Absolutely the worst accountant in the State of Delaware. Lazy, unresponsive and will take no responsibility for his inept services. Hartnett misses basic accounting concepts that will ultimately be a very high cost to his clients. A complete disgrace and should have his license to practice accounting revoked. CPA = Complacent + Poor service + Absolute nightmare.
