Good location near some beach. But.. very noisy window. Not because people or crowd but the window very noisy when blown by the wind so i couldn't sleep well. They should fix it. And for moslem, be careful if u have free breakfast because they have pork.

We are here for the third time. You will be immediately recognized by the lovely staff. Like a family. From year to year, although small smears. But still clean, great garden maintenance and still a ellenlanges breakfast buffet. Every continent is represented and accessible to all. My graduation at breakfast is a freshly prepared fruit plate in front of your eyes. For breakfast you will be accompanied by live piano music. What more do you want to start your day?

Facility is little bit old but the best hotel for a family with kids. Also the location of the hotel is great. Great fool with wonderful sea view. Breakfast was not bad but little bit concentrated on indian and chinese food.

A relatively high-end shopping mall, the main customer group is tourists.
Behind the mall is a library to watch the sunset.
There are cafes in the outdoor shopping malls, which is a very good place to relax.

The rooms are dated and bath / toilet area showed a lot of mold and smelled very like the sewage system

Service is very good. Room is big and has a balcony to have ocean view. Breakfast has limited options for vegetarians, but they can make fried rice or noodles on request. We have tried dinner with fire dance and singing it worth the money.

Very cozy hotel with a huge garden and swimming pool. There is no private beach, but the pool pays for this misstep.
The prices for food here are high, so a visiting guest is not at all profitable to eat here. You can go up and against 100 meters to the right, where there will be little varungs.

Hotel highly recommended, especially for families going on holiday with a baby (and has allergies). We stayed at the Karthi Hotel at the end of February, as soon as my child, who was 8 months old, slept on a mattress, my child did not stop coughing and ended up having to be hospitalized due to pneumonia. Prior to BBali we've examined the child to the Spa and children in a healthy condition.

I really like it, lots of spots are great for photos. Hope you can stay here again.

We had to visit Qatar Airways City office which is located in the same building.
The hotel's staff members were very helpful helped us make a call and held our luggage for a few hours while we had lunch and had to get a few things done before going to the airport. We felt like valued guests even without being checked in.

This is a really big hotel. Unfortunately this meant a truly big disappoitment for us. The rooms did not have any of the "Deluxe" the name of the room suggested. Everything is a bit outdated, smelly, and really not up to standard of a luxury hotel. Staff was helpful, though.

The pool area was okay and clean.

Best, new normal to Bali staying here, okay, the view during the day is cool after directly facing the beach. But there are still few guests at night, it's quite a horror of many dark empty rooms. So a unique experience. I hope the Covid 19 pandemic will soon be gone.

Quiet and comfortable place, feels traditional from the exterior and interior of the building. Clean rooms and towels. Delicious and varied food. Behind the hotel directly to Kuta beach.

The parking lot is limited despite large yard infront of it. We have to park at nearby mall and walk for 200 m beside traffic road and pay for park at the mall which is unnecessary if the hotel security let us park at their hotel big yard

Just a comment, THERE ARE RATS hanging around the hotel and kitchen. It has nothing to do with the photos that appear on the internet. When you mention it at reception they tell you that it is normal that in kuta there are many rats. Do not go to that hotel under any circumstances.

A perfect spot for our family holiday! We had ages from 3-59 for 8 nights during Christmas and we all had the best experience at the Kartika! The pool was perfect, kids activities galore and they were so friendly & staff so accommodating! Two thumbs up & definitely returning! Thank you
