This is my go-to computer store. If you need a new computer an old computer, you need your current computer cleaned or upgraded they can do it. Need a new keyboard? Mouse? Headset? Speakers? They have it all. Monitors from various sizes and brands. Desktops and laptops from various sizes and brands. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, plus the store is super rad. I definitely recommend anyone who lives in the area or even visiting outside the area to come and check out this iconic store.
Talk about a great place to get computer parts, gadgets, and overall great customer service. Remember RadioShack? Yeah, this isn't that. Need a cheap laptop, tower, random, computer parts, etc.... Come here! I love discount!
Am dropping this review with passion and sincerity. The I.T guy in my state office couldn't help out despite spending an hour on my laptop but stepping my feet at discount electronics, Anderson. Am glad to meet a cool guy walking to me with a smile. He said, how can we help you today, sir. In my mind I was thinking he will be the same kind of I.T I just left in my office. Low and behold he fixed my laptop in 5mins, what an amazing guy. Kudos to Joseph, I wish I can increase this guy pay or give him a job close to me. Thanks Joseph, thanks discount electronics.

I've done business with these folks many times and I always get great advice and reliable service. They've saved my bacon with data recovery issues and helped me make sound decisions about whether to repair or replace gear. Today, Tim even helped me figure out how to replace the battery in my UPS power supply system (a device they don't even service) without laughing when it turned out to be an incredibly simple process (I had looked for a manual online instead of a YouTube video to show me what to do - facepalm - d'oh!) My desktop locked me out & bills were coming due, emails piling up--scary! So called, talked with Tim; he said "bring it in." When I got there, he bypassed the passwords block and voila! In 15 minutes I was out of there with an accessible computer at no charge! Tim was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave honest feedback instead of a sales pitch. Great job!
We went in looking for a new computer for my father and a gentleman by the name of Josef helped us find everything we needed. Some accessories we purchased were top of the line, others refurbished; but everything works perfectly together. Will definitely continue shopping here. And we loved the art in the store too, so awesome.
Brandon fixed my computer in like 5 minutes and was so nice about it. I could have spent all day finding a USB to ethernet adapter, searching for the correct driver to reinstall my wifi capability, but I did not have the patience. He just did it. So easy. Will return.
