I will definitely choose this next time I go to Ubud

A five star hotel that is strategically one of the malls

Good variety of stores and products. Not enough restaurants in my opinion. Just off the beach.

The strategic location of the hotel is close to Kuta beach ... the family room is perfect for one family just right for the five of us. Breakfast is ok although lacking variety and the staff are friendly. The hotel also provides car rental facilities, so it's more practical for us. But unfortunately yesterday it lacked coordination so we just oversleeped otw to the tourist attractions. And for the receptionist also lacking coordination to guests who already occupy the room so we have to move rooms, even though we still want to add 3 more days we were forced to move to a smaller room at the same price.

The sea view from the hotel is extraordinarily beautiful with complete and luxurious facilities, but only one drawback, the food is still lacking for a star hotel like this

Can see the sea behind the mall, walk to the near beach

It's a good hotel for stay. The staff is so helpful and the room so cozy. The food also have a good taste.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Purchased a day pass and was pleasantly surprised with a towel, free drink and meal. What a wonderful way to spend the day relaxing in their pool.

The hotel has its own beach which has one garia beach with Kuta Beach. The food offered is very diverse and can be enjoyed while relaxing by enjoying the beach view. The swimming pool is very spacious and attractive and the yard is very wide so it is suitable for children to play.

Almost all of my office friends, give us a comment that breakfast doesn't have anything in it, the fried rice and the fish are not brave enough for spices and salt ...

The beach and location is lovely. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and provide good information. Our view off the balcony was beautiful

The service was good, but in comparison to the India, it wasn t quite 5* for me. It seems as though this hotel rest too comfortably on their 5 star rating. For what it is, it's definitely overpriced! The Food was a bit of a problem for Indians, please include Indian dishes as there was very little choice in breakfast, "suggestion to the management".

Great ambiance, extremely good service. All staff greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was great. Beach at the end of the gardens, with a short walk to different restaurants and Discovery complex. Most enjoyable few days. Thanks to all staff.

suitable for travelers who are frugal with fees, close to Kuta beach, just just arrive

This was our first trip to Bali and we really wanted to stay in a good hotel overlooking the see. So, after a lot of searching, we selected this place and upon arrival happily found that our decision was correct.
Everything about this hotel is excellent - room & sleep quality, staff behavior, service, food quality, swimming pool, ambiance, etc. The best part is the location - lots of restaurants, shopping places are just a minutes walk away and you can walk in the beach just by stepping out of the hotel from the back side.
Did not explore Bali to its full, so will go back soon and will certainly stay at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel.

Good service, wifi is available, bathrooms are also available with hot water, but unfortunately there is no Halal certification for the restaurant

Big hotel at the convenient Kuta!

Went here for meetings and enjoyed the services, great food and friendly staff.

The room is spacious and it has huge pools, sunken bar, restaurants and the beach. Well, you cannot swim on the beach right there but you can walk along the beach to reach the area where you can swim.

The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the swimming pool is clean, there is a play ground too, the breakfast place is cool while watching the sea listening to the sound of the waves. A very memorable holiday, once again thank you Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel

Very near airport, hotel is a bit old. Stayed 4 nights. Bfast menu always the same, need to be improved.
