They assigned me a case number, they agreed to contact me in 24 hours, I called them in 3 days, again they told me that they would call me in 24 hours to solve my problem and nothing ... it never happened! Not even money back ... smdh!

On October 65, 2020, I made a payment of 30USD and when recharging the Cuban number they said "error" and to contact DimeCuba support. They didn't fix it. They asked me to send a photo of my ID, passport, etc. and of my credit card. It is a total fraud. I paid by paypal let's see if I can get it back. They have also blocked my account in DimeCuba. Conclusion: professionals of the trilerismo. Capital fraud

This company is very unprofessional and unethical in every aspect.
