It a really nice place to stay or chill. Direct access to beach and mall; very friendly and helpful staffs; near to Ngurah Rai International Airport. Very recommended hotel!

It is quite comfortable, a large area of beautiful scenery, a lot of weather hehehe, enjoying the togetherness at the hanju beauty seminar for 3 days

Even though it is still quiet, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is also really good ... it's cheap.
Hopefully Bali will recover quickly

It's really a beautiful property. We stayed there for four nights with family. Location is perfect. Staff is helpful and courteous. They give you maximum variety in breakfast. Swimming pool is very big and maintained..Overall stay in this hotel was wonderful experience.

The food at the restaurant is very good, the portions are large and yummy.

Set on 8 hectares of beachfront gardens, this luxe hotel next to the Discovery Shopping Mall is a 4-minute walk from Waterbom Bali water park.

The airy rooms and suites feature Balinese art and garden or ocean views. All include balconies or terraces, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, as well as minifridges and coffeemakers. Most suites add living rooms, and 1 has an indoor pool and, like the beachfront villas, comes with 24-hour butler service.

Breakfast and parking are included. There are 3 restaurants and 4 bars. Other amenities include a spa, a gym and an outdoor pool, plus squash and tennis courts. There's also a kids' club.

Old room. Creepy. Bad vibe. Not recommended at all for everyone who want to stay in Kuta. Never. Ever.

I had a pleasant stay at hotel..Staff are the real stars they are so friendly and helpful..Rooms was cleaned very nicely..I like old charm of hotel...i asked for a room change I didn't like interlleading room and I wanted a better sea facing room next day room was changed.. Shower needs a mould spray to get rid of mould ..Towels need replacing first day I got real old towels I told housekeeper next morning I am not happy with towels he apologized and made sure I got better towels either than that I have no complaints...Breakfast was a huge spread food was constant cakes and pastries was super yummy cappuccino was definitely hit point my favorite Illy coffee..Gardens was really beautiful love to stay again.

The place to stay if you want to travel to the Kuta area of Bali

Very friendly and courteous staff and management. Couple of problems I had were with the leaking tub and no good signal on tv. But these were minor and didn't ruin my stay.

Location of the property is very good and the food also. Excellent ambience.

Can enjoy the beach, there is a swimming pool, comfortable place ...

This is the only hotel that I will stay in Bali everytime.

The hotel is so clean!! I like that!! And the most I like is.. this hotel has a security check!!

The rooms are small, the hotel is old, the swimming pool is dirty, sometimes there are mice passing by, the service is still very classic, only uses old model keys. the hotel staff are friendly and kind, and the food at the hotel is decent. Overall it is enough at a cheap price.

One of the most maintained, well kempt and among the best five star family hotels to which i have been. It is located at prime location kuta, 15 minutes from airport, has malls(discovery and lippo) aside it, beautiful lawn, pool and beach!!, Amazing buffet n fitness center. Spa and yoga available too.

Even though it's been aged, this ***** star hotel still looks magnificent and luxurious .. friendly service starts from the entrance, receiptionist to support guest activities every time you meet ... very spacious, clean rooms with quite exotic views ... the equipment with the bathroom is clean ... the breakfast menu is very varied, the bakery is supposed to taste ... near the center of the crowd (kuta square, mall lippo, jimbaran, hard rock, etc) ... dear, the musro has closed ..

Have had some pleasant years at this hotel, but this year, very disappointing !!!!

The rooms are very dirty and old. They do not clean every day. This is not a 5 star hotel. I do not recommend to anyone.

A good hotel to stay in, close to the hustle of the city, the most important thing is better if you choose a room facing the beach, so you want to go back again ... hehehe

This hotel is huge, in the busiest area of Kuta. The service is very friendly. In the large entrance on the left are the Qatar offices. If you have a problem with your ticket, this is the site. I requested a Wi-Fi connection at the hotel reception and they gave it to me without problems. Thank you very much

My third visit here. Personally I find this resort comfortable. The reception staff greeted me warmly. The room is fully functional but not overly luxurious. The pool is obviously the main feature. It's big and more importantly, clean. Plenty of sunbeds and great view of the ocean.
Breakfast is complete with different cuisines. One can sit inside or out. The Italian restaurant is also excellent for lunch or dinner.
The staff throughout the hotel, in all departments are kind, helpful, very friendly and attractive. This makes a huge difference.

Waaooow the hotel is good the service is also good. The public bathroom is just clean. It's really really the point. The hotel also has free open spaces. The price is expensive, hehe hehe ... But the quality speaks ... The location of the strategist once near the mall only runs a little. Many locations also sell souvenirs. Traffic is often jammed but does not reduce the plus points of this hotel

Effective air conditioning with central location, close to airport. Good variety in breakfast though haven't tasted all of them being a pure vegetarian. Agoda miscomunicated my booking but hotel management upgraded without much fuss.
