The staff was excellent- everybody was very helpful and nice! The building is beautiful, nice restaurant inside! To get to the downtown is only 15 min walk ) Even thus some construction was taking place, at no point it was bothering our stay. Some furniture might require just a bit of renovation...great stay in general!

I organized a work aperitif at the hotel bar and found myself quite well. Inside the bar / restaurant is very elegant, modern and above all spacious. I can't say the same about the external space, which is so spacious, but rather neglected, with dirty and slightly old-fashioned outdoor armchairs. As for the selection of drinks nothing to say: excellent selection of cocktails and spirits. As for food, the choice is limited, but the quality is definitely good.

Room is clean, staffs are helpful, as soon as I made request for room changing due to metro running below was too annoying, they helped.

The chair inside the room aren't that comfortable, the paired desk is also with narrow space for your foot. And its furnitures are probably part of history of this hotel, but not very well maintained..... and quality is so so...

My seating pad of the toilet is missing one cushion, which made it tilt to one side. The flushing is old style, water drops splashing out....

So many good people in this hotel, and I trust they will try their best to enhance hotel itself.

It is very good, and it is convenient near the P.Venezia station of Metro2. I was heard a little outside noise but it was not so problem. I think that it is lucky if I could stay a date which is reasonable price.

Nice hotel in a great location. You're right on the M1 line and can be anywhere quick. Bar area is also really nice with outdoor seating and a great buffet available with drinks. Staff has been very helpful and I'd choose this as my base again in Milan.

The diana is a nice place, quite good cocktails the moscow was not the top, but the martini tonic very good. Even the buffet wasn't bad.

I attended an aperitif at the Hotel Diana during a degree. The staff is professional and very kind, the food is excellent, we were in a small garden at the back with a wonderful atmosphere, it was an excellent aperitif, recommended

Great outdoor garden, cleanliness and service could be better

The hotel room is great for a 4 hotel. My only complain was that I can hear my neighbors from the other room talking. The concierge told me that we are the first guest to complain. Overall good experience, but don't make loud noises especially at night if you know what I mean .

Went for a relaxing drink in the hotel bar in the evening, only to find you need to book. Very dissapointed as we had to go out into the rain to find a bar so we could have a cosy drink and relax.

This is a beautiful hotel under very poor management. The elevator was out of service and guests needed to use the service elevator, which was very poorly located.

The rooms had no coffee machine or kettle for hot water, which u expect to be standard in any Sheraton Property. The WiFi was spotty at best, when working. Air conditioning was almost non existent. And the staff would smile at you and say, sorry, there is nothing that we can do ....

So, all in all, if the management changes on this hotel, it could be an awesome property ....

Very elegant and elegant. The aperitif area with a nice atmosphere but food not up to the task. Not bad by all means, but I would have expected something more fanciful.

Good experience. People at the front desk are really helpful to find some good place for eating and visiting.

Beautiful Liberty-style hotel in the Porta Venezia area, welcoming, excellent location for elegant aperitifs and parties

I will be writing this review for all you guys that don't understand Italian. I am an 11 year old, so if you are looking at this review and you have kids that you're thinking of bringing along with you, you'll know that this will be the perfect hotel!

We arrived at the hotel at around lunch time and the service was amazing and they greeted us the second we got there. We were helped by the concierge immediately and because we couldn't speak very much Italian we were passed on to another concierge that was from Puerto Rico and spoke to us about which restaurants were recommended and were are some nice places to go.

The next morning we woke up and had a very good breakfast with different cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, and cheeses. The food was very good, but could have been better.

The next morning was our day that we had to leave on our train to Venice, but as usual the concierge was very helpful, told us contacts that he had in Venice, and got us a very helpful taxi.

This hotel was very good and there was barely any thing that we could complain about.

P.S. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was HUGE and modern.P.P.S. I am a girl.

I've been having a drink for a birthday, the buffet doesn't have much variety

I have been for an aperitif. Location undoubtedly remarkable but the buffet was not very varied. Poor and helpful staff. In conclusion.

10-star aperitif: a historic meeting point of the Milanese tradition, the bartenders are really excellent and perhaps make the best spritz in the city. I also tried other cocktails and they are one better than the other. As for the hotel, it is a four-star hotel in a historic building, the recent renovations have not altered its rather ancient but characteristic and pleasant nature. Highly recommended for the aperitif and for the splendid garden!

Excellent location, the garden is fantastic. The buffet is not that varied.

The Sheraton is a nice, fairly inexpensive hotel that is close to some sights and places to be. The rooms are a bit outdated and the windows do not have screens (which, to be fair, is somewhat common), so bugs can get in if you have them open. The breakfast in the lobby is pretty expansive, which was the biggest plus about the hotel.

Beautiful location for a summer aperitif with friends .. the slightly "heavy" buffet, in summer some lighter proposals would certainly be appreciated

I return today 12 September and confirm the assessment of 9 July, all identical. This time, however, I stayed longer and this gave me the key to the reading: towards nine o'clock the customers change, the professional population gives way to the boys, students, who don't make aperitif but have dinner, and this explains why buffet as it is.

Great location for an aperitif, professional bar, unique garden. The buffet is no longer characterized, as in the past, by few things of excellent quality, but by many modest things like feasting at the oratory, and also of poor quality. A pity, sorry to evaluate three stars but more is impossible.
