Am dropping this review with passion and sincerity. The I.T guy in my state office couldn't help out despite spending an hour on my laptop but stepping my feet at discount electronics, Anderson. Am glad to meet a cool guy walking to me with a smile. He said, how can we help you today, sir. In my mind I was thinking he will be the same kind of I.T I just left in my office. Low and behold he fixed my laptop in 5mins, what an amazing guy. Kudos to Joseph, I wish I can increase this guy pay or give him a job close to me.
