The annual crawfish boil was great even though it was pouring most of the day. The mudbugs were spicy just like New Orleans Cajun should be and the jambalaya was outstanding. Good live music throughout the day too.

Great New Orleans classics when you can't seem to get to the Big Easy! Everything from Poboys to gumbo, green fried tomatoes with remoulade to the classic NOLA hurricane. Real mom and pop feel, friendly staff and QUICK service. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing!! All food was incredible, options were numerous and mouth-watering. I eat vegetarian and had the most delicious home made veggie burger and salad! The friend I was with had pulled pork, bacon and egg sandwiched between pancakes!

Food was excellent, New Orleans tastes. Adam, our waiter, was excellent. Staff and Management was great. We had our Guide Dog in Training with us and they gave us a table where the dog was comfortable underneath. She was excellent in her behavior. We appreciate your service to us! Will definitely return.

Very nice restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It seems like it is family owned and definitely filled with locals. The Louisiana flair is awesome. The dishes are scrumptious and the staff is friendly. They have live music which is a plus for me.

We ve been here numerous times and it s our go-to breakfast place when we re on the island or passing through. The food is always excellent and it s awesome that you can get half sizes on almost anything.

We ve also eaten lunch and dinner here. Lunch is like breakfast, order at the counter and they bring the food to you. For dinner the place completely transforms to a standard sit-down restaurant. Again, the food is always amazing and the service is excellent.

Real tasty food. I like the interior, romantic but chill. I didn't really like the greens as they were too sweet but the rebel chicken was amazing. Will be back. 3 people plus drinks was about 70 bucks.

Tasty food but pricy, plan on spending $50 to $100 for dinner for two. We didn't even have desserts. Kind of loud in the dining room and it's a bit awkward when you enter. We had to walk up a set of stairs and go into and almost past a bAr before being acknowledged. A hostess station or even a sign would be nice, because we weren't sure if we should walk in or stand by the door (where people were eating). Although we came in the front entrance you feel like you're in the wrong spot, you're kind of in the middle of the dining area.

I've been to New Orleans 4 times - truly one of my favorite cities. If I can't make it to Commander's, I go to Dick & Jenny's - on Grand Island 8 miles from home. Oysters on the half shell on the grill tonight a la Drago's. Superb! Sazeracs, good scotch, 20 year port - delish! Jenny's wine picks and tasting menu are a must. And did I mention they house cured their own prosciutto? Service is personable, well timed and knowledgeable. Food is over the top, hand-crafted, and scrumptious!! I love New Orleans and I sure do love Dick & Jenny's!!!

We were staying on the island and wanted breakfast, this place was near by but the prices looked a bit much so we put off going, big mistake! looking at the menu things look overpriced but after you place your order you start to feel like the price is fair. The Coffee is the highest quality the baked goods look and taste wonderful, then you order arrives and OMG that looks OH so gOOd! Leaving I starting feeling for what we received this place is a good value, prices are low for the quality of food they are delivering. I would have to say if you are staying on grand island and you don t eat here at least once you missed one of the best places there.
