By far my favorite Disney park. Love the combination of rides and wildlife. The kilimanjaro safari ride is worth the wait as it is long and you have the opportunity to snap some amazing photos. Plenty of shows and other fun stuff to see and do, too!
In my opinion, this was the best park in Disney World. If you are having trouble on deciding which park to go to, I recommend going to this one. It's beutiful, there's animals (obviously), the rides are amazing, and not that this is nesisarily a good thing, but Mickey isn't seen very much at all in the park. It still feels like Disney. Now let's talk about that Avatar ride.
Many people go to animal kingdom just to ride Avatar, flight of Passage. That ride was one of, if not, the best ride that I have ever rode in my life. The wait time is usually pretty long, and when I was there, it got up to 4 hours. I was able to get in to the park one hour early because we stayed at a Disney hotel. Many people disagree with me, but I don't think a four hour wait is worth it. If the wait to is two hours or less, go ahead and get in line. Other than that, I really didn't have any problems while I was there.
This place is gorgeous and everything to do with Avatar was beyond impressive. We enjoyed every little detail put into making Pandora as amazing as it is! It was the only reason we came to Animal Kingdom!
It's another great Disney park. We really enjoyed the walking portions of the park. And we were surprised by the large number of animals seen. Enjoy!

Pros: Loved the experience!! Dream come true!! Surreal place making kids starry eyed... Attn to every single detail is amazing... Wheelchair and disable friendly.... Elderly friendly... Will need more than a week to complete the park... There's so much to see... Must visit for the experience!!!
Cons: Food is below average & portions are small for the price they charge. Mostly American fare given that there are so many visitors from across the world. Cut down the fries for heaven's sake!! Merchandise is great and so much variety but you'll have to break the bank when you shop at Disney..... Most of it are made in China so they can reduce the price a bit too make it affordable.
Great park. Enjoyed Pandora w the ride Flight of Passage. Great ride. The quick service restaurant in pandora had really good food too. Favorite part of the park is the safari and seeing all the animals. Expedition Everest was also really fun!!!
Animal kingdom is a beautiful park. The Pandora world is fantastic and great to see at night. Also the river of lights is a must see it's absolutely beautiful.
I went in 2018 with my best friend and we both had a blast and now I'm coming back this year with my husband, I can't wait to be in Pandora again
Animal kingdom like all of the other theme parks is a great experience with friends or families, you can go and check out all the wildlife on the Safari expedition or you can go ride the rides like Mount Everest (single riders suggested much faster). A lot of fun to be had at this park just make sure you do your fast passes for most rides or attractions at any Disney park or you could be waiting almost 2h per ride or more.
Hardly any lines during COVID-19! Most of the rides including Flight of Passage are a 5min max wait!
Animal Kingdom was amazing my family truly loved it. Recommend utilizing the fast pass for those need to get on rides so your wait times are substantially low. The safari experience was absolutely wonderful looking forward to going back.
Pandora is AMAZING! You have to ride Avatar Flight of Passage! Wait time sounds long but isn't bad and the scenery throughout the line is gorgeous!
I love this place so much. So pretty n great shows all over the streets.
The restaurants here have Vegan choices :) The kids had lots of fun here all day. I wish it wasn't crazy expensive but I guess it's a one time visit every few years so probably not so bad. It's a huge area to cover and kids get tired and cranky towards the end of the day. The real surprise was they had plenty of plant based options in the restaurants here. I was super surprised and happy to see that and major props to Disney to offer them otherwise my experience would have been so so.
One of the better parks! Definitely get there early to skip a lot of the lines! The new avatar ride is a lot of fun. You should also opt to bring your own snacks and even some food. Disney can be expensive.
The park was okay but almost every single employee was uneducated on a service dog. My friends working dog was constantly being talked to by employees and some even tried to touch her!
Maybe the best themepark in the world and deffinatly the most unique themepark in the world.
Pandora is just breathtaking and indescribable, so much details it's amazing!
We saw two shows there ;Lion King and Finding Nemo and we were blown away! The quality matches broadway theatre.
Expedition everest is maybe the best storycoaster on the planet and the kilimanjaro safari is great if you have the right castmember.
If you only have little time in Orlando and you have doubt what park to visit... Visit this one! And stay for the closing show rivers of light!
This park is awesome there is alot to do the flight of passage ride is a must and book it as a fast pass EARLY as you can because even on a magic hour day and running to the as soon as the gate open the 5 minutes it took to get there the ride was all ready at 185 minutes! Must of the time it's a 3-4 hour wait! The park as alot of rides and things to see and do. The safari ride (both of them) are great and fun. The Avatar area is awesome and a must see at night. Plan to spend the whole day there and the show at night is awesome and well worth it. There is all so a show on the Tree of Life that is good as well.
Beating a dead horse here... But make sure to get fast passes for the rides/shows you want to do while here. The new Pandora area is super cool. Gotta ride the Mt. Everest ride at least once. Make the rides fun and try to pose for the photos.
What can you say? It's a Disney park and that means it's going to be a magical place. Always clean. Always super friendly cast members. And usually crowed. But if you can get there during the school year on a weekday you can really enjoy the parks with smaller crowds and shorter lines.
I am not fully able to run like my grandchildren any more. Everyone said guest experience would help me but the long line in the sun was too much. Apparently there is no to get unto a line where I won t faint to get a pass so I won t faint. I m better now since I had my near fatal critical embolism but not able to cope with the system
I love AK so much! It just gets very hot during the day since it's mostly outside entertainment, so it's best to go later. Plus seeing Pandora at night is breathtaking!
A amazing breathtaking park the rides are absolutely fabulous definitely not to miss weather it s Avatar Flight of Passage killamenjaro safari or expedition Everst there is a ride for everyone and don t forget Dinosaur there so much vegation in this park so beautiful. Make shure to spend a full day here. I would highly recommend this amazing beautiful park
Flight of passage ride is awesome and an absolute must for anyone going to the animal kingdom, be prepared to wait if you haven't got a fast pass tho.
Great rides. The Pandora experience was great, but when me and my family got to the Safari we had the worst experience ever.
Samantha, the girl responsible for the line on Mar 3, 2020 was really unkind and unfair. We're totally OK with the Fastpass, but she was letting them go on a rate of approximately 40:1.
Everyone on the standby line was feeling the same thing. Almost 3h on the line, while the app said around 90 min. Such a great park, but be aware of these kind of problems.
My favorite Disney park I and my 9 yr old grandson enjoyed this park so much not as crowded as Magic Kingdom and rides are more enjoyable for older kids the Safari ride was amazing seeing the animals in their own inhabitants I highly recommend!!!
Dino land definitely needs paint and love. It looks sad and kinda creepy. The rest of the park is ok but more fast pass should be available.

It is a mix of a zoo and a amusement park. With a big tree in the middle which lights up in the night and has animals move.

The coconut shrimp was so good and the fried rice was the best I ever had.
It was great as always!!! So many great things for kids and adults!!! Excellent family experience! It was the first time for my grandsons and they have so much fun and they love it!!! We are looking forward to go again next year... thanks for the experience...
PANDORA! at night is truly a sight to see! Very fun experience for the kids! Throw some UV tape on your stroller... And you will be AWESOME!!!
Animal Kingdom! It's fun, but can also be the most disappointing park, animals might not be visible or out due to weather or the temperature.
I wish they had (1) big train "ride" With stops throughout the park.... Kinda like magic kingdoms train.... and you could tour all around the park looking at animal s to your hearts content, with stops at certain locations...
Lots of great things for kids and adults. Avatar is amazing. The Dino Land kept the kids entertained, and the shows were terrific. Can't recommend the Rainforest Cafe, though. Super slow.
Great park! It's Disney so you can't go wrong. Can't say anything about the outrageous prices but at least you can bring in your own snacks and drinks now.

Had a wonderful time. Lines were not bad for most of the attractions ( some as short as 10 minutes). If you have motion sickness beware of Expedition Everest. Be sure to visit Pandora and ride the Flight of Passage. It is amazing!
My favorite Disney Park, I love to go over and ride the Safari ride. Seeing the animals and the food is good there too. Yak & Yeti is probably my favorite. Pandora Flight of Passage is the best ride.
Animal Kingdom has a lot to offer! Be sure to take in all the details while you re there. From the bicycle tracks in the road, to the power lines in Africa, you can truly feel like you re in a different country. Rivers of Light is a wonderful night time show...don t miss it! Eat at Tusker House and Yak&Yeti. Both delicious! If you can t get on to Expedition Everest, go right before the ride closes (usually 9:00) and walk in right before they close the rope.
This is one of my favorite Disney world parks, live the Lion King show and the Expedition Everest roller coaster. Wish I could go to Avatar but line was huge more than three hours.
Great park, lots of animals to see on the Safari ride
The new addition of avatar makes it more interesting. Don't think it will take a full day. Suggest come in the morning and hop to other parks after. More out door events. Get kind overly hot by the afternoon.
This was my favorite of all the parks! The safari ride was so fun, being close to all of the animals was very magical. The Pandora boat ride was also amazing the details that went into it are like something I've never seen before. It is a long wait to actually get on the ride but they keep it well shaded and have fans so you're not that hot. Just the whole experience at Animal kingdom in my opinion is pretty much a good time.
Animal Kingdom was much better than I expected! With their new Avatar area, it truly adds to the amazing experience. So beautiful there, and there are some great rides too. The Everest ride was pretty awesome, and the Pandora ride (Avatar) was seriously the best ride I ve ever been on. Such an awesome experience. The four (4!) hour wait to get on that ride wasn t great, but they gave us an anytime fast pass because of it, which was pretty nice.
Disney is of course, amazing. They bring the magic, and their entertainment, decoration detail, and service is amazing. I m not a huge fan of the price, especially to park hop, since most of the parks have just a few great rides, and to get the real experience, you kind of need to park hop (unless you got 4 days). Also, if you re comparing to Disneyland, the transportation is a lot more stressful at Disney World (especially with kids), and at the end of the day, it s a mad house. Overall, an enjoyable time! Even with long wait times.

This is my favorite park all because of the safari. They need a few more animals toward the front of the park though. It's very easy to go to just the parts of the park that you want to go to because of Discovery Island being in the middle. The Tree of Life is really cool. The roller coaster is awesome.
I would like to report that as a guest at Disney I have been verbally harassed multiple times by many employees. Today while my son was stationary and eating an employee came to us and demanded that my 8 years old with autism who was stationary to put a mask on he was eating a sandwich). I cannot accept to be harassed while complying to the rules. Today I had to hold my mask with my hand as the strings were hurting my ears, Mayne, an employee at the bugs life attraction (animal kingdom) was rude, disrespectful and condescending, I told her I would file a complaint and she mocked me.
This is unacceptable, there is nothing magical about the treatment I have received.

This park has a lot for kids and adults but one of the best attractions in the safari. Its usually the first thing people head for when the park opens. Mainly because you have the best chance of seeing some of the large animals. You will probably have to do this multiple times to see some of the animals.
Animal kingdom was my husband's favorite of the parks. Be sure to do the Safari ride! We also loved the walking trails and spent lots of time in with the birds watching them and identifying them. The Lion King show was also wonderful and we belted our little hearts out along with the songs. If you enjoy zoos be sure to put Animal Kingdom on your must see list!

The tree of life and Pandora are absolutely astonishing. The Avatar game is without doubt the best simulation game in the world. Be prepared for very long queues though. Piece of advice: get there early before the park opens and then run directly to Avatar. The night show was quite cool, totally worth it.
Best park in Disney World in my opinion! They pay attention to every detail here. Great management between the patrons with standard passes and those with fast pass. We had standard passes and didn t feel disadvantaged...yes we had to wait a little longer....but it wasn t a free-for-all when fast pass patrons showed up. I HIGHLY recommend getting the My Disney Experience app...it was a game changer!
My first time going since the addition of Pandora - The World of Avatar and the set up was phenomenal. I hadn't gone in several years and Disney has really improved with this park, there are many more features, places to eat and shops. It's a zoological theme park and is the only one that doesnt do fireworks at night so they dont disturb the animals. The Tree of Life is the icon of Animal Kingdom. There are animals placed throughout the park and it seems like you are walking in a natural environment. They are huge on animal conservation and you can tell when speaking to cast members and getting any tours throughout the park. Rides include Expedition Everest, Avatar Flight of Passage, Dinosaur, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids, Na'vi River Journey, Primeval Whirl and TriceraTop Spin. The safari is awesome! It's at least 15 minutes long and the tours are up close and educational. You can get great photos! The best ride, in my opinion, is Expedition Everest.
5 star for Pandora ride. This is out of the world ride. Animal kingdom is kind of park wher people of all ages can have good time. If you want to do Pandora ride you must get fast pass for it in advance or be there when park opens. If you fail to do this then you are going to waste 3 to 4 hours just waiting.
Awesome place the words simply can't describe, everything is planned so minutely to the closest possibility that it becomes unbelievable, you would need at least 2-3 days here and must visits are the Jungle Safari, Na'vi River and the Avatar the passage of flights. Things are on the expensive side here so carry food along, there is so much to see and do that one can easily walk around 10 km a day, we did it with 2 kids in a stroller and it was worth it!!!
It wS great the safari ride was amazing the animals we saw were spectacular. The line was not really that bad , however very confusing this fast pass thing . Apparently people book fast passes months in advance. If your a novice (like me ) traveling to Disney be prepared to wait . Even thou that ticket u get says you get 3 fast passes you will never be able to use them ( for the popular rides )unless you are forewarned to book them at least 3 months in advance. It was still a fantastic experience anyway.
My favorite park if I really had to choose one of them. Good thing I don't and can go to them all. The new land of Pandora is out of this world and as always, Disney never disappoints with their amazing imagineers. The flight of passage ride is now my new favorite ride in the world. It felt so real and the immersion was so in depth that even though you know you're on a ride you want to believe that you're actually riding a banshee. Well done Disney, and thank you.
I really enjoyed my trip to Animal Kingdom. The whole place is so pretty and the attention to detail is staggering. The animals all looked really happy and if you ask any questions, the staff seem to be very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the safari trip we took,we saw lots of animals and found out a lot of new things. I like that there is a lot of conservation information around the park. Lots of places to eat and drink and take a rest (I was pregnant so had to have a few rest breaks) but had a blast. It did seem kind of busy considering it was early February so I missed out on a few things but I didn't mind. Also, the lion King show is really good!

Very pricey parking (25 dollars) and even the watter can be expensive here(3,50 a bottle).
Be ready to wait 40-50minutes even if you have fast pass tickets
Great rides, all staff are helpful and always cheerful. Pandora was amazing and I definitely reccomend it. The animation station is also a must and definitely worth it too, it's a small train ride to get there but I still suggest you go.
Drinks, food and rides are amazing. All the places have air conditioning. The chocolates cake pops from Starbucks (or Starbucks is also known as 'creature comforts') was a definite must have. I also had the passion and dragon fruit refresher. It was so full of flavour and so sweet. The drink and cake pop mixed well together. Everything is clean and tidy and there are plenty of helpers around to direct you to places if you cant find them on the map. I must ask that when you come here, be nice to the staff, they are there to help you and to be kind to you, you should do the same back.
Of all the Disney parks, Animal Kingdom is my favorite. The safari adventure gets better every year. The animals now walk right up to your safari jeep! The rides are great and there is plenty for all ages. The park is full of shaded areas (many more than the other parks) so it helps for a hot spring or summer day not to be too exhausting. Definitely get one of the dole pineapple ice cream drinks (which there is an adult version) - if you haven't had it you're missing a treat.
We had a fun trip. The staff were nice. One person though. Her name was I think Donn she kept harassing us for things play fighting and yelling. We loved Expedition Everest. The pandora world was beautiful. We went on the safari thing and it was fun.
Of course and without a doubt the best park on disney property ( my honest opinion) always have a blast no matter your age group. Had a tremendous and pleasant surprised last time I visited, heard a very old and folkloric song from my country and made me feel very nostalgic and proud to have heard it in front of the tree of life.
The safari was great. But the avatar ride was on another level. Awesome place
This is great for younger kids. There's so much to do! They even have a playground where you can let your kids play without worrying about them getting lost since there's always someone working at the front gate. The Safari ride is a lot of fun and they have a huge variety of animals.
Pandora is just out of place and doesn't really transport you at all. Not a fan of the movie bit expected something more visually interesting. The safari is well worth the trip, but there is s lot not worth going to here.
Beautiful, serene Park! The animal exhibits are gorgeous and the animals are obviously well cared for. The park is gigantic and full of beauty and things to see and do. I've been several times and always see new things. This is, by far, my favorite Disney park and I intend to visit every chance I get!
This place is amazing. The safari ride is a must do at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Be prepared for crowds and long lines, which can be tough for young children. Make sure to have snacks and water. For lunch or dinner with children, we recommend the Rainforest Cafe on property. Enjoy all the wildlife and exotic animals!
So much is closed! Most of Dino land and things for the kids were completely shut down. My toddler had very little things he could ride. Although his head was touching the 38 mark they still would not let him ride any of the rides. My son was extremely upset. This has completely ruined our experience at animal kingdom.
Love this park! Family's favorite of the parks because of the animals and the rides. Wish the Train Express was running. I look forward to seeing the changes next visit. Avatar Flight of Passage is very cool as well as Expedition Everest. Na'vi River is a wonderful imagination ride, but for possible cool & wet go for The Kali River Rapids. River of light show is a must stay... get a seat in theater area nice effects !

If you like going to zoo, you will like this place. Only a few rides & the favourite rides had queue time of more than 100 mins! We done touring all the zones in less than 5 hrs. Bring poncho if you do not want to get wet having fun on the river Kali float/ride.
Fun, and get to see live animal on safari ride, Expedition Everest Ride is fun. Not so busy during Weekday In February. Parking $25.

Of the 4 main parks, this is my least favorite. My favorite is Hollywood Studios . I give this a 4 star because I am not much a fan of the park, but that s just me (pssst: don t take my word for it though. Come and check it out for your self!)
Tons to do even with large crowds and long lines. The amount of food places to people means they can actually handle the crowds and feed you in 5-10mins tops, and the people are much kinder compared to other Disney parks
Very fun, nice and happy staff. Good shade so it's not too hot. Rides are fun, careful with anything 4-D for nauseating purposes. LOVED the atmosphere of the Avatar world.

This place is underrated. I was hoping it would be my favorite park and everyone told me they felt there wasn't enough to do but I totally disagree. I think it was awesome! Safari was super cool, Everest was super cool. Harambe market for lunch was delicious. All-around great time!
Another great Disney experience! We are passholders and love coming to this park. Our 3 Year Old son absolutely loves the Safari and Dinosaur Land play area! Plenty for both parents and children!
Me and my daughter love this park! It's by far our favorite of all the Disney parks. The scenery is beautiful and there's trees everywhere, its simply a beautiful place to walk through. The train ride to the petting zoo area was by far our favorite attraction there. There's lots to do and of course plenty of animals! ALTHOUGH, to see some of the more exotic larger animals you need to go on the safari ride, and the wait time was almost 2hrs for most of the day (time we were not willing to stand in line unfortunately) But despite the regular downsides to any crowded Disney park, I would recommend checking this one out.
This is one of the best parks out of all of them! Very clean, amazing at taking care of animals, Starbucks tasted amazing! I recommend going on Kilimanjaro Safaris!
