and wonderful animal exhibits. Themed beautifully too. Pandora is stunning as is the avatar ride.
Everest and the safari are top drawer attractions as well. Love this park

One of my favorite Disney theme parks. Its big and wide spread park that gives you enough space to where you would think that there are low crowds. All rides are awesome, food is delicious. Highly recommend checking out this park.

There's never a dull moment while visiting Animal Kingdom. From shows to rides, and food & shopping there's something for everyone. Make sure to plan ahead and get your fast passes in order to minimize wait times and maximize the amount of fun you'll have. Also, if you have time, definitely take a ride on the Kilimanjaro Safari in the evening so the animals are a little more active.

Was really looking forward to our day at animal kingdom but have spent over an hour waiting for a bus from Hollywood studios to Animal Kingdom, despite waking early to get to the gate for opening. Very regular buses to Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Good way to make our first trip to Disney our last.

Update 12 hours later: Lion King show, Everest ride, Africa area, and wilderness explorers treasure hunt totally redeemed the park, despite the very poorly organized and inefficient transport system. For this reason, I m bumping it up to a 4.

Gorgeous theme park! Out of all the Disney parks, this was our favorite! I absolutely loved the laid back atmosphere, gorgeous animal enclosures, fun rides. The Avatar land is incredible too. We loved to do the Wilderness Explorer activity!

Great park, lots to see and do. The new Pandora world is absolutely a must see! The Flight of Passage ride was probably one of the best rides I've ever been on, and I've done them all!

Truly an amazing experience. I went with my mom and two boys in wheelchairs and they were beyond accomodating. The staff was so friendly and helpful always ensuring that we had a great time. Each section of the park was beautiful and there was plenty enough to do throughout the whole day.

Awesome dinosaur ride. We loved it. There are a few tiny drops that didn't bother me and I have roller coasters. Great effects. Our 8 and 6 year old rode it multiple times and didn't get bored of it. It does jostle you a bit so if you have a bad back or neck be careful. Otherwise, have fun and enjoy the experience. If you can, fast pass is always the way to go.

It's Disney's animal kingdom. They practically mint happiness and a good time. It's somewhat pricey of course, but Disney stands and delivers here.

The food across the park is great, especially the Avatar area. I also recommend tiffins if you want more sit down.

The atmosphere is encompassing, and provides enjoyment for everyone. Between their Disney characters, Avatar land, asia, Africa and dinosaurs, there is plenty. Avatar is always crowded, so no point doing it first. Go to the back, ride Safari at opening, then do the animal walks. The animals are fed and active earlier in the day, providing many more photo chances. Be sure to check out the bird show - sitting on the ends of the rows will allow you to participate.

It's not my favorite park but it has the coolest things to look at and explore. Pandora is amazing and the Lion King show is always good. Love the food and the drinks. Just not a good place to visit on a hot day.

This is our favorite Disney theme park. The landscaping is just totally incredible. The walkways make you feel like you are in the jungle. It is a relaxing and peaceful feel to just walk around and hang out. The safari is so cool to see such amazing animals.

It's Disney! Everything is absolutely top notch. The way they transport you to entirely different worlds is astonishing. No other theme park has mastered sight lines like Disney has. Wait times for some of the attractions is ridiculous, this would be the only negative, but then again when you're moving tens of thousand people around this would be expected. Prices are high in the gift shops and drink stands but when you think about it you're buying more than a trinket, you're buying an experience and making memories. With that though the prices in the restaurants are not that out of line.
Recommendations before you visit any of Disney's parks:
1. 1-2 months before your vacation take your family out for daily walks, the longer the better. You will walk around here more than you can imagine, easily 10 - 20 miles a day.
2. Bring and use sunscreen and wear a hat. You don't want to spend your 2nd day laid up with a sunburn.
3. WATER! Bring it, buy it, DRINK IT! and when you think you've had enough, drink more.
4. Enjoy and relish the magical time you'll experience here, there is truly no other place like Disney.

We had a very unpleasant experience during our visit. We visited 3 parks in 3 days during our Disney Resort stay. I did not feel the Disney Magic or service standards in this park. It honestly felt like another establishment trying but failing to reach the standards we experienced at the other parks and resort. The main concern was the Guest Service and the way we were treated by the staff members in question. It s such a pity.

What an amazing place! As a lover of both Disney and animals, this is the perfect combination. This park has some seriously awesome rides, and unique adventures like the Kilimanjaro Safaris where you get to see real animals. Exhibits are so well built - we loved the ruins style trail to see tigers playing in the trees. On top of it all, Pandora is seriously breathtaking. Like any Disney park, it lives up to a high standard. A must see at WDW.

One of my favorite places on the planet. It's amazing to see a lot of animals that you don't always see everyday. The cast members are extremely friendly and the attention to detail is spectacular!

Disney has shortened hours, but instead of opening at 0800 like they did when it's cooler they changed it to 0900 and Asia doesn't open till 1000. When it opened at 0800 the whole park was open, it doesn't make any sense. Management didn't even understand it.

Always a fun day. Or, night. Disney knows how to keep a crowd happy. Everest is a very different ride at night. Na'vi River ride in Pandora seemed a little more magical this time too. Good day all around.

Lots of walking as expected but great experience for little kids. They can interact with the characters, see animals and name them, good shows and sing alongs too. Pricey but variety of food.

As far as a theme park goes, Busch Gardens is much better. Not very many rides or shows, only a few animals. Mostly shopping. They have several restaurants which will have long waits, so recommend making a reservation, walk around and see stuff, then come back for a shorter wait time. The train attraction was closed. The attendant said it would reopen in Spring, so glad we have 4 day passes good until June 30th. The Safari Adventure was booked up for the day by 10:30 AM. If you want to do that, book it early.

Our favorite park of all, which was unexpected by the majority of the group. Get there early for Pandora- Avatar is the best ride I ve ever been on. Safari + Jungle trek is a must. Quality beers at Thirsty River Bar near Expedition Everest, and great frozen margaritas at Yak & Yeti, right by the Tree of Life.

The rides ate fun, beverages and food are great, and the overalls atmosphere is excellent. The biggest thing i noticed was how good a job the horticulturist team and zoologist team did. Animals and plants were well taken care of. Additionally, the staff were friendly and willing to help with whatever questions i had. Great for a family outing or just to blow off some steam by yourself.
