I would like to speak to this officer .

I was wrongfully incarcerated and not a single name on the two indictments weren't spelled correctly and I spent 8 months incarcerated my year and date of birth wasn't correct and how was the state allowed to press charges on a case like that? I wasn't housed in medical I was housed in population and I could've had a episode at anytime and hurt another inmate I was wronged from start to finish so I've written the state bar on my attorney who failed to repsent me in the 177 court of Judge Howard Johnson as they also tried to give me probation under a case number with a wrong year of birth , no names on the indictments were spelled correctly, my attorney wasn't my voice I received a lesser charge when by right I should've gotten any charges the system in Houston Texas is a failure to the people.

More bad reviews than good. This is something the citizen should be taking up with the sheriff or the undersheriff. After all the citizens are the ones who elected them.

Jail is not supposed to be a place for comfort. However, not all, but MOST of the female employees on the 4th floor, specifically, are RUDE, INATTENTIVE, and seem as if they believe that they will never have to experience what it's like on the other side of the bars. I, unfortunately, had to stay here for 10 days. In those 10 days, I asked for 3 things. Soap, a form called I-60 (to go to the medical area), and medication (Ibuprofen) that had been given to me and taken away 2 days later in a RX bottle. Not 1 of those, reasonable, requests, were met. I was looked at and treated as if I were garbage. Keeping in mind that the guards there have to deal with many people who give them a hard time on a daily basis, I still cannot accept the way these employees treat the inmates. I've not made it a habit to be in jail. Yet, it seemed as if I, and others, are expected to just know what proper procedure is there. I felt as if I was expected to know how to do things, know where to go or stand when directed to. Especially if the direction I was given was a point of a finger or a specific "room" to go to. If I didn't understand what I was being told, I was talked to like I was beneath human when trying to ask for clarification.
Furthermore, in my "pod", I took note of an obviously, mentally ill person, whom I had seen walk around the "tank" for 3 days straight, talking to herself, with no sleep. I witnessed a female guard not only take some action to help the lady, but she came in the tank and engaged in provoking the inmate which ended in the inmate and guard getting into a physical altercation. I just cannot accept that a mentally ill person was not only overlooked and left untreated, was provoked by an employee who should have taken proper, more humane, preventative measures to prevent the eventual altercation. Wasn't that employee being paid to notice what I as an inmate had?
During my stay, I took the name of 2 guards. Sanders and Adolf, 4th floor Pod D. These two ladies are the ONLY employees who stood above and beyond what an employee of Harris County Jail should be. I am disgusted with the way the way this place is ran and I will be copying my review to each proper place on Google reviews.

Have been in line for over 2.5 hours....still here. No one has even been at the window for over 30 mins. Employees show no effort to try and speed it up.

I had the pleasure of working with Operator ID KW. She was extremely helpful. She not only provided me with a direct line to the accident division, and contacted the original reporting officer, she even recommended filing an addendum report. I was pleasantly surprised by her helpfulness, due to the low 2 star rating on google. If everyone there is as helpful as she was, they should earn a 5 star rating in no time.

Horrible horrible experience, staff super slow, rude. When a new shift comes in they spend 30 mins chit chatting with each other. If someone dares to speak up they will be scolded. If you have to post a bond look for a bonding company and have them bring it.

Called up this place to make a police report the officer calling me said to call the non emergency I told him I had already called them and they hanged up on me then he said well call it and hanged up . I was like well okay how rude he didn't even bother to help and I never will ask for help from this place again. Do not call this number for any help or think about go to this place to make any reports look elsewhere.

Was yelled at by deputy Williams for having called someone down to an accident to write a report for insurance purposes after we had waited 2hrs. The other party was at fault and also happened to be operating a county truck when rear ending me. I was nothing but respectful on my end when Williams arrived. Was a simple job and did not appreciate the rude attitude at all. These deputys have zero recourse for how unprofessional they are if you need their help with anything. I would not reelect this sheriff after this interaction and this is apparently not the first complaint on this particular deputy either.

expect to sleep in piss. Eat 1 time over a period of 20 hours. And it dosent matter how much money you have they will keep you there as long as they want.

Family members of the police station are allowed to choke people to death even if he doesn't have a badge he is allowed to kill just because his wife was off duty with no badge or uniform. The place is a joke.

YouTube video Harris County, Texas Contractor on News Now Houton channel. This shows exactly what is wrong with Law Enforcement, especial in Texas. Rude, unprofessional, vial behavior and obviously uneducated in law, let alone their own policies.
The videographer was taking a picture and recording the building while he maintained himself on public property. Contrator owner became upset and wanted him to stop videoing a building that hundreds of people pass by daily and look at.
Office Gunter was dispatched and immediately showed disdain towards the videographer trying to bully him to leave with lies that are not law. Demanding his ID when no crime was committed.
Becausee Officer Gunter got butt hurt the videographer knows his rights. Officer Gunter wished "I hope you get run over by a car." His anger and frustration came from his inability to abuse his authority toward a man who knows his Constitutional rights.
Officer Gunter showed his favor towards the Contractor, owner, making it appear their friendship gets anything the Contractor Owner wants, showing favor he would not towards a normal citizen.

Unprofessional and biased regarding who they help. Not a FCFS basis. I realize their job is hard, but they all need to be trained in social interaction. It's sad to see some of their faces. They look so unhappy. None of them seem to like their job. Pray for them

Massive speed trap along HWY 6 right by this office. Speed limit is 45 Mph, and you'd better not go over 49 Mph, (46 Mph if you're black, hispanic, Indian, or white but look like a hippie).

I myself I like the sheriff's department anywhere and I have experience with law enforcement I graduated from the jr. police academy here in Elizabeth Colorado I was part of a Security Team at Trapper Creek Job Corps Center in Montana that is a government facility so I did that got my certificate award from that so if any sheriff's department are hiring right now I'm 21 years old and would like to work with you guys and work for a sheriff's department and become a sheriff's deputy and could turn my truck into a sheriff's vehicle as a cowboy style sheriff deputy blue jeans and all the gid up

Very unprofessional staff on701 4th floor. Jail is not for comfort 4th floor has been denied grievances everytime they request for one. Certain Officers will let the visitation slips pile up, sometimes 30 minutes before they pick them up to notify a prisoner that they have a visit. Visitation is always overcrowded whenever certain guards are working. Don't punish us visitors.

The people that work here are really rude,lazy and arrogant.

Deputy Williams is the most rude woman ever and the entire Personnel needs to be retrained on how to deal with inmates family members who are calling in for information. Deputy Williams needs to be FIRED ASAP

Great and secure place. People working there are nice. Make sure to follow procedures and everything will go smoothly. Parking can be limited in the lot.

This department has on multiple occassions, abused it's authority and uses traffic stops to physically violate women in public. Charnesia Corley was stripped and physically violated in public by Harris County Sherriffs all because they allegedly smelled marijuana, of which they found none. Not long after they did the same thing to Jennifer Stelly. Someone from the area should violate these pigs in the same way.

Can't even say if these people are rude or just have a negative IQ level. They rummage through your property, drop things, claim it's not their fault, when you ask for their names they act stupid. They all know the problems, but they don't want to fix it. But I won't just leave a review on Google like others, I'll actually contact agencies that govern misconduct. Sooner or later, those aforementioned agencies will get tired of the complaining and fix this place up.

I had an encounter with an evil cop this morning. He swoops in front of my car carrying children on the highway and moves away to the lane right of me. He started to wave his hand as if he needs me to go forward and as if I'm not moving fast enough in the confusion asked me to move back. Then calls for a truck to my left to come to him in the middle of morning traffic. But that's not the worst part! I was so freaked out because he looked like the guy who played Freddie Krueger , mean face included. HSCO have mercy on us old ladies and please don't hire Hannibal next week. Farther help us all!!

Deputy Gunter makes it obvious that he does not care for informed citizens after he told David of New Now Houston that he hopes he gets hit by a car simply because David told him he didn't have to give his ID unless he was being lawfully arrested. His contempt is plain as day. He is in need of a major attitude adjustment.

My husband has been here awile,rude officers they dont do their jobs,always on their phones, Visiting booths and floor levels 4,5,and 6 are hot,area unsanitary. Restrooms stinky and dirty.This is not right something needs to be done.

The floors had extra concrete. Laying on the floor was not as.comfortable. Frozen sandwiches, spoiled milk, and cheese that will never melt. im so sad that my stay was not as peaceful. ill five one star for the Scooby Snacks.

Very difficult escape room. Didn t get any hints. Personnel wasn t very responsive either when I said I gave up.
