Toenie is a great lawyer always answers my questions even if its not the answers I want to hear and always call back im still In leagal limbo and I hope I made the right choice

Lawyers there are fabulous knowledgeable and are good at what they do.

I went in for a consultation with toonie. He was quite rude to my friend and I. He had no intentions for fighting for me and my son for custody. I am using legal aid and he claimed I chose him as my lawyer, which I never did... now I have to wait to get that sorted out...

I am currently dealing with Harrison Pensa over a very complicated accident injury. Although I had problems in the past with this firm, my lawyer Mark Stoiko is caring, kind and professional. His assistant, Louise is always very organized and understanding. My only negative is the dais-like area that the front desk secretary sits at. As a person with a disability, getting up those stairs is difficult and the elevator is isolating. Thankfully, I can do most of my exchanges with them digitally so can avoid this issue.

Great professional office except the receptionist is really rude

I love dealing with this law firm. The Family Law Department has the kindest employees. I would recommend any family or friends to use their services, if ever in need. They are there to really help and they provide the best advice.

Unbelievable! I calling around to get a free consultation. Receptionist connecting me to one of the lawyers, then she telling me that is 475/hr., but she's giving me a phone # where I can get free legal advice. I calling the # and it is a cruise ship survey, you know those crookeds with a free vacation.... So thank you, I wish the same business to you!

We had an excellent experience with Arifa Serter. She communicated quickly and clearly, and ultimately achieved our end goal.

We worked with Tim McCullough when buying our first home and our experience wasn't particularly good. My wife and I found his conversational tone quite insulting, though after I later brought it up I did eventually get an apology over email.

The only positive was that his assistant, Carol, was nice to work with. Ultimately though, their fees worked out to be pretty much the same as every other major firm in London.

I personally wouldn't choose to give them my business again.

I used Harrison pensa for my really messy custody battle Toenie was my lawyer and he was just fantastic I had to use legal aid I had never been in court and he was great on preparing me and I cried a few times in his office but he made me feel like it was gonna be Ok and it was he also taught me not to be petty saying some things were the least of our problems I got what I wanted and will recommend toenie to everyone his assistant Catherine is just fantastic too such a nice lady always could call her and ask questions they really catered to my needs.

Arifa Serter did some litigation work for me. She communicated each step of the process at the beginning so I knew what to expect moving forward. She also sent updates so I understood where we were in the process. It was very helpful because I had a timeline to follow. I really appreciated the communication and easy process with working through the litigation.

Terrible. Always a lack of communication. Everything has been reiterated more than once. Time allocation has never been respected always going over or not booking enough time.

Terrible law firm. Unprofessional communication between me and my lawyer. I don't recommend this law firm what so far.

Terrible Law Firm to work for. Shared Services Department has the worst, most incompetent supervisor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Wage is ridiculously low and hard working staff are not appreciated. So glad to be done with this place!

I used Tooie Hersh for a divorce. I also used legal aid which is the best part of it all. He is fair. Too fair didn't stick up for me.
