I've worked with Matt for many years now. Technology at my office was always a massive source of apprehension. I never have to worry about it nowadays. Matt is always on top of things and whenever there is a problem he is right on top of it. Having a first class IT guy is paramount to almost any business and I can't recommend Digital Dental Solutions enough.

Digital Dental Solutions has been our provider for IT support for over 10 years. The technicians are professional and are very knowledgeable about how computers and other related technologies affect a dental office. The Digital Dental Solutions team placed customized systems for our office to fit our needs...not your "one system fit all" template. Participating in the maintenance and support programs allows our office to function worry free when it comes to IT; in the rare event something goes not quite as planned, I know Digital Dental Solutions is there to get my team up and running as quickly as possible (even working after hours).

On their first visit to our office Matt & Tom did a comprehensive assessment of our tech needs and IT security and identified several areas we could improve. I have been in Dentistry for 8 years now, and at both offices that I have worked at we have used Digital Dental! They provide the best service, and are super knowledgeable. WE love working with them and feel very lucky to have them as our IT support. As many know things happen with our computers; they freeze, lock up, and just have issues time to time. They are always on top of it and help get it fixed in a timely manner. This is super important because we are using them daily and working with patients all day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best computer support around!

The reality is that systems sometimes fail. Matt and his team of crack technicians make short work of those problems, though. Great company!
