DigitalSix Scam business
I don't normally complain or do posts, but unfortunately these guys have done the wrong thing and will not negotiate. I have been with Digital Six for a couple of years and have not been that happy with the service particularly for the last 12 months. So after a courtesy phone hookup with a free Google Account Manager who mentioned that my account had not changed for over 3 months, despite being billed weekly...... I decided to get someone to review this so I could be certain and it was true..... other than 1 little tweak that was cosmetic and would have taken 30 seconds nothing has happened going back more than 12 months, which surprises me given I had repeatedly told them I wasn't happy and have requested changes to be made. I told them I would go to Fair Trade if this wasn't sorted.... I am still waiting for the alleged return phone call. Fair Trade here I come.🤬🤬👎
their business model is set up your account and then do nothing and bill you weekly and give you a phone call to have a chat
