This company almost ran us into the ground. They cold called us several times until we agreed to proceed with them as the salesman on the phone sold us the world & failed to deliver. Being a plumber in Australia is extremely competitive especially when it comes to google ads & digital marketing.
We thought we'd trial these guys out. We had set a budget for 3 months expecting some sort of return. Within 3 weeks these guys blew our budget out costing us almost $5000 in ad spend and their fees. They were using keywords such as "drain cleaner bunnings" and advertising in suburbs we don't work in. The first account manager was barely in so it was difficult to get in touch until we got allocated to a new manager who was good to deal with but couldn't fix the problem.
The previous marketing company we were using cost us $8000 in 12 months with good results, the reason we jumped ship was because Digital Six promised us incredible results yet failed.
This was a couple of months ago and we're still feeling the effects of their incompetence, extremely frustrating.
Also you can't find these guys on google maps as they even know their reviews would be negative.
