Digital Six

This company almost ran us into the ground. They cold called us several times until we agreed to proceed with them as the salesman on the phone sold us the world & failed to deliver. Being a plumber in Australia is extremely competitive especially when it comes to google ads & digital marketing. We thought we'd trial these guys out. We had set a budget for 3 months expecting some sort of return. Within 3 weeks these guys blew our budget out costing us almost $5000 in ad spend and their fees. They were using keywords such as "drain cleaner bunnings" and advertising in suburbs we don't work in. The first account manager was barely in so it was difficult to get in touch until we got allocated to a new manager who was good to deal with but couldn't fix the problem. The previous marketing company we were using cost us $8000 in 12 months with good results, the reason we jumped ship was because Digital Six promised us incredible results yet failed. This was a couple of months ago and we're still feeling the effects of their incompetence, extremely frustrating. Also you can't find these guys on google maps as they even know their reviews would be negative.

No results. THOUSANDS in $$ just gone. SERIOUS lack of communication. Very little evidence of any work actually performed. Things like Tag Manager were meant to be set up - I had to do that myself a few days ago. Why????? I was PAYING them to do it, and it was a specific thing they said they would do. Not done. Not surprised. Be very very careful with your $$, this company doesn't care about it AT ALL.

I don't normally complain or do posts, but unfortunately these guys have done the wrong thing and will not negotiate. I have been with Digital Six for a couple of years and have not been that happy with the service particularly for the last 12 months. So after a courtesy phone hookup with a free Google Account Manager who mentioned that my account had not changed for over 3 months, despite being billed weekly...... I decided to get someone to review this so I could be certain and it was true..... other than 1 little tweak that was cosmetic and would have taken 30 seconds nothing has happened going back more than 12 months, which surprises me given I had repeatedly told them I wasn't happy and have requested changes to be made. I told them I would go to Fair Trade if this wasn't sorted.... I am still waiting for the alleged return phone call. Fair Trade here I come.🤬🤬👎 their business model is set up your account and then do nothing and bill you weekly and give you a phone call to have a chat
