Just picked up our beautiful GMC Terrain from Dick Norris. We had a great experience there with our sales man John Pindar. Most patient and kind man--he must have answered the same questions from Leo and I many times. Never have we had a better experience buying a car--no stress- no one pushing us and many thanks to James--he made it easy. This is our first GMC but if we continue to love the car, we will definitely be back to buy our next car and we will want John to help us. P.S. They have ice cream there too!! Leo loved it!!

Sales experience there last year was great. Just wish I hadn't caved in on the financing offer thru their guy as I could have gotten a slightly better interest rate on my own.

After driving an '04 Tacoma for 10 years and then buying a '16 Tacoma, I was not impressed with the performance on the newer Tacoma. I decided to test the GMC Sierra. I met with Tony Clause and he was great. He took us through the features and options on the truck and completed a test drive. This truck is smooth and has enough power for what I need. Tony was willing to work on the price for the '16 Tacoma and with assistance from the manager we came to an agreement. Everyone satisfied. After mentioning that the truck needed balancing and a dent repair in the tailgate, Tony arranged to have it done at no cost. No pressure and the transaction was completed in a couple of hours. Tony arranged the service schedule and had an appointment within a week to complete the repairs. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and service received from Tony and staff at Dick Norris GMC.

Very bad experience, would not recommend using this dealership. Was told the items were at the dealership to work on my car sat over an hour they never touched my vehicle promise to me it would only take an hour to do the job. I asked to speak to a manager while I was there no one responded waited 20 minutes. Drove away called back to speak to a manager waited 15 more minutes no one would answer the phone to take my complaint. The operator was kind and she seemed upset she could not get anyone to answer the phone to take my complaint. Dishonest and distrustful. Unprofessional everyone in service looked lost and confused no one wanted to help me when I started to ask questions asked four people and all four of them referred me to someone else and then they walked away. Use this dealership at your own risk
A truly unique, comfortable, and satisfying experience. I loved the pleasant family oriented atmosphere that made my family and I feel like part of theirs. I went into the dealership saying I cannot afford a Buick, but with accommodating staff Buick got me in one and helped make car buying a pleasure not a nightmare. I plan on having my Buick for many years especially with their 5 star rating, but when the time comes for a new one, I will be sure to visit this Buick dealership again. I have a lot of heads turning and compliments on my Buick Encore. Thank you all at Dick Norris Buick.
What a fantastic experience! Dan (sales rep) was more of a guide than a sales person. He listed to our needs and showed us what was available and the features of each car. He asked us many questions to find out about our lifestyle. It was a very comfortable and easy choice that we made and did not feel pressured into. We will be back again! Thank you!

I bought a GMC Arcadia Denali from them super easy purchase great people second vehicle in 30 years.
Run,,,,, as fast as you can, anywhere.but here. My 10 year old Buick with very low miles developed an A/C leak. Waited 3 days for an appointment and It only took them 1 hour to tell me I needed $1800 worth of work and charged me $160 for no repair just shop time. I had the car fixed elsewhere and saved over half in just hours. I wish I had trusted my first instincts and saved the $160.
I made an appointment by phone and the service perso,Lenny, De Marco was great as usual. My waranty on my 2017 regal is about to expire and I needed to have the car checked out, regular service and a Platnium detail , inside and extrior. All in all they did a fabulous job. They also provided a loaner car. Why would i go elsewhere? That was Wednesday, two day later I took my wife's 2015 Buick LaCrosse in for the Platnium detail and it looks better than fabulous.AND they provided a loaner for this service too.

I bought my Encore from Dick Norris in Palm Harbor. A very nice experience. I take it there for service and am very satisfied. I had a tire that was loosing air, and went in mid-afternoon with no appointment, and was taken care of right away. Great place.
We stopped in on our way back home from Tampa one evening. They had the door open on a vehicle we were interested in, so we took a look. We called the next day and Mike had us come get the vehicle for weekend test. We called back to order the vehicle with a few different features. It was extremely easy to deal with them; most of it was done over the phone. Simple, quick, fair, professional. Definitely recommend.

My 2021 GMC was taken in for a new windshield due to the Heads UP system not working the car was to be there for the day and it turned into 3 days/ I was given different stories from the salesman, sales manager and service department as to why it was taking so long. I finally had to drive down to get the car myself even though I was told it would be delivered to me. While there I encountered Mr. Doug Norris who was so rude that I would never buy a car from this dealership or even bring it there for any future service.
Joe Cappello was an outstanding salesman, explaining features of the vehicle and giving advise drawn from his years of experience. There was no pressure at all at this dealership to buy a vehicle. Once the decision was made to make a purchase, the employee's work very hard to make sure the deal goes through. Geoff Sullivan was another example of a great employee at Dick Norris. He explained everything in great detail including policies, procedures and all paperwork. I feel very fortunate to have worked with two great people at a great dealership and would recommend Dick Norris Buick/GMC, Joe Cappello and Geoff Sullivan to anyone searching for a vehicle.

Absolutely love my new car. However, financing for this car took well over a week and should have happened in days. Very disappointing. Secondly, the vehicle was sold with two roofs for it. THe second roof was in the car, and was completely mangled and unusable. This will cost me well over a thousand dollars to fix. I really feel ripped by this. The Dealership should not have sold it as having two roofs, and removed the damaged one before the sale. Very disappointing!!

Most of these reviews are fake. Anything long with details describing people and everything involved is fake. These are totally staged. I know personally that this place is 100% only about money.
I recently contacted this dealer spoke with the sales person interested in a vehicle they have, filled out an application, dropped my credit score for no reason, wasted my time because they never called me back, I called the sales person twice to see if they could work on a deal for me because I live in orlando and really liked a vehicle they had. No one even care to give me a call back, email... at least to say sorry we can t. I got nothing... Very disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional.
