Why they even have comics? They stamp their store name on them. I can't believe a store would purposely deface a comic.
Waited for a clerk and he was playing a game. Definitely not my favorite store

A neat place to visit and a must see at that location. That corner of the mall is where the cool kids hang out lol

Great selection of board games cards and comics and the only place in town i know that has a space to play 40k away from home complete with a fully decked table.

Nice.

This is the go-to board game store for my wife and I. We always find interesting games and helpful advice each time we visit. If you enjoy fun, niche board games, then this is certainly a place that you need to visit.

A very pretty location, though it is tucked away in what I can only describe as a dying mall. Inside the store you'll find a very good selection of board games, a few unpainted miniatures for D&D, a great selection of books for D&D as well, with there being a copy of every book so far on their shelf. Also inside were amazing warhammer merchandise, with a display cabinet of prepainted armies (very high quality paint jobs), battle ready tables, and readily available terrain. For those not looking for war games, they did have a trading card selection as well as a few tables and seating area in the back.

To not get lost in amazement by this store is such a crime committed against humanity itself

The staff are respectful, the store is clean, and it gives you an aesthetic sort of vibe too

If you're in Cleveland, then you can get comics at Books-A-Million or Dice Head Games. That said, I've visited Dice Head Games on multiple occasions just to pick up a Walking Dead issue, for example, and then later view my receipt to see the clerks have kindly discounted the comic cover prices by 10% without there being any special reason. That's just genuinely kind customer service (no membership etc. needed, unlike BAM!). Moreover, if you ask the owners/managers/etc. to create a folder for you, then they will stock your folder with each new issues as they come out or order and insert specifically requested series as well. As a comic shop, these guys can sell you Walking Dead volumes a week or two (depending on publication dates etc.) BEFORE Books-A-Million can do so. So why wait? Support Cleveland's local comic book shop at Dicehead Games by checking it out.

We called ahead to verify that we could bring yugioh cards to sell. We were told it was a perfect day to bring them. Arrived 20 minutes later and were told by another staff member and the manager that they couldn't do it today. Wasted trip. Don't tell a customer that today is a good day to bring cards in to sell if it's not.

If you are into Warhammer 40,000, it s almost a perfect store. Of all the nerd stores I ve been in, they have the largest shelf space so you see a lot of units other than the popular ones you see in most stores. They keep everyone updated on current events on Facebook. The only reason I don t visit more is that it s far away from my house.

Visited this location at the invitation of a friend. Selection of merchandise was very limited (one small wall of comics, small selection of sleeves and deck boxes, a small glass case of Magic the Gathering cards, table tops that were placed two inside the store and four in the mall walkway outside of the store). The back of the shop was very crowded and cluttered with mismatched chairs and messy tables, old board games along the walls like in someone's basement. I played Yugioh that day, and had a very uncomfortable play experience between some of the players smells, and the lack of space available to play. On top of that, I realized later when I got home, about an hour away from the shop, I was missing over $1,500 worth of items from my bag including a Nintendo switch, case, multiple games, and more (the amount keeps climbing because I keep discovering more of my expensive cards that I no longer have since this day). I was so upset I almost did not go to the regional event I went there to practice for in the first place. My wife called while we were at the regional event and spoke to someone claiming to be the manager who she asked to check the camera footage. According to her, this person sounded concerned, and genuinely wanted to help. We were told iy would be 2 business days to review 6 hours of footage, so I waited until Wednesday afternoon and called back. This new associate stated the manager had been on vacation for the past week, and no one else was able to review the footage, even saying that they had told my wife this a few days before. The last thing they told me that day was that the cameras "were for the store not for the customers" but that they would "check anyway". It has been an additional few days without response and I have had to start rebuilding my collections of cards and games/get a new system because of the lack of assistance provided by the store. DO NOT GO HERE, THE STORE, EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMER BASE, ETC ARE VERY SHADY. If you are going to visit a store anywhere around, I would suggest CM Games in Hixson based on the fact that they are the anti Dicehead Games.

Have been going to dicehead for about 10 years now through all of their moves and remodels, and I can say it's a very welcoming environment. Tons of comics, tabletop games, and party card games. A bit lacking in singles for mtg but that should be expected given it being a small location where most players are more of collectors than competitive tournament players who buy tier 1 decks and swap archetypes often, therefore needing to get rid of the former deck. Chad, man with a long red beard and kind disposition, is a good man, he can usually be seen working the front counter and interacts with all the customers with tact, respect, kindness and willingness to help. Shane, the owner, and his wife are both wonderful people who can also be at the store at times, are also a pleasure to talk to and be around. Great atmosphere, welcoming staff as well as community for the most part and a great selection product wise.

This is a store that will remember your name. Stop in and ask Chad (red hair, beard. Can't miss him) for anything he's always more than happy to assist you. This is my favorite LGS for magic, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. I've always been pleased and I can assure you that you will as well.

Quiet local shop with a friendly staff. Great place to search for graphic novels, your favorite tcg, as well as table top games. Even has tables set up to meet your friends for a game or 2. Only downside is that is a small shop. Can get a little crowded on occasion.

Been a customer since my 2nd time around playing MTG (about 2002), albeit a bit irregularly. Selection of cards these days (especially MTG) could perhaps be a bit better, or perhaps they have more hiding out somewhere that I either couldn't or didn't see...or they just sell them that quickly (also a possibility). Rather impressive Warhammer setup, and reasonable board game selection, as well as great customer service and pretty solid prices. More worth checking out than most other tabletop gaming and comic stores in the southeast TN/north GA area. Would recommend (and have recommended in the past).

Drove over two hours to be told they were about to close. Called multiple times while driving to make sure they were open but no one would answer the phone. What looked to be a great place turned out to be a bust! Really??? Who closes early for Halloween???? Sorry D@&!Head games. I won t be giving my business to you and I will be steering everyone I can away.

This place is amazing. The staff are really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great selection of comics, plus they do holds for you so you can pick up your comics at one go. Huge selection of table top gaming items, regularly see games going on when I visit on the weekends.

A helpful/knowledgeable staff and plenty of merchandise make this local shop a must for enthusiastic fans. Comic pull and hold services are a time (and money) saver. Games can be ordered if available. AND they host an annual gaming convention! What's not to like?! No intentions to ever take my business elsewhere :)

- Owner is VERY good man.
- Comics are stamped ONLY if they have been discounted to $1. I'm an avid comic fan and I don't mind this.
- My wife has never had an issue with preordering a game.
